Abstract

本发明提供了一种一体化太阳能路灯,包括路灯主机、高光效LED光源、太阳能电池板、长方形框架和WIFI天线,路灯主机、高光效LED光源和太阳能电池板均安装在长方形框架内,WIFI天线安装在长方形框架下端;路灯主机由机体外壳、机体支架、蓄电池、控制器、第一防水密封圈和机体盖板组成,机体盖板上还设有防水电源开关、防水显示器和防水充电接头;高光效LED光源由光源基座、LED光源板、PC透镜、透镜固定板、第二防水密封圈和PC透明灯罩组成。本发明结构紧凑、灯具安装方便,设置的高光效LED光源能在低瓦数的情况下达到较好的照明效果,在相同的瓦数下,比传统的LED光源亮度提高了50%,能够有效显著提高路灯照明效果,此外,还能显著提高路灯的使用寿命。

Description

一体化太阳能路灯
技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能路灯照明设备技术领域,特别涉及一种一体化太阳能路灯。
背景技术
太阳能路灯通过太阳能电池板接受太阳辐射产生电能,并对蓄电池充电,到夜晚时则通过蓄电池对灯具提供电能进行照明;传统的太阳能路灯,为了可以充分地利用太阳能,一般都是将太阳能电池板与灯体分开安装,将太阳能电池板装在灯杆的顶部,灯体安装在太阳能电池板下方的灯杆上,太阳能电池板与灯具电联接,这种结构在安装时需要单独分别地安装各个部件,存在安装复杂,安装时间长的缺点;另外,传统的太阳能路灯往往还存在照明效果较差的问题,在一些较为阴暗的路段,往往会达不到理想的照明效果,因而,有必要对太阳能路灯进行研发改进,设计出能使灯具安装方便和灯具照明效果好的一体化太阳能路灯。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种一体化太阳能路灯,其结构紧凑、灯具安装方便,设置的高光效LED光源能在低瓦数的情况下达到较好的照明效果,在相同的瓦数下,比传统的LED光源亮度提高了50%,能够有效显著提高路灯照明效果,此外,还能显著提高路灯的使用寿命。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种一体化太阳能路灯,包括路灯主机、高光效LED光源、太阳能电池板、长方形框架和WIFI天线,路灯主机、高光效LED光源和太阳能电池板均安装在长方形框架内,路灯主机的上端与高光效LED光源的下端紧密接触,太阳能电池板设置于路灯主机和高光效LED光源的背面,太阳能电池板与路灯主机电联接,路灯主机与高光效LED光源电联接,WIFI天线安装在长方形框架下端,WIFI天线与路灯主机电联接;所述路灯主机包括机体外壳、机体支架、蓄电池、控制器、第一防水密封圈和机体盖板,机体外壳的两侧均与长方形框架固定组装连接,机体外壳的下端与机体支架可转动调节连接,蓄电池和控制器装设于机体外壳内部,且蓄电池与控制器电联接,机体外壳的顶部设有机体盖板,机体盖板与机体外壳接合处设有第一防水密封圈,机体盖板上还设有均与控制器电联接的防水电源开关、防水显示器和防水充电接头;所述高光效LED光源包括光源基座、LED光源板、PC透镜、透镜固定板、第二防水密封圈和PC透明灯罩,光源基座的两侧均与长方形框架固定组装连接,光源基座上设有LED光源板,LED光源板上设有若干PC透镜和透镜固定板,PC透明灯罩密封盖合于光源基座顶部,PC透明灯罩与光源基座的接合处设有第二防水密封圈。
进一步地,所述光源基座的两侧均设有用于与长方形框架组装连接的第二连接卡块,LED光源板上设置有若干组间隔分布的LED灯珠,每组LED灯珠的数量为四个;每组LED灯珠上方均设有一个相匹配的PC透镜,PC透镜上设有四个与LED灯珠相匹配的聚光曲面;透镜固定板为铝合金固定板,透镜固定板上设有若干与PC透镜相匹配的方形通孔。
