Abstract

本发明涉及一种阻燃聚氨酯皮雕软包组合物,属于高分子材料技术领域。所述的组合物由A组分和B组分组成,以重量份数计,A组份由以下原料制成:高活性聚醚多元醇50~85份,结构型阻燃聚合物多元醇10~30份,高活性聚合物多元醇10~30份,交联剂0.1~2份,泡沫稳定剂0.1~2份,发泡剂1.5~5份,催化剂0.1~2份,阻燃剂0.1~10份;B组份为100份的改性异氰酸酯。本发明的阻燃聚氨酯皮雕软包组合物通过将结构阻燃聚合物多元醇引入到配方体系中,制备得到的聚氨酯材料皮雕软包具有优良的阻燃性能,能够满足室内家具装饰的功能化需求,且其制备方法简单、易实施。

阻燃聚氨酯皮雕软包组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及一种阻燃聚氨酯皮雕软包组合物,属于高分子材料技术领域。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们对居住环境也越来越注重,每一个家庭的装潢中都要用到背景墙这一块,比如床头背景墙、电视背景墙、沙发背景墙、餐厅背景墙等等,且人们对于背景墙中用到的皮雕软包制品的要求也是越来越高,其中就包括具有阻燃、吸音、隔音、防潮、防霉、抗菌、防水、防油、防尘、防污、防静电、防撞等功能。作为室内家具装饰用的皮雕软包,最为重要的是对于阻燃性能的要求,市场需求在这一方面也存在一定的空缺。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种阻燃聚氨酯皮雕软包组合物,具有阻燃性能优良、制备方法简单的特点。
本发明所述的阻燃聚氨酯皮雕软包组合物由A组分和B组分组成,其中:
以重量份数计,A组份由以下原料制成:
以重量份数计,B组份由以下原料制成:
改性异氰酸酯 100份。
其中:
所述高活性聚醚多元醇是以丙三醇、三乙醇胺或三羟甲基丙烷中的任意一种或者多种为起始剂,用氧化乙烯封端的聚氧化丙烯三元醇,其伯羟基含量≥75%,数均分子量为4000~8000;
所述结构型阻燃聚合物多元醇是由三聚氰胺和双氰胺利用甲醛进行缩合反应、聚醚多元醇接枝的方法而合成的结构型阻燃聚合物多元醇,其固体质量分数为28%,粒径为90~300nm,粘度2450mPa·s;
所述高活性聚合物多元醇为江苏长华聚氨酯科技有限公司生产的CHP-H28、CHP-H30、CHP-H45中的一种或者多种;
所述交联剂为二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺中的一种或两种。
所述泡沫稳定剂为德美世创化工有限公司生产的AK-7705、AK-7706中的一种或两种。
所述发泡剂为水。
所述催化剂为美国气体化工产品公司生产的Dabco BL-22、Dabco BLV、Dabco R-8020中的一种或多种。
所述改性异氰酸酯为山东一诺威聚氨酯股份有限公司生产的DG5411、DG5412、DG5413中的一种或多种。
所述阻燃剂为常用的高效水溶性阻燃剂,优选DMMP。
所述阻燃聚氨酯皮雕软包组合物的使用方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将配方量的高活性聚醚多元醇、结构阻燃聚合物多元醇、高活性聚合物多元醇加入到反应釜中进行搅拌,然后加入交联剂、催化剂、发泡剂、泡沫稳定剂、阻燃剂,在常温下物理搅拌2~3h,得到A组分;
(2)室温下将A组分和B组分按100:20~70的重量配比混匀,然后将其注入铝制皮雕软包模具中,过1-9min常温熟化脱模即可加工成制品。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明的阻燃聚氨酯皮雕软包组合物通过将结构阻燃聚合物多元醇引入到配方体系中,制备得到的聚氨酯材料皮雕软包具有优良的阻燃性能,能够满足室内家具装饰的功能化需求,且其制备方法简单、易实施。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述。
实施例1
A组分:将50kg高活性聚醚多元醇、30kg结构阻燃聚合物多元醇、25kg高活性聚合物多元醇CHP-H28加入到反应釜中进行搅拌,然后依次加入1.2kg二乙醇胺、1.2kg AK-7705、2.5kg水、1.3kg Dabco BL-22、2.0kg DMMP,常温下物理搅拌2.0h,取样进行检测,满足各项检测指标,即得A组分的合格产品,从反应釜中放料装桶入库。
B组分:DG5411
使用时,室温下将A组分和B组分按100:50的重量配比进行机械混匀,然后注入铝制皮雕软包模具中,经过1min常温熟化脱模即可加工成制品。
实施例2
将70kg高活性聚醚多元醇、15kg结构阻燃聚合物多元醇、20kg高活性聚合物多元醇CHP-H28加入到反应釜中进行搅拌,然后依次加入1.2kg三乙醇胺、1.2kg AK-7706、3.0kg水、1.3kg Dabco BLV、2.0kg DMMP,常温下物理搅拌4.0h,取样进行检测,满足各项检测指标,即得A组分的合格产品,从反应釜中放料装桶入库;
B组分:DG5412
使用时,室温下将A组分和B组分按100:30的重量配比进行机械混匀,然后注入铝制皮雕软包模具中,经过3min常温熟化脱模即可加工成制品。
实施例3
分别称量:高活性聚醚多元醇80公斤,结构阻燃聚合物多元醇45公斤,高活性聚合物多元醇CHP-H28为15公斤,交联剂二乙醇胺1.8公斤,泡沫稳定剂AK-7705为1.6公斤,水4.0公斤,催化剂Dabco R-8020为1.5公斤,DMMP为4.0公斤。
A组分:将80kg高活性聚醚多元醇、45kg结构阻燃聚合物多元醇、15kg高活性聚合物多元醇CHP-H28加入到反应釜中进行搅拌,然后依次加入1.8kg二乙醇胺、1.6kg AK-7705、4.0kg水、1.5kg Dabco R-8020、4.0kg DMMP,常温下物理搅拌3.5h,取样进行检测,满足各项检测指标,即得A组分的合格产品,从反应釜中放料装桶入库;
B组分料:DG5413
使用时,室温下将A组分和B组分按100:60的重量配比进行机械混匀,然后注入铝制皮雕软包模具中,经过9min常温熟化脱模即可加工成制品。

