本发明公开了一种门楣翻新工艺,包括步骤:(1)清洗:高压水枪中水:除污剂的重量比为1:0.02‑0.03;(2)人工打磨喷涂同色户外聚酯氟碳漆着色;(3)机械打磨;(4)填补原子灰;(5)水砂纸打磨;(6)第二次着色;(7)安装喷漆的原标志、标识及字体;(8)喷涂专用油漆;(9)封釉。本发明的门楣翻新工艺,通过有效清洗、第一次着色、机械打磨、填补、人工打磨、再次着色、安装字体、喷涂专用漆、封釉等步骤,可以达到门楣的以旧翻新,而且翻新后的门楣具有防晒防水功能,使用寿命长。

一种门楣翻新工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及门楣翻新技术领域,尤其涉及一种门楣翻新工艺。
背景技术
门楣,就是正门上方门框上部的横梁,一般都是粗重实木制就。门楣上可以安装标识、字体等。由于门楣在外面,经常日晒雨淋,时间一长,会出现变色、损坏的现象。目前都是直接更换掉,造成大量浪费,而且成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种门楣翻新工艺,通过有效清洗、第一次着色、机械打磨、填补、人工打磨、再次着色、安装字体、喷涂专用漆、封釉等步骤,可以达到门楣的以旧翻新,而且翻新后的门楣具有防晒防水功能,使用寿命长。
为了实现上述目的本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种门楣翻新工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)清洗:使用高压水枪加除污剂清除旧门楣表层污垢,所述高压水枪中水:除污剂的重量比为1:0.02-0.03;
(2)第一次着色:拆除旧门楣原标志、标识字体,人工打磨喷涂同色户外聚酯氟碳漆着色;
(3)机械打磨:使用机械打磨增加铝塑板或亚克力面板表层附着力;
(4)填补:填补原子灰,解除版面凹凸不平表状;
(5)水砂纸打磨:人工使用1000#水砂纸带水打磨使表层光洁;
(6)第二次着色:喷涂氟碳漆着色三遍,使整体版面颜色一致;
(7)安装喷漆的原标志、标识及字体;
(8)喷涂专用油漆保护整体版面;
(9)封釉。
步骤(1)中所述除污剂由以下方法制备:(1)按以下重量份称取原料:水60-80份、硅酸钾3-5份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚3-5份、二硅酸钠8-10份、丁二酸二异辛酯磺酸钠1-3份、硅藻土5-8份、蛭石粉5-8份、贝壳粉3-5份;(2)将硅藻土、蛭石粉、贝壳粉混合,研磨过200筛;然后将研磨的混合物活化焙烧,活化焙烧温度为600-800℃,活化焙烧时间为1-2小时;再将活化焙烧粉料打散,得混合粉;(3)将硅酸钾和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚溶于水中混合,再加入步骤(2)的混合粉搅拌均匀;然后加入二硅酸钠、丁二酸二异辛酯磺酸钠搅拌混合均匀,即可。
本发明的除污剂具有较强的去污能力,可以有效去除旧门楣表面污物,去除效率高,而且无毒、无味、无腐蚀、成本低,绿色环保。
步骤(8)中所述专用油漆由以下方法制备:(1)按下述重量份称取原料:丙烯酸树脂30-40份、磷酸尿素10-15份、聚磷酸铵1-3份、硅烷偶联剂3-5份、季戊四醇3-4份、氢化蓖麻油3-5份、二茂铁1-2份、丁基胶乳8-10份、木质纤维1-3份、重晶石粉5-7份、黑云母粉5-8份;(2)将丙烯酸树脂、磷酸尿素、聚磷酸铵、硅烷偶联剂、季戊四醇、氢化蓖麻油在1000-1200转/分下搅拌5-8min,混合均匀;(3)向步骤(2)的混料中依次加入木质纤维、重晶石粉、黑云母粉在1500-2000转/分下搅拌10-20min,混合均匀后研制细度至50-60um;(4)最后向步骤(3)的混料中加入剩余原料,在800-900转/分下搅拌20-25min,分散搅匀后即得。
本发明使用的专用油漆防火隔热性能好、粘接力好、耐水性好、耐酸碱性、耐腐蚀性、抗日晒,不易脱落,能经受低温循环的影响。
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明的门楣翻新工艺,通过有效清洗、第一次着色、机械打磨、填补、人工打磨、再次着色、安装字体、喷涂专用漆、封釉等步骤,可以达到门楣的以旧翻新,而且翻新后的门楣具有防晒防水功能,使用寿命长。使用的除污剂具有较强的去污能力,可以有效去除旧门楣表面污物,去除效率高,而且无毒、无味、无腐蚀、成本低,绿色环保;使用的专用油漆防火隔热性能好、粘接力好、耐水性好、耐酸碱性、耐腐蚀性、抗日晒,不易脱落,能经受低温循环的影响。

