Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有侧向吸能功能的汽车座椅,包括座椅本体,所述的座椅本体的两侧分别设有吸能机构。所述的吸能机构包括壳体,所述的壳体内设有吸能腔,所述的吸能腔内设有褶皱状吸能件。本发明采用上述结构,具有以下优点:1、支撑块方便驾驶员的手臂放置;2、当车辆侧翻时,外力撞击外罩的外侧壁,撞击力传递到海绵垫,进行部分吸能;进而撞击力穿过海绵垫传递到壳体内腔,褶皱状塑料结构吸收撞击力变形,完成吸能过程,对驾驶员侧向保护。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车座椅技术领域,特别涉及具有侧向吸能功能的汽车座椅。
背景技术
目前,汽车在驾驶保护通常都在驾驶员前方,座椅两侧没有保护装置,一旦车辆侧翻,驾驶员容易撞向座椅两侧而受伤。在汽车座椅两侧安装保护装置,是现有技术需要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术的不足,提供一种具有侧向吸能功能的汽车座椅,以达到实现汽车侧翻过程中对驾驶员侧向保护的目的。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种具有侧向吸能功能的汽车座椅,包括座椅本体,所述的座椅本体的两侧分别设有吸能机构。
所述的吸能机构包括壳体,所述的壳体内设有吸能腔,所述的吸能腔内设有褶皱状吸能件。
所述的褶皱状吸能件为褶皱状塑料结构。
所述的壳体外套有外罩,所述的壳体两侧外壁与外罩两侧内壁之间分别设有缓冲垫。
所述的缓冲垫为海绵垫。
所述的外罩的上端面设有支撑块。
本发明采用上述结构,具有以下优点:1、支撑块方便驾驶员的手臂放置;2、当车辆侧翻时,外力撞击外罩的外侧壁,撞击力传递到海绵垫,进行部分吸能;进而撞击力穿过海绵垫传递到壳体内腔,褶皱状塑料结构吸收撞击力变形,完成吸能过程,对驾驶员侧向保护。

具体实施方式
如图1所示一种具有侧向吸能功能的汽车座椅,包括座椅本体1,座椅本体1的两侧分别设有吸能机构。吸能机构包括壳体2,壳体2内设有吸能腔,吸能腔内设有褶皱状吸能件3。
褶皱状吸能件3为褶皱状塑料结构。壳体2外套有外罩3,所述的壳体2两侧外壁与外罩3两侧内壁之间分别设有缓冲垫4,缓冲垫4为海绵垫。外罩3的上端面设有支撑块5,支撑块5方便驾驶员的手臂放置。
汽车座椅的侧向吸能方法包括以下步骤:
a)当车辆侧翻时,外力撞击外罩3的外侧壁,撞击力传递到海绵垫,进行部分吸能;
b)进而撞击力穿过海绵垫传递到壳体2内腔,褶皱状塑料结构吸收撞击力变形,完成吸能过程,对驾驶员侧向保护。褶皱状塑料结构变形力强,吸能能力强,保护效果好。
上面结合附图对本发明进行了示例性描述,显然本发明具体实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明的技术方案进行的各种改进,或未经改进直接应用于其它场合的,均在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种具有侧向吸能功能的汽车座椅,包括座椅本体,其特征在于:所述的座椅本体的两侧分别设有吸能机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有侧向吸能功能的汽车座椅,其特征在于:所述的吸能机构包括壳体,所述的壳体内设有吸能腔,所述的吸能腔内设有褶皱状吸能件。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有侧向吸能功能的汽车座椅,其特征在于:所述的褶皱状吸能件为褶皱状塑料结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有侧向吸能功能的汽车座椅,其特征在于:所述的壳体外套有外罩,所述的壳体两侧外壁与外罩两侧内壁之间分别设有缓冲垫。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有侧向吸能功能的汽车座椅,其特征在于:所述的缓冲垫为海绵垫。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有侧向吸能功能的汽车座椅,其特征在于:所述的外罩的上端面设有支撑块。
