Referring to fig. 3 to 10, the automatic bagging machine 101 for producing automotive upholstery includes a bracket 10, a first packaging film conveying mechanism 20, a second packaging film conveying mechanism 30 and a sealing mechanism 50 disposed on the bracket 10.
The bracket 10 is used for supporting other components on the automatic bagging machine 101 for producing the automotive upholstery. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the bracket 10 may be any support structure that meets the corresponding support characteristics. In this embodiment, the bracket 10 is constructed of a plurality of struts (not shown) connected to each other and extending in different directions. More specifically, the bracket 10 is surrounded by a plurality of struts to form a substantially rectangular cubic frame shape. The bracket 10 is provided with a guide groove 12 for guiding a guide post 24 described below to move.
The first packaging film conveying mechanism 20 is used for conveying the first packaging film 301. The first packaging film conveying mechanism 20 may be a reel, a drum, or a straight rod around which the first packaging film 301 is wound. That is, the first packaging film conveying mechanism 20 may wind the first packaging film 301 in a disc shape or a tube shape. In this embodiment, the first packaging film conveying mechanism 20 is a rotating shaft rotatably provided on the stand 10.
In order to facilitate the transport of the respective first packaging film 301, the automatic bagging machine 101 for the production of automotive upholstery further comprises a guide post 24. The guide posts 24 are disposed on the support 10. The guide posts 24 serve to guide the conveying direction and the defined position of the first packaging film 301. In order to facilitate adjustment of the transport path of the respective first packaging film 301, the guide posts 24 are movably provided on the stand 10. Specifically, one end of the guide post 24 is movably disposed in the guide groove 12 of the bracket 10.
In order to further enhance the limit holding performance of the first packaging film 301, the automatic bagging machine 101 for producing automotive interior parts further includes a limit lever 26. The limiting rod 26 is opposite to the guide post 24 and is arranged at intervals. The first packaging film 301 is disposed through the spacing between the stopper rod 26 and the guide post 24. One end of the limit lever 26 is movably disposed in the guide groove 12 of the bracket 10.
The second packaging film conveying mechanism 30 is arranged on the bracket 10. The second wrapping film transport mechanism 30 is used to transport the second wrapping film 302. The second packaging film conveying mechanism 30 and the first packaging film conveying mechanism 20 are opposite to each other and are arranged at intervals, and an inlet 401 for the articles to be packaged to enter is formed. The second wrapping film conveying mechanism 30 may adopt the same specific structure as the first wrapping film conveying mechanism 20. In this embodiment, the second package film feeding mechanism 30 is a rotation shaft rotatably provided on the stand 10. Accordingly, the rotating shaft may be wound into a disc, or a cylinder, by the second package film 302.
The first and second package film feeding mechanisms 20 and 30 may be disposed opposite to each other in any form and at a distance from each other. In this embodiment, in order to facilitate the transportation and simplifying the mechanism with a reduced effort, the first packaging film conveying mechanism 20 and the second packaging film conveying mechanism 30 are disposed vertically opposite to each other. Accordingly, the second wrapping film conveyance mechanism 30 enables the second wrapping film 302 to be provided to be laid on the product conveyance mechanism 80 described below. Unless otherwise specified, references to "up" and "down" in the present invention are to the up-down direction in the direction of gravity.
The first and second film transport mechanisms 20, 30 may also be powered, rotatable mechanisms, such as powered rollers.
The sealing mechanism 50 is disposed on the stand 10, and can connect the first packaging film 301 and the second packaging film 302 into a packaging bag having a receiving space. The sealing mechanism 50 may have a specific structure that can press and abut against the first packaging film 301 and the second packaging film 302, and the two films may be integrally connected. For example, the sealing mechanism 50 may be a retractable jaw, or a pressure mechanism. It will be appreciated that, depending on the material characteristics of the first packaging film 301 and the second packaging film 302, and the requirements for the connection stability of the corresponding packaging bags, the sealing mechanism 50 only needs to make the first packaging film 301 contact with the second packaging film 302 in a fitting manner. At this time, the first packaging film 301 and the second packaging film 302 may be integrally bonded by the external force applied by the sealing mechanism 50. In order to enhance the firm connection strength, it is also possible to apply a corresponding external adhesive to the portion of the first packaging film 301 in contact with the second packaging film 302.