以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但本发明不仅限于这些实施例,在未脱离本发明宗旨的前提下,所作的任何改进均落在本发明的保护范围之内。
实施例1:
一种门楣翻新工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)清洗:使用高压水枪加除污剂清除旧门楣表层污垢,所述高压水枪中水:除污剂的重量比为1:0.02;
(2)第一次着色:拆除旧门楣原标志、标识字体,人工打磨喷涂同色户外聚酯氟碳漆着色;
(3)机械打磨:使用机械打磨增加铝塑板或亚克力面板表层附着力;
(4)填补:填补原子灰,解除版面凹凸不平表状;
(5)水砂纸打磨:人工使用1000#水砂纸带水打磨使表层光洁;
(6)第二次着色:喷涂氟碳漆着色三遍,使整体版面颜色一致;
(7)安装喷漆的原标志、标识及字体;
(8)喷涂专用油漆保护整体版面;
(9)封釉。
步骤(1)中所述除污剂由以下方法制备:(1)按以下重量份称取原料:水70份、硅酸钾5份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚5份、二硅酸钠10份、丁二酸二异辛酯磺酸钠3份、硅藻土6份、蛭石粉6份、贝壳粉5份;(2)将硅藻土、蛭石粉、贝壳粉混合,研磨过200筛;然后将研磨的混合物活化焙烧,活化焙烧温度为700℃,活化焙烧时间为2小时;再将活化焙烧粉料打散,得混合粉;(3)将硅酸钾和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚溶于水中混合,再加入步骤(2)的混合粉搅拌均匀;然后加入二硅酸钠、丁二酸二异辛酯磺酸钠搅拌混合均匀,即可。
步骤(8)中所述专用油漆由以下方法制备:(1)按下述重量份称取原料:丙烯酸树脂35份、磷酸尿素12份、聚磷酸铵2份、硅烷偶联剂5份、季戊四醇3份、氢化蓖麻油5份、二茂铁2份、丁基胶乳10份、木质纤维2份、重晶石粉5份、黑云母粉5份;(2)将丙烯酸树脂、磷酸尿素、聚磷酸铵、硅烷偶联剂、季戊四醇、氢化蓖麻油在1000转/分下搅拌8min,混合均匀;(3)向步骤(2)的混料中依次加入木质纤维、重晶石粉、黑云母粉在2000转/分下搅拌20min,混合均匀后研制细度至60um;(4)最后向步骤(3)的混料中加入剩余原料,在800转/分下搅拌25min,分散搅匀后即得。
本发明的门楣翻新工艺,通过有效清洗、第一次着色、机械打磨、填补、人工打磨、再次着色、安装字体、喷涂专用漆、封釉等步骤,可以达到门楣的以旧翻新,而且翻新后的门楣具有防晒防水功能,使用寿命长。

Claims (1)

1.一种门楣翻新工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)清洗:使用高压水枪加除污剂清除旧门楣表层污垢,所述高压水枪中水:除污剂的重量比为1:0.02-0.03;
(2)第一次着色:拆除旧门楣原标志、标识字体,人工打磨喷涂同色户外聚酯氟碳漆着色;
(3)机械打磨:使用机械打磨增加铝塑板或亚克力面板表层附着力;
(4)填补:填补原子灰,解除版面凹凸不平表状;
(5)水砂纸打磨:人工使用1000#水砂纸带水打磨使表层光洁;
(6)第二次着色:喷涂氟碳漆着色三遍,使整体版面颜色一致;
(7)安装喷漆的原标志、标识及字体;
(8)喷涂专用油漆保护整体版面;
(9)封釉;
步骤(1)中所述除污剂由以下方法制备:(1)按以下重量份称取原料:水60-80份、硅酸钾3-5份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚3-5份、二硅酸钠8-10份、丁二酸二异辛酯磺酸钠1-3份、硅藻土5-8份、蛭石粉5-8份、贝壳粉3-5份;(2)将硅藻土、蛭石粉、贝壳粉混合,研磨过200筛;然后将研磨的混合物活化焙烧,活化焙烧温度为600-800℃,活化焙烧时间为1-2小时;再将活化焙烧粉料打散,得混合粉;(3)将硅酸钾和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚溶于水中混合,再加入步骤(2)的混合粉搅拌均匀;然后加入二硅酸钠、丁二酸二异辛酯磺酸钠搅拌混合均匀,即可;
步骤(8)中所述专用油漆由以下方法制备:(1)按下述重量份称取原料:丙烯酸树脂30-40份、磷酸尿素10-15份、聚磷酸铵1-3份、硅烷偶联剂3-5份、季戊四醇3-4份、氢化蓖麻油3-5份、二茂铁1-2份、丁基胶乳8-10份、木质纤维1-3份、重晶石粉5-7份、黑云母粉5-8份;(2)将丙烯酸树脂、磷酸尿素、聚磷酸铵、硅烷偶联剂、季戊四醇、氢化蓖麻油在1000-1200转/分下搅拌5-8min,混合均匀;(3)向步骤(2)的混料中依次加入木质纤维、重晶石粉、黑云母粉在1500-2000转/分下搅拌10-20min,混合均匀后研制细度至50-60um;(4)最后向步骤(3)的混料中加入剩余原料,在800-900转/分下搅拌20-25min,分散搅匀后即得。
