Description

混合动力两挡变速器传动***及混合动力汽车
技术领域
本发明涉及一种车辆用双驱混合动力两挡变速器,特别是一种前横置前驱汽车的双驱混合动力两挡变速器传动***。
背景技术
混合动力汽车是指使用两种以上能量来源的车辆。最常见的油电混合动力汽车是有发动机和电机,发动机消耗燃油,电机消耗动力电池的电能。
目前混合动力汽车的自动变速器一般只有一个挡位和一种速比,这样发动机和驱动电机可能在某些工况下不能工作在最有效率区;而有些两挡混合动力变速器采用同步器来进行换挡,由于在输入轴上安装了一个驱动电机,其惯量较大,而同步器的容量比较有限,造成同步器的尺寸必须设计得非常大,换挡时间比较长,容易产生打齿异响等问题。
因此,现有技术中的混合动力变速器存在以下问题:
1、只有一个挡位的混动变速器,发动机和电动机在某些工况下不能工作在效率最优区间;
2、采用同步器进行两个挡位的换挡,同步器同步容量较低,易产生换挡打齿等问题;
3、需要一套专门的操纵机构来操纵同步器换挡;
4、换挡过程中有动力中断现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种混合动力两挡变速器传动***,其采用行星排结构实现两个挡位,提高了发动机和驱动电机的工作效率,且结构简单紧 凑,采用离合器和制动器换挡,其同步容量较同步器大,有利于实现换挡,且在换挡过程中可以实现车辆动力不中断,提高换挡舒适性,同时不需要一套专门操纵同步器的换挡机构。
本发明实施例提供一种混合动力两挡变速器传动***,包括发动机、离合器、输入一轴、输入二轴、输出轴、挡位齿轮、行星排、驱动电机、差速器、输入二轴齿轮和输出轴齿轮,该发动机与该输入一轴相连,该离合器具有从动端和主动端,该主动端固定在该输入一轴上,该从动端设有从动端齿轮,该从动端齿轮与该挡位齿轮相啮合,该输出轴齿轮固定在该输出轴上,该输出轴齿轮与该差速器相啮合,该挡位齿轮固定在该输出轴上,该驱动电机与该输入二轴相连,该行星排安装在该输入二轴上,该行星排具有齿圈、行星架、太阳轮、第一离合器、第二离合器、第一制动器和第二制动器,该第一离合器设在该输入二轴与该齿圈之间,该第二离合器设在该输入二轴与该太阳轮之间,该第一制动器用于锁定该太阳轮,该第二制动器用于锁定该齿圈,该行星架与该输入二轴齿轮固定且该输入二轴齿轮空套在该输入二轴上,该输入二轴齿轮与该挡位齿轮相啮合。

本发明实施例提供一种混合动力两挡变速器传动***,请参图1,该传动结构包括发动机10、离合器11、发电机12、输入一轴13、输入二轴14、输出轴15、挡位齿轮16、行星排17、驱动电机18、差速器19、输入二轴齿轮20、输出轴齿轮21、减震器22和动力电池23。
该传动结构有三根轴,分别为输入一轴13、输入二轴14和输出轴15,三根轴平行布置。发动机10与输入一轴13相连,输入一轴13上从靠近发动机10的一端起依次排列有减震器22、离合器11和发电机12;输入二轴14上从靠近发动机10的一端起依次排列有输入二轴齿轮20、行星排17和驱动电机18;输出轴15上从靠近发动机10的一端起依次排列有输出轴齿轮21和挡位齿轮16。其中行星排17安装在输入二轴14上,行星排17具有齿圈171、行星架172、太阳轮173、第一离合器C1、第二离合器C2、第一制动器B1和第二制动器B2。
发电机12通过输入一轴13与发动机10相连,减震器22安装在输入一轴13上并且位于发动机10与发电机12之间。离合器11具有从动端111和主动端112,离合器11的主动端112固定在输入一轴13上,离合器11的从动端111设有从动端齿轮113,从动端齿轮113与挡位齿轮16相啮合。

