本发明涉及一种防护过滤材料的制作方式。本发明采用四层结构：第一层为保护层；第二层为过滤棉；第三层为具，有抗菌功能的熔喷过滤材料；第四层为具有抗菌功能的保护层结构。1.第一层的材料：35g/m2灰色抗菌纺粘。2.第二层的材料：200g/m2活性炭过滤棉。3.第三层的材料：60g/m2的抗菌过滤棉，过滤效率在85LPM条件下，对0.3μm的NaCl颗粒过滤效率达到97%。第四层的材料：35g/m2白色抗菌纺粘。

技术领域
一种发明涉及一种防护过滤材料的制作方式。为了满足电焊呼吸防护材料的要求，采用多种功能材料搭配，满足了防尘、防有害气体、抗菌功能。解决传统一些材料在电焊工使用环境下过滤功能单一的问题。
背景技术
焊应用领域的防护材料要求防尘，也要防有害气体。目前很多电焊工的防护口罩不具有这两个功能。
发明内容
本发明专利的主要内容有以下几方面：
1.本发明采用四层材料结构设计了一种过滤材料，该材料主要用于电焊工呼吸防护过滤使用。
2.该材料主要结构为：第一层为保护层，可以为纺粘，纺粘克重主要可以为10-40g/m2 ，主要特点是具有抗菌功能。
第二层为过滤棉，该过滤棉是由驻极纤维与活性炭颗粒组成的材料，该材料具有很高的容尘性能和对有害气体的吸附能力；第三层为具有抗菌功能的熔喷过滤材料，该材料的过滤效率较高，提供一个梯度过滤性能，该层过滤性能在85LPM的风量下，效率大于95%；第四层为具有抗菌功能的保护层结构，可以是纺粘、机织布或者针织布等。
具体实施方式：
本发明采用四层结构：第一层为保护层；第二层为过滤棉；第三层为具有抗菌功能的熔喷过滤材料；第四层为具有抗菌功能的保护层结构。
第一层为：35g/m2灰色抗菌纺粘；第二层为200g/m2活性炭过滤棉；第三层为60g/m2的抗菌过滤棉，过滤效率在85LPM条件下，对0.3μm的NaCl颗粒过滤效率达到97%；第四层为35g/m2白色抗菌纺粘。

Claims (6)

1.该过滤材料是由四层结构组成，主要特点是抗菌、防尘和防有害气体，可用于电焊工呼吸防护使用。
2.第一层为保护层，可以为纺粘，纺粘克重主要可以为10-40g/m2 。
3.主要特点是具有抗菌功能。
4.第二层为过滤棉，该过滤棉是由驻极纤维与活性炭颗粒组成的材料，该材料具有很高的容尘性能和对有害气体的吸附能力。
5.第三层为具有抗菌功能的熔喷过滤材料，该材料的过滤效率较高，提供一个梯度过滤性能，该层过滤性能在85LPM的风量下，效率大于95%。