进一步地,所述机体外壳的内部设有用于组装蓄电池和控制器的容纳腔体,机体外壳的两侧均设有用于与长方形框架组装连接的第一连接卡块,机体外壳的下端设有用于与机体支架可转动连接的安装块,此外,机体外壳的下端还设有加强筋,机体外壳的两侧还设有散热筋。
进一步地,所述长方形框架由上边框、下边框、左边框和右边框组成,左边框设有用于组装机体外壳和光源基座的第一连接卡槽和用于组装太阳能电池板的第二连接卡槽,右边框结构与左边框结构对称,WIFI天线装设于下边框。
进一步地,所述防水充电接头为四芯防水接头,四芯防水接头上设有防水帽盖;所述防水电源开关为防水弹簧开关。
进一步地,所述第一防水密封圈和第二防水密封圈均为硅胶防水密封圈。
本发明的有益效果:一体化太阳能路灯,其结构紧凑、灯具安装方便,设置的高光效LED光源能在低瓦数的情况下达到较好的照明效果,在相同的瓦数下,比传统的LED光源亮度提高了50%,能够有效显著提高路灯照明效果,此外,还能显著提高路灯的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图,对本发明的优选实施例进行详细说明。
如图1至图8所示,一种一体化太阳能路灯,包括路灯主机1、高光效LED光源2、太阳能电池板3、长方形框架4和WIFI天线5,路灯主机1、高光效LED光源2和太阳能电池板3均安装在长方形框架4内,路灯主机1的上端与高光效LED光源2的下端紧密接触,太阳能电池板3设置于路灯主机1和高光效LED光源2的背面,太阳能电池板3与路灯主机1电联接,路灯主机1与高光效LED光源2电联接,WIFI天线5安装在长方形框架4下端,WIFI天线与路灯主机电联接,一体化太阳能路灯可以通过WIFI天线5远程接收路灯控制中心发出的信号,便于路灯控制中心对一体化太阳能路灯进行远程智能化控制,同时一体化太阳能路灯也可以通过WIFI天线5实时向控制中心主动发出远程信号,反应路灯***运行情况,如发现异常则会实时向控制中心报警,便于管理和维护,减少人工费用和检修时间。
如图1至图3所示,所述路灯主机1包括机体外壳11、机体支架12、蓄电池13、控制器14、第一防水密封圈15和机体盖板16;所述机体外壳11的内部设有用于组装蓄电池13和控制器14的容纳腔体111,机体外壳11的两侧均设有用于与长方形框架4组装连接的第一连接卡块112,机体外壳11的下端设有用于与机体支架12可转动连接的安装块113,机体外壳11的两侧均与长方形框架4固定组装连接,机体外壳11的下端与机体支架12可转动调节连接,蓄电池13和控制器14装设于机体外壳11内部,且蓄电池13与控制器14电联接,机体外壳11的顶部设有机体盖板16,机体盖板16与机体外壳11接合处设有第一防水密封圈15,第一防水密封15圈优选为硅胶防水密封圈;机体盖板16上还设有均与控制器14电联接的防水电源开关161、防水显示器162和防水充电接头163,防水充电接头163优选为四芯防水接头,四芯防水接头上还设有防水帽盖164,防水电源开关161优选为防水弹簧开关;此外,机体外壳11的下端还设有加强筋114,用于增强机体外壳11的下端的抗变形性能,机体外壳11的两侧还设有散热筋115,用于增强机体外壳11的散热性能。
