技术领域
本发明涉及一种口服液,更具体地说涉及一种含EGCG的鼻炎口服液及其制作方法。
背景技术
EGCG(表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯)是从茶叶中分离得到的儿茶素类单体,是茶多酚生物活性的主要成分,其具有抗肿瘤、清除自由基、对肾脏和肝脏进行保护、抗病毒、降压、降脂、降血糖、抗突变、抑制黑色素合成、抗白血病等功效。但EGCG不能人工合成,茶叶是目前获得的唯一途径。
鼻炎指的是鼻腔粘膜和粘膜下组织的炎症,表现为充血或者水肿,患者经常会出现鼻塞,流清水涕,鼻痒,喉部不适,咳嗽等症状。目前,市面上用于治疗鼻炎的药物层出不穷,但仅专注于通窍,治标不治本,易使鼻炎反复发作,不能满足需求。
发明内容
本发明针对现有的鼻炎药物治标不治本、易使鼻炎反复发作等问题,提供一种含EGCG的鼻炎口服液及其制作方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案是:.一种含EGCG的鼻炎口服液,其由以下重量份的组分制成:炒苍耳子5-10、辛夷花15-20、白芷10-15、炒白术10-15、西洋参5-10、橘红10-15、甘草5-10、五味子5-10、EGCG单体2-5、黄芪15-20、蜂蜜5-10。
一种含EGCG的鼻炎口服液的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、取炒苍耳子、辛夷花、白芷、炒白术、西洋参、橘红、甘草、五味子、黄芪置于瓷器皿中,加入前面9种组分重量之和20倍体积的纯水,重量单位以g计,体积单位以mL计,浸泡30min,然后在40℃下超声浸提30min,离心过滤得上清液;
步骤二、将步骤一所得的上清液,经膜微滤,再经纯水稀释15-20倍,得到澄清液;
步骤三、在步骤二所得的澄清液中加入EGCG单体粉末和蜂蜜,然后搅拌调匀,得到了鼻炎口服液,从而完成了鼻炎口服液的制作。
所述的步骤三后面还包括下面的步骤:将鼻炎口服液经高温瞬时灭菌机灭菌,然后用全自动口服液灌装机灌装。
所述的高温瞬时灭菌机设置灭菌温度为135℃,灭菌时间为5-10s,物料出口温度为45℃。
所述步骤二中膜微滤所使用的膜孔径为0.05μm,操作压力为0.1-0.2MPa。
所述步骤三中得到的鼻炎口服液用波美比重计测得其波美度为0.3%-0.5%。

一种含EGCG的鼻炎口服液,其由以下重量份的组分制成:炒苍耳子5-10、辛夷花15-20、白芷10-15、炒白术10-15、西洋参5-10、橘红10-15、甘草5-10、五味子5-10、EGCG 单体2-5、黄芪15-20、蜂蜜5-10。苍耳子可发散风寒,通鼻窍;辛夷花辛散温通, 外能祛除风寒邪气,内能升达肺胃清气,通鼻窍;白芷发散风寒,且有止痛、通鼻窍等作用,还有很好的抗菌功效;炒白术能缓和燥性,健脾益气,燥湿利水;西洋参性凉,缓和燥性,补气滋阴,清肺止咳,并能增强人体免疫力;橘红性温,宽中下气,消痰;甘草补脾益气,祛痰止咳,调和诸药;五味子含有丰富的有机酸、维生素、类黄酮、植物固醇及木酚素,是少数兼具精、气、神三大补益的药材之一,可增强身体对非特异性刺激的防御能力,增加细胞免疫功能;EGCG对人体呼吸***合孢体病毒(RSV)有抑制作用,并可抗过敏、消炎;黄芪可提高肺与呼吸***免疫能力,并可用于因免疫力低下导致的虚汗病症;蜂蜜可调理脾胃,提高免疫力;因此本口服液消能够炎通窍、止咳化痰,并提高机体免疫力。
一种含EGCG的鼻炎口服液的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、取炒苍耳子、辛夷花、白芷、炒白术、西洋参、橘红、甘草、五味子、黄芪置于瓷器皿中,加入前面9种组分重量之和20倍体积的纯水,重量单位以g计,体积单位以mL计,浸泡30min,然后在40℃下超声浸提30min,离心过滤得上清液。此处的纯水指的是可溶于水的强电解质降低到一定程度的水,在25℃温度下检测其电导率≤5.1μs/cm。
步骤二、将步骤一所得的上清液,经膜微滤,再经纯水稀释15-20倍,得到澄清液。此处的膜微滤指的是一种以静压差作为推动力、利用膜的筛分作用进行过滤分离的膜技术之一,其能够除去大分子固形悬浮物。
步骤三、在步骤二所得的澄清液中加入EGCG粉和蜂蜜,然后搅拌调匀,得到了鼻炎口服液,从而完成了鼻炎口服液的制作。
进一步的,所述的步骤三后面还包括下面的步骤:将鼻炎口服液经高温瞬时灭菌机灭菌,然后用全自动口服液灌装机灌装。并将高温瞬时灭菌机设置灭菌温度为135℃,灭菌时间为5-10s,物料出口温度为45℃。同时可以选择全自动口服液灌装机每瓶灌装量为8ml。
具体的,所述步骤二中膜微滤所使用的膜孔径为0.05μm,操作压力为0.1-0.2MPa。
具体的,所述步骤三中得到的鼻炎口服液用波美比重计测得其波美度为0.3%-0.5%。此处的波美度是表示溶液浓度的一种方法,其单位为°Bé。

Claims (6)
1.一种含EGCG的鼻炎口服液,其特征在于,其由以下重量份的组分制成:炒苍耳子5-10、辛夷花15-20、白芷10-15、炒白术10-15、西洋参5-10、橘红10-15、甘草5-10、五味子5-10、EGCG单体2-5、黄芪15-20、蜂蜜5-10。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含EGCG的鼻炎口服液的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、取炒苍耳子、辛夷花、白芷、炒白术、西洋参、橘红、甘草、五味子、黄芪置于瓷器皿中,加入前面9种组分重量之和20倍体积的纯水,重量单位以g计,体积单位以mL计,浸泡30min,然后在40℃下超声浸提30min,离心过滤得上清液;
步骤二、将步骤一所得的上清液,经膜微滤,再经纯水稀释15-20倍,得到澄清液;
步骤三、在步骤二所得的澄清液中加入EGCG单体粉末和蜂蜜,然后搅拌调匀,得到了鼻炎口服液,从而完成了鼻炎口服液的制作。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种含EGCG鼻炎口服液的制作方法, 其特征在于,所述的步骤三后面还包括下面的步骤:
将鼻炎口服液经高温瞬时灭菌机灭菌,然后用全自动口服液灌装机灌装。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种含EGCG鼻炎口服液的制作方法, 其特征在于:所述的高温瞬时灭菌机设置灭菌温度为135℃,灭菌时间为5-10s,物料出口温度为45℃。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种含EGCG鼻炎口服液的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤二中膜微滤所使用的膜孔径为0.05μm,操作压力为0.1-0.2MPa。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种含EGCG鼻炎口服液的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤三中得到的鼻炎口服液用波美比重计测得其波美度为0.3%-0.5%。
