本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域，特别涉及一种沙发面料。本发明所设计的一种雪尼尔防水沙发面料，包括双层防水层和基布层，所述双层防水层分别位于基布层的上表面和下表面，所述防水层为铝箔或涤塔夫；基布层采用经线和纬线编织而成，所述的经线为雪尼尔纱线，纬线为活性炭纤维线和涤纶纱线加捻形成的复合纱。本发明的雪尼尔防水沙发面料由手感柔润的雪尼尔纱线作为经线，并利用具有空气净化作用的活性炭纤维线和涤纶纱的复合纱编织而成，沙发面料柔软平滑、透气性好、染色均匀；通过防水层能够使沙发面料具有较好的防水性，防水层能够更好避免水渍渗透到沙发内，延长沙发的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域，特别涉及一种沙发面料。
背景技术
沙发面料按照原材料成分分为全棉、亚麻、化纤等。化纤又包括涤纶、腈纶、粘胶、人造丝等，同时很多化纤面料都是几种成分混在一起的。雪尼尔纱是一种比较粗的纱线，成分有很多种， 涤纶、 粘胶都可以做成雪尼尔。雪尼尔也被广泛的应用到沙发面料中。 但是现有的雪尼尔沙发面料存在防水性差等缺陷，从而影响使用雪尼尔沙发面料的寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种能够更具防水性的雪尼尔沙发面料。
为了达到上述目的，本发明所设计的一种雪尼尔防水沙发面料，包括双层防水层和基布层，所述双层防水层分别位于基布层的上表面和下表面，所述防水层为铝箔或涤塔夫；基布层采用经线和纬线编织而成，所述的经线为雪尼尔纱线，纬线为活性炭纤维线和涤纶纱线加捻形成的复合纱。
作为优选，所述经线的密度为165-180根/英寸，所述的纬线的密度为30-40根/英寸。
作为优选，所述防水层的厚度为5-6cm。
本发明的雪尼尔防水沙发面料由手感柔润的雪尼尔纱线作为经线，并利用具有空气净化作用的活性炭纤维线和涤纶纱的复合纱编织而成，沙发面料柔软平滑、透气性好、染色均匀；通过防水层能够使沙发面料具有较好的防水性，防水层能够更好避免水渍渗透到沙发内，延长沙发的使用寿命。

所述防水层的厚度为5cm。

一种雪尼尔防水沙发面料，包括双层防水层和基布层，所述双层防水层分别位于基布层的上表面和下表面，所述防水层为铝箔或涤塔夫；基布层采用经线和纬线编织而成，所述的经线为雪尼尔纱线，纬线为活性炭纤维线和涤纶纱线加捻形成的复合纱。
所述经线的密度为180根/英寸，所述的纬线的密度为30根/英寸。
所述防水层的厚度为6cm。

所述防水层的厚度为5.5cm。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种雪尼尔防水沙发面料，其特征在于：所述经线的密度为165-180根/英寸，所述的纬线的密度为30-40根/英寸。