2、纯电驱动模式2挡动力传递路线:离合器11和第一离合器C1分离、第二离合器C2闭合、第二制动器B2制动、第一制动器B1分离。驱动电机18的扭矩通过输入二轴14、第二离合器C2传递给太阳轮173,此时齿圈171被锁止,动力通过行星架172传递给输入二轴齿轮20,再传递给挡位齿轮16,通过输出轴15传递到与输出轴15固定连接的输出轴齿轮21,传递给差速器19并输出。
在纯电驱动模式下,在换挡过程中(离合器C1、C2,制动器B1、B2交换),可以启动发动机10,闭合离合器11,使发动机10在换挡过程中(驱动电机18动力中断)可以向输出端提供动力,使车辆在换挡过程中不出现动力中断现象。

Claims (9)

1.一种混合动力两挡变速器传动***,其特征在于,包括发动机(10)、离合器(11)、输入一轴(13)、输入二轴(14)、输出轴(15)、挡位齿轮(16)、行星排(17)、驱动电机(18)、差速器(19)、输入二轴齿轮(20)和输出轴齿轮(21),该发动机(10)与该输入一轴(13)相连,该离合器(11)具有从动端(111)和主动端(112),该主动端(112)固定在该输入一轴(13)上,该从动端(111)设有从动端齿轮(113),该从动端齿轮(113)与该挡位齿轮(16)相啮合,该输出轴齿轮(21)固定在该输出轴(15)上,该输出轴齿轮(21)与该差速器(19)相啮合,该挡位齿轮(16)固定在该输出轴(15)上,该驱动电机(18)与该输入二轴(14)相连,该行星排(17)安装在该输入二轴(14)上,该行星排(17)具有齿圈(171)、行星架(172)、太阳轮(173)、第一离合器(C1)、第二离合器(C2)、第一制动器(B1)和第二制动器(B2),该第一离合器(C1)设在该输入二轴(14)与该齿圈(171)之间,该第二离合器(C2)设在该输入二轴(14)与该太阳轮(173)之间,该第一制动器(B1)用于锁定该太阳轮(173),该第二制动器(B2)用于锁定该齿圈(171),该行星架(172)与该输入二轴齿轮(20)固定且该输入二轴齿轮(20)空套在该输入二轴(14)上,该输入二轴齿轮(20)与该挡位齿轮(16)相啮合。
2.如权利要求1所述的混合动力两挡变速器传动***,其特征在于:该第一离合器(C1)和该第二离合器(C2)的主动端固定在该输入二轴(14)上,该第一离合器(C1)的从动端与该齿圈(171)固定,该第二离合器(C2)的从动端与该太阳轮(173)固定。
3.如权利要求1所述的混合动力两挡变速器传动***,其特征在于:该输入一轴(13)、该输入二轴(14)和该输出轴(15)三根轴平行布置。
4.如权利要求1所述的混合动力两挡变速器传动***,其特征在于:还包括发电机(12)和动力电池(23),该发电机(12)通过该输入一轴(13) 与该发动机(10)相连,该动力电池(23)与该发电机(12)及该驱动电机(18)相连。
5.如权利要求4所述的混合动力两挡变速器传动***,其特征在于:该输入一轴(13)上从靠近该发动机(10)的一端起依次排列有该离合器(11)和该发电机(12)。
6.如权利要求5所述的混合动力两挡变速器传动***,其特征在于:该输入二轴(14)上从靠近该发动机(10)的一端起依次排列有该输入二轴齿轮(20)、该行星排(17)和该驱动电机(18)。
7.如权利要求6所述的混合动力两挡变速器传动***,其特征在于:该输出轴(15)上从靠近该发动机(10)的一端起依次排列有该输出轴齿轮(21)和该挡位齿轮(16)。
8.如权利要求4所述的混合动力两挡变速器传动***,其特征在于:还包括减震器(22),该减震器(22)安装在该输入一轴(13)上并且位于该发动机(10)与该发电机(12)之间。
9.一种混合动力汽车,其特征在于,该混合动力汽车包括权利要求1至8任一项所述的混合动力两挡变速器传动***。
