Abstract
本发明公开了一种环保的墙纸,它首先准备原材料石头纸和无纺布,然后用粘结层将石头纸和无纺布粘结而成形成复合型纸,通过数码打印印刷成高保真彩色图像。本发明不但张力和牢固性比较好,而且环保性能好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种环保的墙纸。
背景技术
目前大多数的墙纸都是采用植物性造纸,但是植物性的造纸相比它在整个生产过程中无需用水,不需要添加强酸、强碱、漂白粉等众多有机氯化物。去掉蒸煮、洗涤、漂白等污染,杜绝造纸过程中因“三废”而造成污染。目前以一般石头纸制作的墙纸是单层的石头纸,但是这种石头纸的单层墙纸牢固性比较差,表面张力也比较差。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种环保的墙纸,它不但张力和牢固性比较好,而且环保性能好。
本发明采用了以下技术方案:一种环保的墙纸,它首先准备原材料石头纸和无纺布,然后用粘结层将石头纸和无纺布粘结而成形成复合型纸,通过数码打印印刷成高保真彩色图像。
所述的粘结层为热塑性塑料材料。
本发明具有以下有益效果:采用了以上技术方案后,本发明石头纸和无纺布用热塑性材料粘结而成的复合型纸,这种新颖的墙纸既环保又因为粘贴了无纺布为底层使之表面张力增加,若制作墙纸后,无纺布表面的“粗糙度”使之与墙面粘贴胶的粘结度远远超过单一的石头纸,复合纸的牢度更强,更坚韧。本发明石头纸系一种无机粉体环保石头纸简称,它是以地壳内最为丰富的矿产资源碳酸钙为主要原料,以高分子材料及多种无机物为辅助材料,利用高分子界面化学原理和填充改性技术,经特种工艺加工而成。与植物性的造纸相比它在整个生产过程中无需用水,不需要添加强酸、强碱、漂白粉等众多有机氯化物。去掉蒸煮、洗涤、漂白等污染,杜绝造纸过程中因“三废”而造成污染。本发明专利以石头纸为面纸,以无纺布为纸中间用热塑性塑料材料作为粘结剂,采用挤出流延的制作,这种复合而成的新材料比单层的石头纸表面张力提高,更为坚韧、牢固。通过数码打印印刷高保真彩色图像。数码印刷它不同于一般凹印、丝印等印刷方式,它无须直接接触被印刷的物品(如复合纸)可确保打印物品的完整,通过墨水喷射方式打印,不会因热量和压力而发生变形。利用电脑直接输出打印方式,也完全不用在前期做任何准备打印工作,用数码印刷无需出菲林制版,全彩一次成像,定位精确,使之表面彩色图像更清晰。

1.一种环保的墙纸,其特征是它首先准备原材料石头纸和无纺布,然后用粘结层将石头纸和无纺布粘结而成形成复合型纸,通过数码打印印刷成高保真彩色图像。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保的墙纸,其特征是所述的粘结层为热塑性塑料材料。
