本发明公开了一种玉米芯粉碎机,包括机体、风机、防震底座和第二筛网,所述机体的左端连接有入料板,且其上端安置有加热装置,所述入料板的下端安装有筛选箱,所述风机的上端连接有风管,且其外表面上安置有卸料口,所述风管上设置有灰尘出口,所述防震底座上安置有第一电机和第二电机,所述机体的内部安装有第一旋转杆,且其内壁上设置有隔热层,所述第一旋转杆的外表面上安装有刀片,且其右端设置有第二旋转杆,所述筛选箱的内部安置有第一筛网,所述第二筛网的下端设置有锤片,所述锤片的下端安装有第三筛网。该玉米芯粉碎机可防止石子和铁块对机体内部的零件造成损伤,防止潮湿的物质粘附在零件上,影响工作,增强其实用性。

一种玉米芯粉碎机
技术领域
本发明涉及粉碎机技术领域,具体为一种玉米芯粉碎机。
背景技术
将玉脱粒后留下整块的玉米芯,由于玉米芯的运用价值很高,所以玉米芯不会被丢弃,经由粉碎后得到玉米芯粉末,可以用于制糖、饲料和基质营养土,玉米芯是用玉米棒破碎加工再经过严格筛选制成,具有组织均匀、硬度适宜、韧性好、吸水性强、耐磨性能好等优点,在使用过程中不易破碎,用于眼镜、钮扣、电子元件、汽车零部件、磁性材料的抛光和干燥、擦干处理。被加工件表面光亮,光洁度高,工件表面没有水纹痕迹。
现有的玉米芯粉碎机多为人工将玉米芯批量的投入机体内进行粉碎,由于玉米芯被摆放在地面上,很容易掺杂石子或铁块,这样会对设备造成损伤,同时影响出品效果,当物料含水分较大时,物料在粉碎室内容易出现粘附现象,也容易在下料输送过程中堵塞,造成能力减小。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种玉米芯粉碎机,以解决上述背景技术中提出现有的玉米芯粉碎机多为人工将玉米芯批量的投入机体内进行粉碎,由于玉米芯被摆放在地面上,很容易掺杂石子或铁块,这样会对设备造成损伤,同时影响出品效果,当物料含水分较大时,物料在粉碎室内容易出现粘附现象,也容易在下料输送过程中堵塞,造成能力减小的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案一种玉米芯粉碎机,包括机体、风机、防震底座和第二筛网,所述机体的左端连接有入料板,且其上端安置有加热装置,所述入料板的下端安装有筛选箱,所述风机的上端连接有风管,且其外表面上安置有卸料口,所述风管上设置有灰尘出口,所述防震底座上安置有第一电机和第二电机,所述机体的内部安装有第一旋转杆,且其内壁上设置有隔热层,所述第一旋转杆的外表面上安装有刀片,且其右端设置有第二旋转杆,所述筛选箱的内部安置有第一筛网,所述第二筛网的下端设置有锤片,所述锤片的下端安装有第三筛网。
优选的,所述机体的内部安装有鼓风机。
优选的,所述第一旋转杆和第二旋转杆的旋转方向相反。
优选的,所述第二筛网的筛孔大于第三筛网的筛孔。
优选的,所述第二筛网的形状为弧形。
优选的,所述筛选箱与入料板为可拆卸连接装置。
优选的,所述锤片为对称排列,且其材质为堆焊碳化钨合金。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该玉米芯粉碎机在入料板的下端增加筛选箱,可在入料前将石子和铁块进行清除,防止对机体内部的零件造成损伤,同时成本低,方便使用;增加加热装置,对机体内部进行加热,可防止潮湿的物质粘附在零件上,影响工作,增强其实用性;设置两组筛网和粉碎腔室,对玉米芯进行粉碎,提高粉碎效果;增加鼓风机,可对粘附在零件上的粉末进行清洁。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种玉米芯粉碎机,包括机体1、入料板2、筛选箱3、风机4、风管5、灰尘出口6、卸料口7、加热装置8、防震底座9、第一电机10、第二电机11、第一旋转杆12、刀片13、第二旋转杆14、鼓风机15、第一筛网16、第二筛网17、锤片18、第三筛网19和隔热层20,机体1的左端连接有入料板2,且其上端安置有加热装置8,机体1的内部安装有鼓风机15,可对粘附在零件上的粉末进行清洁,入料板2的下端安装有筛选箱3,筛选箱3与入料板2为可拆卸连接装置,方便进行清理,风机4的上端连接有风管5,且其外表面上安置有卸料口7,风管5上设置有灰尘出口6,防震底座9上安置有第一电机10和第二电机11,机体1的内部安装有第一旋转杆12,且其内壁上设置有隔热层20,第一旋转杆12的外表面上安装有刀片13,且其右端设置有第二旋转杆14,第一旋转杆12和第二旋转杆14的旋转方向相反,筛选箱3的内部安置有第一筛网16,第二筛网17的下端设置有锤片18,第二筛网17的形状为弧形,第二筛网17的筛孔大于第三筛网19的筛孔,锤片18的下端安装有第三筛网19,锤片18为对称排列,且其材质为堆焊碳化钨合金,耐用、使用寿命长。
工作原理:在使用该玉米芯粉碎机之前,需要对整个装置的结构进行简单的了解,将玉米芯投入入料板2,石子和铁块通过第一筛网16掉落到筛选箱3内,玉米芯进行机体1内部,在第一旋转杆12和第二旋转杆14的作用下,进行破碎,部分通过第二筛网17掉落到下端,部分继续被刀片13破碎,直至通过第二筛网17,通过锤片18进行二次粉碎,最后通过第三筛网19,被风机4吸入,灰尘和成品分离并输出,当停止机器时,启动鼓风机15对内部进行清洁。

1.一种玉米芯粉碎机,包括机体(1)、风机(4)、防震底座(9)和第二筛网(17),其特征在于:所述机体(1)的左端连接有入料板(2),且其上端安置有加热装置(8),所述入料板(2)的下端安装有筛选箱(3),所述风机(4)的上端连接有风管(5),且其外表面上安置有卸料口(7),所述风管(5)上设置有灰尘出口(6),所述防震底座(9)上安置有第一电机(10)和第二电机(11),所述机体(1)的内部安装有第一旋转杆(12),且其内壁上设置有隔热层(20),所述第一旋转杆(12)的外表面上安装有刀片(13),且其右端设置有第二旋转杆(14),所述筛选箱(3)的内部安置有第一筛网(16),所述第二筛网(17)的下端设置有锤片(18),所述锤片(18)的下端安装有第三筛网(19)。