如图1、图2以及图4至图7所示,所述高光效LED光源2包括光源基座21、LED光源板22、PC透镜23、透镜固定板24、第二防水密封圈25和PC透明灯罩26;光源基座21的两侧均设有用于与长方形框架4组装连接的第二连接卡块211,光源基座21的两侧均与长方形框架4固定组装连接,光源基座21上设有LED光源板22,LED光源板22上设有若干PC透镜23和一个透镜固定板24,PC透明灯罩26密封盖合于光源基座21顶部,PC透明灯罩26与光源基座21的接合处设有第二防水密封圈25;LED光源板22上设置有若干组间隔分布的LED灯珠221,每组LED灯珠221的数量为四个;每组LED灯珠221上方均设有一个相匹配的PC透镜23,PC透镜23上设有四个与LED灯珠221相匹配的聚光曲面231,当LED灯珠221产生的光线经过聚光曲面231时,光线会发生折射而重新分布,利用聚光曲面231的内曲率面和外曲率面把光线集中到正前方,使光使用的效率更高,显著提高照明效果;透镜固定板24为铝合金固定板,透镜固定板24上设有若干与PC透镜23相匹配的方形通孔241,第二防水密封圈25优选为硅胶防水密封圈。
如图1、图2和图8所示,所述长方形框架4为铝合金边框,由上边框41、下边框42、左边框43和右边框44组成,左边框43设有用于组装机体外壳11和光源基座21的第一连接卡槽431和用于组装太阳能电池板3的第二连接卡槽432,右边框44结构与左边框43结构对称,WIFI天线5装设于下边框42,设置的WIFI天线5用于接收无线信号,实现对灯具的调节控制。
本发明设备在组装时,先将路灯主机1与高光效LED光源2各自独立组装,然后用螺丝将长方形框架4的下边框42与左边框43、右边框44的下端固定组装,WIFI天线5装设于下边框42,再将组装路灯主机1、高光效LED光源2和太阳能电池板3组装到长方形框架4内,最后用螺丝将上边框41与左边框43、右边框44的上端固定组装,完成整个组装过程。
本发明的有益效果:一体化太阳能路灯,其结构紧凑、灯具安装方便,设置的高光效LED光源能在低瓦数的情况下达到较好的照明效果,在相同的瓦数下,比传统的LED光源亮度提高了50%,能够有效显著提高路灯照明效果,此外,还能显著提高路灯的使用寿命。

1.一种一体化太阳能路灯,其特征在于:包括路灯主机、高光效LED光源、太阳能电池板、长方形框架和WIFI天线,路灯主机、高光效LED光源和太阳能电池板均安装在长方形框架内,路灯主机的上端与高光效LED光源的下端紧密接触,太阳能电池板设置于路灯主机和高光效LED光源的背面,太阳能电池板与路灯主机电联接,路灯主机与高光效LED光源电联接,WIFI天线安装在长方形框架下端,WIFI天线与路灯主机电联接;所述路灯主机包括机体外壳、机体支架、蓄电池、控制器、第一防水密封圈和机体盖板,机体外壳的两侧均与长方形框架固定组装连接,机体外壳的下端与机体支架可转动调节连接,蓄电池和控制器装设于机体外壳内部,且蓄电池与控制器电联接,机体外壳的顶部设有机体盖板,机体盖板与机体外壳接合处设有第一防水密封圈,机体盖板上还设有均与控制器电联接的防水电源开关、防水显示器和防水充电接头;所述高光效LED光源包括光源基座、LED光源板、PC透镜、透镜固定板、第二防水密封圈和PC透明灯罩,光源基座的两侧均与长方形框架固定组装连接,光源基座上设有LED光源板,LED光源板上设有若干PC透镜和透镜固定板,PC透明灯罩密封盖合于光源基座顶部,PC透明灯罩与光源基座的接合处设有第二防水密封圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一体化太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述光源基座的两侧均设有用于与长方形框架组装连接的第二连接卡块,LED光源板上设置有若干组间隔分布的LED灯珠,每组LED灯珠的数量为四个;每组LED灯珠上方均设有一个相匹配的PC透镜,PC透镜上设有四个与LED灯珠相匹配的聚光曲面;透镜固定板为铝合金固定板,透镜固定板上设有若干与PC透镜相匹配的方形通孔。
