本发明涉及一种带冷热源的户式新风热回收装置,包括过滤器、排风机、全热交换器、电动混风阀、蒸发器、冷凝器、第一电动水阀、第二电动水阀、第三电动水阀、第四电动水阀、送风机和再热盘管,所述过滤器和全热交换器连接;所述过滤器、排风机和全热交换器连接;所述全热交换器和除湿模块连接,除湿模块包含蒸发器和冷凝器。本发明充分回收排风和冷凝器回水热量,热回收效率可达80%以上;通过除湿模块的设计可以实现夏季制冷、除湿,冬季采暖的功能、且除湿模块采用水冷形式机组可获得较高COP;通过对冷凝器回水的回收利用,夏季可节省常规新风除湿后再生的能耗,尤其对于土壤源热泵***有调节冬夏季土壤热平衡的功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种带冷热源的户式新风热回收装置,属于热回收技术领域。
背景技术
随着科技进步,人们生活水平的不断提高,随之带来的能源枯竭和环境恶化又是人们不得不面对的挑战,室内舒适性和节能降耗的挑战越来越严峻。怎么在保证室内空气清洁的同时又净量少的增加新风能耗,将是一项负有使命的课题。现有的户式新风装置较多的采用了单独的新风与回风热交换的形式,回收排风热量,对于新风不做其他处理,室内的负荷由其他末端承担。造成该种方式的原因主要由于建筑围护结构的保温隔热及气密性较差导致建筑冷热负荷较高,单独靠新风解决冷热负荷造成风管尺寸较大、对于住宅来说不可实现;另外,开窗通风已形成一种生活习惯,开窗就会造成能耗增加及环境品质变差。被动房、零能耗房等超低能耗建筑的出现,预示着人们在注重舒适性的同时也更多地考虑了节能的范畴。超低能耗建筑特有的高气密性及超低负荷的特点,对新风的功能提出更高的挑战。超低能耗建筑本身负荷极低且新风负荷站到总负荷的2/3左右,靠新风混一部分回风完全可以满足采暖、制冷及除湿要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种带冷热源的户式新风热回收装置,在满足户内人员空气品质的同时可解决全年的采暖、制冷及除湿需求,不需要其他末端。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下。
一种带冷热源的户式新风热回收装置,包括过滤器、排风机、全热交换器、电动混风阀、蒸发器、冷凝器、第一电动水阀、第二电动水阀、第三电动水阀、第四电动水阀、送风机和再热盘管,所述过滤器和全热交换器连接;所述过滤器、排风机和全热交换器连接;所述全热交换器和除湿模块连接,除湿模块包含蒸发器和冷凝器;所述除湿模块和送风机连接;所述送风机和再热盘管连接;送风通道和回风通道安装有电动混风阀;冷凝器的进口水管上安装第一电动水阀;除湿盘管进、出口水管上安装第三电动水阀、第四电动水阀。
该发明的有益效果在于:本发明充分回收排风和冷凝器回水热量,热回收效率可达80%以上;通过除湿模块的设计可以实现夏季制冷、除湿,冬季采暖的功能、且除湿模块采用水冷形式机组可获得较高COP;通过对冷凝器回水的回收利用,夏季可节省常规新风除湿后再生的能耗,尤其对于土壤源热泵***有调节冬夏季土壤热平衡的功能;该装置尤其可推广应用于被动式、零能耗等超低能耗绿色建筑的新风***中,采用该装置可满足全年的采暖、制冷及除湿负荷,不需要其他末端。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行描述,以便更好的理解本发明。
实施例
本实施例提出了一种带冷热源的户式新风热回收装置,包括过滤器1、排风机2、全热交换器3、电动混风阀4、蒸发器5、冷凝器6、第一电动水阀7、第二电动水阀8、第三电动水阀11、第四电动水阀12、送风机9和再热盘管10,所述过滤器1和全热交换器3连接;所述过滤器1、排风机2和全热交换器3连接;所述全热交换器3和除湿模块13连接,除湿模块13包含蒸发器5和冷凝器6;所述除湿模块13和送风机9连接;所述送风机9和再热盘管10连接;送风通道和回风通道安装有电动混风阀4;冷凝器6的进口水管上安装第一电动水阀7;除湿盘管进、出口水管上安装第三电动水阀11、第四电动水阀12。
夏季工况下,如图1所示,室外新风从C处进口在送风机9抽吸下经过过滤器1进入全热交换器3和A处的室内排风进行热交换,然后经过蒸发器5制冷、除湿后经过再热盘管10再热后从B处送入室内,同时室内回风从D处在排风机2的抽吸下经过混风通道,电动混风阀4打开,一部分回风和新风混合后送入室内,一部分回风经全热交换器3和新风热交换后排出室外。此时,第二电动水阀8和第四电动水阀12关闭,第一电动水阀7和第三电动水阀11开启,地源水从E处进,并从F处流出。
冬季工况下,如图2所示,室外新风从C处在送风机9抽吸下经过过滤器1进入全热交换器3和A处的室内排风进行热交换,然后经过蒸发器5加热后送入室内,同时室内回风从D处在排风机2的抽吸下经过混风通道,电动混风阀4打开,一部分回风和新风混合后从B处送入室内,一部分回风经全热交换器3和新风热交换后排出室外。此时,第一电动水阀7和第四电动水阀12开启,第二电动水阀8和第三电动水阀11关闭,地源水从E处进,并从F处流出。
过渡季工况下,如图3所示,室外新风从C处在送风机9抽吸下经过过滤器1进入全热交换器3和A处的室内排风进行热交换,然后经过再热盘管10处理后送入室内,实现免费供冷;同时室内回风从D处在排风机2的抽吸下进入全热交换器3和新风热交换后从B处排出室外。此时,第一电动水阀7和第四电动水阀12关闭,第二电动水阀8和第三电动水阀11开启,地源水从E处进,并从F处流出。
