The structure of the stopper 322 may be various; in this embodiment, the stop piece 322 is a stop piece formed by stamping from the surface of the second side plate 32 towards a direction away from the second plate 31, the stop groove is formed between the stop piece and the second side plate 32, and the anti-falling protrusion 222 is inserted from one side of the gap until abutting against the stop piece.
The edge of the first bottom plate 23, which is far away from the first base plate 21, is provided with a connecting flange 231 facing the electric control box cover 50 plate, the connecting flange 231 is also provided with the fixing hole 221, and the side edge of the second plate 31, which is far away from the electric control box cover 50 plate, is provided with the fixing protrusion 321. The connecting flange 231 is arranged to connect the fixing hole 221 with the fixing protrusion 321 from the side of the second plate 31 away from the electrical box cover 50, so as to improve the connecting tightness and sealing performance between the first bottom plate 23 and the second plate 31.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, in order to reduce the size of the electrical control box main body 10, it is preferable to design the shapes of the first mounting base 11 and the second mounting base 12 according to the space and the mounting position required for accommodating the circuit board and the component. In this embodiment, the surface of the second mounting base 12 facing the second flame retardant panel 30 is irregularly shaped. Therefore, in order to make the second flame retardant plate 30 more closely contact with the electrical box main body 10, the second plate 31 of the second flame retardant plate 30 is also irregular. In order to simplify the manufacturing process, the second plate 31 is preferably formed by stamping, and in order to adapt to the shape of the electrical control box main body 10, a process hole 33 is formed on the second plate 31. In order to prevent the fabrication hole 33 from affecting the fire-proof performance of the electrical control box 1, the second fire-proof plate 30 further includes a sealing member 40 for sealing the fabrication hole 33.
Since the shape of the tooling holes 33 can be varied, the shape of the sealing member 40 can be varied accordingly. In this embodiment, the sealing member 40 includes a first sealing plate 41 and a second sealing plate 42 connected to the first sealing plate 41 at an angle; this arrangement allows the sealing member 40 to have a certain elasticity, so as to reduce the precision requirement of the second plate 31 during assembly and simplify the manufacturing process. At least two first sealing flanges 43 are arranged on the edge of the first sealing plate 41 and/or the edge of the second sealing plate 42, and the arrangement of the first sealing flanges 43 can enhance the connection sealing performance of the sealing element 40 and the second plate body 31.
The first sealing flange 43 is provided with a connecting sheet 431 for connecting the sealing element 40 and the second plate 31 and an auxiliary buckle 432; the second plate 31 is provided with a connecting hole 312 adapted to the connecting sheet 431 and an auxiliary hole 212 adapted to the auxiliary buckle 432. During assembly, the auxiliary hole 212 is first engaged with the auxiliary buckle 432, and the connecting piece 431 extends into the connecting hole 312 to be engaged with the connecting hole 312. At this time, the direction of the holding force of the auxiliary hole 212 and the auxiliary button 432 is opposite to the direction of the holding force of the connecting hole 312 and the connecting piece 432. In this way, the sealing member 40 is firmly fixed on the second plate 31, and the connection manner effectively ensures the sealing performance of the electronic control box 1 while realizing the connection between the sealing member 40 and the second plate 31.
In this embodiment, the surface of the auxiliary button 432 is semi-spherical, so that the auxiliary hole 212 slides along the surface of the auxiliary button 432 until engaging with the auxiliary button 432.
Referring to fig. 5-8, the first flame retardant panel 20, the second flame retardant panel 30, the electrical box body 10, and the electrical box cover 50 are assembled to facilitate assembly. In this embodiment, at least one first positioning hole 223 is disposed on the first side plate 22, and at least one second positioning hole 323 is disposed on the second side plate 32; the first alignment aperture 223 and the second alignment aperture 323 are in communication when the first and second flame retardant panels 20, 30 are connected and in a set position. The electronic control box 1 further comprises a connecting piece 60, a positioning bulge 61 is arranged on the connecting piece 60, and a connecting clamp hole 62 is arranged on one side of the connecting piece 60 facing the electronic control box cover 50; the electric control box cover 50 is provided with a connecting claw 531 corresponding to the connecting clamp hole 62. The positioning protrusion 61 is fixedly connected to the first positioning hole 223 and the second positioning hole 323 at the set positions, and the connecting clamping hole 62 is clamped to the connecting clamping claw 531 to connect the electrical box cover 50 to the first fire-proof plate 20 and the second fire-proof plate 30.
During assembly, the first flame retardant plate 20 and the second flame retardant plate 30 are fixed in position through the first positioning hole 223 and the second positioning hole 323, and then the positioning protrusion 61 is connected with the first positioning hole 223 and the second positioning hole 323 through welding and the like; the electric control box cover 50 is clamped with the connecting claw 531 of the electric control box cover 50 through the connecting claw 531, so as to position the position of the electric control box cover 50 relative to the electric control box main body 10; the position of the main four components of the electrical control box 1 is fixed thereby. The fixing mode is convenient for assembling the electronic control box 1, and the first fireproof plate 20, the second fireproof plate 30, the electronic control box main body 10 and the electronic control box cover 50 are mutually connected and limited, so that the stability of the whole structure of the electronic control box 1 is realized, and the sealing and fireproof performance of the electronic control box 1 is improved.
Referring to fig. 3, 9 and 10, in the embodiment, the electrical control box cover 50 covers the opening of the electrical control box main body 10, so that when a worker opens the electrical control box cover 50 for line connection or inspection, the connection between the electrical control box cover 50 and other components is not affected, and the overall sealing performance of the electrical control box 1 is affected. Therefore, the electrical box cover 50 includes a cover body 51 and a terminal cover 52. The operator can operate the components in the electrical control box 1 through the wiring cover plate 52.
The terminal cover 52 is preferably detachably connected to the cover body 51, for example by a snap connection, a screw connection or the like. In this embodiment, the second mounting substrate 12 is provided with a mounting hole 121, and the cover body 51 and the wiring cover 52 are provided with an assembling hole 511 corresponding to the mounting hole 121; the cover body 51, the wiring cover 52 and the second mounting base 12 are connected through the mounting holes 121 and the fitting holes 511.
Further, a second sealing flange 53 is disposed on the edge of the electrical control box cover 50 facing the electrical control box body 10, and the connecting claw 531 is disposed on the second sealing flange 53. The second sealing flange 53 reduces the connection gap between the first fireproof plate 20 and the second fireproof plate 30 and between the electronic control box cover 50, effectively enhances the sealing performance between the electronic control box cover 50 and the first fireproof plate 20 and the second fireproof plate 30, and further enhances the fireproof capacity of the electronic control box 1.
The electric control box 1 is preferably made of flame retardant materials, such as flame retardant ABS (acrylonitrile Butadiene styrene); the material has good heat resistance and flame retardant property, so that the shell of the electric control box 1 is prevented from burning when components inside the electric control box 1 are on fire, and the fire behavior is further expanded. The electrical control box cover 50 is preferably made of bulk molding compound (bmc), which has high temperature resistance, good rigidity, and small shrinkage after thermal molding, so that the dimensional stability is good, and the mechanical properties can be ensured in a high-temperature environment. The first fire prevention plate 20, the second fire prevention plate 30, the sealing member 40 and the connecting member 60 are preferably made of galvanized steel, and oxidation corrosion caused by long-term use can be effectively prevented under the condition that the overall structural strength is ensured.
The invention further provides an air conditioner which comprises a shell and the electric control box 1, wherein the electric control box 1 is arranged in the shell and is fixedly connected with the shell. The specific structure of the electric control box 1 refers to the above embodiments, and since the air conditioner adopts all technical solutions of all the above embodiments, at least all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the above embodiments are achieved, and no further description is given here.