In order to improve the efficiency and stability of the package, the sealing mechanism 50 includes a hot pressing device. That is, the sealing mechanism 50 heats the first packaging film 301 and the second packaging film 302 while bringing them into contact with each other by a hot press device to form a connecting portion of the packaging bag. It will be appreciated that the first and second packaging films 301, 302 may be thermoplastic materials, such as plastic films, respectively.
Referring to fig. 11 and 12, in the present embodiment, the sealing mechanism 50 includes at least a pair of side pressing members 51. In this embodiment, two pairs of the side pressing members 51 are respectively provided at both sides of the stand 10, thereby pressing both side connection portions of the package bag. In this embodiment, a pair of the side pressing members 51 are vertically opposite to each other and are spaced apart from each other. The side press-fit parts 51 each have a press-fit surface 512. The pressing surfaces 512 are disposed opposite to each other. In order to enhance the adhesion performance of the two side connection parts of the packaging bag, the pressing surface 512 is a plane. The pressing surface 512 is provided with a circular arc notch 514.
In order to reduce the resistance of the first and second packaging films 301, 302 to be conveyed and to enhance the firm connection performance of the respective packaging bags, the sealing mechanism 50 further comprises a heating roller 53. The heating roller 53 is accommodated in the circular arc-shaped notch 514. Part of the outer peripheral surfaces 531, 531b of the heating roller 53 are provided so as to protrude in correspondence with the circular arc-shaped notch 514. The heating roller 53 is arranged opposite to each other, and the corresponding first packaging film 301 and second packaging film 302 are abutted and contacted and heated to be bonded together. The heating roller 53 is rotatably provided. In this embodiment, the heating roller 53 is a cylinder.
It will be appreciated that the respective temperatures of the heated rollers 53 need only be such that the first packaging film 301 and the second packaging film 302 are bonded together. It will be appreciated that the heated roller 53 may be maintained at a corresponding temperature in any manner. The heating roller 53 is heated by an external heat source (not shown), such as an electric heater, for example.
The sealing mechanism 50 also includes an end press 55 for facilitating the formation of sealed packages to meet different packaging application needs. The end press-fit member 55 is provided on the stand 10, and may be provided so as to press-fit the first wrapping film 301 and the top end of the second wrapping film 302 together and form an end 303c of the package. The end press 55 may adopt the same specific configuration as the side press 51. Of course, the capping mechanism 50 may also employ a corresponding end heating mechanism (not shown) as desired. The end heating mechanism may adopt the same specific configuration as the heating roller 53.
Of course, in order to enhance the stable connection of the package to maintain the integrated performance, the end pressing member 55 may be simultaneously pressed and heated by the hot pressing device as described above.
The automatic bagging machine 101 for producing automotive interior parts further includes a cutter (not shown in the drawings) in order to enable continuous processing to improve production efficiency. The cutter is provided on the support 10. The cutter may sever the connection between the end 303c of the package and the first and second films 301 and 302, thereby making the package a separate, independent component. That is, in a specific production, the first packaging film 301 and the second packaging film 302 are both elongated in order to improve the production efficiency. That is, the width of the first and second wrapping films 301 and 302 corresponds to the width of the wrapping bag in the width direction of the stand 10. Accordingly, in this embodiment, the package has two side portions 303a, 303b and two end portions 303c.
To facilitate handling, the width of the first and second packaging films 301, 302 is generally reserved for a space so as to be larger than the size of the desired package in the width direction of the stand 10. At this time, the automatic bagger 101 for automotive interior part production further includes a recovery tray 58 for saving material. The recovery tray 58 is disposed on the rack 10. The recovery tray 58 is rotatably provided to wind the excessively wide side edge portions 303a, 303b of the package into a tray. The recovery disc 58 is a turntable or a wheel. The oversized side portions 303a, 303b of the package are separated from the package by rotation and dragging of the recovery tray 58. Of course, a corresponding cutter (not shown) may be used to form a cut between the package and the oversized side portions 303a, 303b, thereby facilitating the labor-saving recovery of the corresponding oversized side portions 303a, 303b by the recovery tray 58.