Claims (7)

1.一种阻燃聚氨酯皮雕软包组合物,其特征在于:由A组分和B组分组成,其中:
以重量份数计,A组份由以下原料制成:
其中,所述高活性聚醚多元醇是以丙三醇、三乙醇胺或三羟甲基丙烷中的任意一种或者多种为起始剂,用氧化乙烯封端的聚氧化丙烯三元醇,其伯羟基含量≥75%,数均分子量为4000~8000;
所述结构型阻燃聚合物多元醇是由三聚氰胺和双氰胺利用甲醛进行缩合反应、聚醚多元醇接枝的方法而合成的结构型阻燃聚合物多元醇,其固体质量分数为28wt%,粒径为90~300nm,粘度2450mPa·s;
所述高活性聚合物多元醇为江苏长华聚氨酯科技有限公司生产的CHP-H28、CHP-H30、CHP-H45中的一种或者多种;
以重量份数计,B组份由以下原料制成:
改性异氰酸酯 100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃聚氨酯皮雕软包组合物,其特征在于:交联剂为二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺中的一种或两种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃聚氨酯皮雕软包组合物,其特征在于:泡沫稳定剂为德美世创化工有限公司生产的AK-7705、AK-7706中的一种或两种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃聚氨酯皮雕软包组合物,其特征在于:发泡剂为水。
5.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃聚氨酯皮雕软包组合物,其特征在于:催化剂为美国气体化工产品公司生产的Dabco BL-22、Dabco BLV、Dabco R-8020中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃聚氨酯皮雕软包组合物,其特征在于:改性异氰酸酯为山东一诺威聚氨酯股份有限公司生产的DG5411、DG5412、DG5413中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃聚氨酯皮雕软包组合物,其特征在于:使用方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将配方量的高活性聚醚多元醇、结构阻燃聚合物多元醇、高活性聚合物多元醇加入到反应釜中进行搅拌,然后加入交联剂、催化剂、发泡剂、泡沫稳定剂、阻燃剂,在常温下物理搅拌2~3h,得到A组分;
(2)室温下将A组分和B组分按100:20~70的重量配比混匀,然后将其注入铝制皮雕软包模具中,过1-9min常温熟化脱模即可加工成制品。