Claims (12)

1. An electronic control box, comprising:
the electronic control box main body comprises a first mounting base body and a second mounting base body, wherein the second mounting base body extends from one side of the first mounting base body to the direction far away from the first mounting base body, and an included angle is formed between the first mounting base body and the second mounting base body;
the first fireproof plate is arranged on one side surface, which is far away from the second mounting base body, of the first mounting base body;
the second fireproof plate is arranged on the side edge of the second mounting base body, which is far away from the first mounting base body;
the electric control box cover is arranged on one side surface of the second mounting base body, which is far away from the first mounting base body;
the first fireproof plate, the second fireproof plate and the electric control box cover jointly enclose a fireproof cavity, and the electric control box main body is located in the fireproof cavity;

An electrical enclosure according to claim 1, wherein a retaining projection is provided on a surface of the enclosure body facing the first and/or second flame retardant panel, and a retaining aperture is provided on the first and/or second flame retardant panel; the limiting bulge extends into the limiting hole and abuts against the side wall, close to the electric control box cover, of the limiting hole.

An electrical enclosure according to claim 1, wherein said first flame retardant panel includes a first base panel, a first side panel extending from one side of said first base panel toward said second flame retardant panel, and a first base panel extending from another side of said first base panel toward said second flame retardant panel; the first bottom plate is adjacent to the first side plate;
the second fireproof plate comprises a second plate body and a second side plate extending from the side edge of the second plate body towards the direction of the first installation base body;
the first side plate is connected with the second side plate; the first bottom plate is connected with the second plate body so as to connect the first fireproof plate with the second fireproof plate.
5. An electrical control box according to claim 4, wherein the first side plate is provided with a fixing hole at a side facing the second side plate;
and a fixing bulge is arranged on the second fireproof plate and extends into the fixing hole, and one side of the first fireproof plate, far away from the fixing bulge, is abutted against the fixing hole.
6. The electrical control box according to claim 5, wherein said first side plate further comprises an anti-slip projection;
the second side plate further comprises a stop piece, a stop groove is formed between the stop piece and the plate surface of the second side plate, and the anti-falling bulge extends into the stop groove and abuts against the stop groove.
7. The electrical control box according to claim 4, wherein the second plate body is provided with a fabrication hole;
the second flame retardant panel also includes a sealing member for sealing off the fabrication aperture.
8. An electrical control box according to claim 7, wherein the seal comprises a first seal plate and a second seal plate connected at an angle to the first seal plate;

the second mounting base body is provided with mounting holes, and the cover plate body and the wiring cover plate are provided with assembling holes corresponding to the mounting holes; the cover plate body, the wiring cover plate and the second mounting base body are connected through the mounting holes and the assembling holes.