To facilitate packaging of the articles to be packaged of different sizes, the automatic bagging machine 101 for producing automotive upholstery further comprises an inlet adjustment mechanism 60. The inlet adjustment mechanism 60 is disposed on the stand 10 and is disposed directly opposite to an opening 308 formed by the first and second film feeding mechanisms 20 and 30. The inlet adjustment mechanism 60 may adjust the inlet size. In this embodiment, the inlet adjustment mechanism 60 encloses a generally rectangular inlet 68. Accordingly, the inlet adjustment mechanism 60 is used to adjust the width and length dimensions of the inlet.
The inlet adjustment mechanism 60 may be any type of inlet size adjustment structure, such as a bungee. The inlet adjustment mechanism 60 has an inlet 68. The inlet 68 is directly opposite the opening 308. The inlet 68 may have a (transverse and/or longitudinal) dimension that is greater than the opening 308. In this embodiment, the inlet adjustment mechanism 60 includes a pair of first direction adjustment rods 62, 62b. The pair of first direction adjustment bars 62, 62b are opposite to each other and are disposed at a distance from each other. The distance between the pair of first direction adjustment bars 62, 62b is adjustably set to accommodate products having different sizes in the first direction. In this embodiment, the first direction is the width direction of the bracket 10. Accordingly, the pair of first direction adjustment levers 62, 62b are provided on both side portions of the bracket 10, respectively.
To further enhance the universal flexibility of the range of inlet adjustment, the inlet adjustment mechanism 60 also includes a second direction adjustment lever 64. The second direction adjusting lever 64 is disposed at the top of the stand 10 and is disposed opposite to the bottom of the stand 10. The distance between the bottom end of the second direction adjusting lever 64 and the bottom of the bracket 10 is adjustably set, thereby enabling adjustment of the size of the inlet 68 in the second direction. In this embodiment, the second direction is the height (or up-down) direction. To reduce damage to the article and to enhance retention, the free ends of the first and second direction adjustment bars 62, 64 may be provided with a stop plate (not numbered).
In order to facilitate the packaging of the first packaging film 301 and the second packaging film 302 into a predetermined shape by the automatic bagging machine 101 for automotive interior trim production, the automatic bagging machine 101 for automotive interior trim production further includes a holding mechanism 70. The retaining mechanism 70 may be in blocking engagement with the first and second packaging films 301, 302, respectively, to retain the first and second packaging films 301, 302 in a predetermined shape, thereby facilitating the packaging operation. The specific structure of the holding mechanism 70 is only required to be able to hold the respective first and second packaging films 301, 302 at the respective positions. In this embodiment, the holding mechanism 70 includes four first stopper posts 72 in order to enable the package to have corresponding receiving spaces. The four first stopper posts 72 enclose a quadrilateral shape. Specifically, the four first stopper posts 72 enclose a rectangle. Of course, a plurality of the first limiting posts 72 may enclose other polygons as desired.
To further stably define the preset shapes of the first and second packaging films 301 and 302, the holding mechanism 70 further includes a plurality of second stopper posts 74. In this embodiment, the four second limiting posts 74 are disposed opposite to each other in pairs, and are disposed opposite to each other in the width direction of the bracket 10. More specifically, the two second stopper posts 74 in each pair define the two side edges of the first and second packaging films 301 and 302, respectively, as being disposed in opposition.
That is, in the present embodiment, four first stopper posts 72 are used to support the outline of the inner space of the package formed by the first package film 301 and the second package film 302. Four of the second stopper posts 74 serve to maintain the outer contours of the package formed by the first and second package films 301 and 302.
Accordingly, the specific arrangement of the holding mechanism 70 described above enables at least one of the first packaging film 301 and the second packaging film 302 to extend between the first stopper post 72 and the second stopper post 74.
The automatic bagging machine 101 for producing automotive interior parts further includes a product conveying mechanism 80 in order to improve production efficiency to avoid manual operations or other operations. The product conveying mechanism 80 is provided so as to convey the articles to be packaged accommodated between the first packaging film 301 and the second packaging film 302. More specifically, the product conveying mechanism 80 is disposed in contact with the second packaging film 302. When the articles to be packaged are accommodated in the space between the first packaging film 301 and the second packaging film 302, the product conveying mechanism 80 is capable of conveying the articles to be packaged and of dragging the first packaging film 301 and the second packaging film 302. It is contemplated that the product conveyor 80 may be any conveyor such as a belt roller, sprocket, or the like.
