本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域，特别涉及一种沙发面料。本发明所设计的一种高仿真皮沙发面料，包括基层面料、表层面料和底层面料，所述基层面料为麂皮布、经编布或梭织布中一种，所述表层面料为 PU 或 PVC中一种，所述底层面料为尼龙布，在基层面料和底层面料中间复合有硅胶层；在表层面料的表面吸附粘结有真皮粉。本发明的高仿真皮沙发面料，在表层面料的表面粘结有真皮粉，形成的表面与真皮十分相似，在基层面料和底层面料中间复合有硅胶层，强度高，抗撕裂性好。面料手感柔软、防潮防水、成本低，可以完全代替真皮制品，成为一种高仿真皮沙发面料。

本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域，特别涉及一种沙发面料。
背景技术
目前，随着社会经济生活的不断发展，人们的生活水平不断提高，人们对于生活的品质要求也越来越高，特别是对于沙发、窗帘、床上用品等的家纺、装饰面料的需求也越来越高，特别是真皮沙发面料，但由于真皮沙发面料货源少， 价格昂贵，为了解决天然皮革导致的环境污染和动物保护的问题，市场上出现很多仿真皮沙发面料。
作为沙发的面料，用整张真皮的价格成本比较高，用合成革的档次比较低，
耐磨性差，柔软省察，使用时间久了容易撕裂，随着社会发展的需要，迫切需要一种具有真皮效果的仿皮面料，并且手感柔软，抗撕裂效果好，可长时间使用的仿真皮面料，可以完全代替真皮制品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种具有真皮的肌理和纹路， 面料质感舒适，抗撕裂性好的高仿真皮沙发面料。
为了达到上述目的，本发明所设计的一种高仿真皮沙发面料，包括基层面料、表层面料和底层面料，所述基层面料为麂皮布、经编布或梭织布中一种，所述表层面料为 PU 或PVC中一种，所述底层面料为尼龙布，在基层面料和底层面料中间复合有硅胶层；在表层面料的表面吸附粘结有真皮粉。
作为优选，所述硅胶层的厚度为 2-10mm。
作为优选，所述尼龙布上植有真皮纤维。
本发明的高仿真皮沙发面料，在表层面料的表面粘结有真皮粉，形成的表面与真皮十分相似，在基层面料和底层面料中间复合有硅胶层，强度高，抗撕裂性好。面料手感柔软、防潮防水、成本低，可以完全代替真皮制品，成为一种高仿真皮沙发面料。

一种高仿真皮沙发面料，包括基层面料、表层面料和底层面料，所述基层面料为麂皮布，所述表层面料为 PU，所述底层面料为尼龙布，在基层面料和底层面料中间复合有硅胶层；在表层面料的表面吸附粘结有真皮粉。
所述硅胶层的厚度为 2mm。
所述尼龙布上植有真皮纤维。

一种高仿真皮沙发面料，包括基层面料、表层面料和底层面料，所述基层面料为经编布，所述表层面料为 PU，所述底层面料为尼龙布，在基层面料和底层面料中间复合有硅胶层；在表层面料的表面吸附粘结有真皮粉。
所述硅胶层的厚度为 5mm。
所述尼龙布上植有真皮纤维。

一种高仿真皮沙发面料，包括基层面料、表层面料和底层面料，所述基层面料为梭织布，所述表层面料为PVC，所述底层面料为尼龙布，在基层面料和底层面料中间复合有硅胶层；在表层面料的表面吸附粘结有真皮粉。
所述硅胶层的厚度为 10mm。
所述尼龙布上植有真皮纤维。

1.一种高仿真皮沙发面料，其特征在于：包括基层面料、表层面料和底层面料，所述基层面料为麂皮布、经编布或梭织布中一种，所述表层面料为 PU 或 PVC中一种，所述底层面料为尼龙布，在基层面料和底层面料中间复合有硅胶层；在表层面料的表面吸附粘结有真皮粉。
