Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the following specific embodiments and the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1a to 1c, the veterinary drug infusion set cover of the present invention comprises an upper cover 100, a lower cover 200, a rubber stopper 300, and a film 400. Wherein the lower cover 200 is disposed at the lower portion of the upper cover 100, the rubber plug 300 is mounted in the upper cover 100, and the adhesive film 400 covers the upper surface of the upper cover 100 and is welded and fixed thereto. Preferably, the lower inner side of the upper cover 100 may be provided with an annular clamping groove 150, the upper outer side of the lower cover 200 may be provided with a second clamping buckle 230 matched with the annular clamping groove 150, and the upper cover 100 and the lower cover 200 are relatively fixed through the cooperation between the annular clamping groove 150 and the second clamping buckle 230. Wherein the second catch 230 may be a continuous annular structure or a discontinuous annular structure. Further preferably, the upper cover 100 and the lower cover 200 may be prevented from being lost when the upper cover 100 is opened by the connection part 500 provided at the edges of the upper cover 100 and the lower cover 200. In order to facilitate the user to open the upper cover 100, a protruding grip 170 may be provided at a side of the edge of the upper cover 100 opposite to the connection part 500.
Fig. 2 shows a cross-sectional view of the upper cover 100. As shown, the upper cover 100 generally includes a substantially cylindrical upper cover body 110, a first annular sidewall 120 extending vertically from the top to the bottom of the upper cover body 110, and a plug chamber 130 defined by the first annular sidewall 120 for receiving a plug 300. Wherein, the top of the upper cover body 110 is provided with a circular opening, and the bottom inner surface of the first annular sidewall 120 is provided with a first buckle 140. Preferably, the first catch 140 may be a continuous or intermittent annular catch for defining the position of the rubber stopper 300.
Fig. 3 shows a cross-sectional view of the lower cover 200. As shown, the lower cover 200 includes a substantially cylindrical lower cover body 210 and a protrusion 220 disposed on an upper portion of the lower cover body 210. In the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the tab 220 may include a second annular sidewall 221 extending vertically upward from a bottom surface of the tab 220, a tab chamber 222 defined by the second annular sidewall 221, a tab 223 received within the tab chamber 222, and a tear-away region 224 disposed at the bottom surface of the tab 220. Wherein tab 223 is flexibly connected to tear away region 224 by tab handle 225. To facilitate opening, a groove may be provided around the edge of the tear-away region 224 at the bottom surface of the tab 220, weakening the connection of the tear-away region 224 to its peripheral region, and allowing the tear-away region 224 to easily disengage from the bottom surface of the tab 220. The pull ring structure is arranged in the lower cover 200, so that on one hand, the sealing condition of the medicine before use can be further ensured, and on the other hand, when a large amount of medicine needs to be added into the medicine, the medicine can be directly poured into the infusion bottle/infusion bag through the lower cover 200, and pollution caused when the medicine is added through the rubber plug 300 due to multiple use of the injector is avoided. In addition, the lower portion of the lower cap body 210 may further include a protruding outer rim 240. The bottom surface of the protruding rim 240 is provided with an annular groove 241 to prevent deformation of the thicker protruding rim 240 during injection molding or welding.
According to the veterinary drug infusion combination cover provided by the invention, in a combined state, the upper surface and the side wall of the rubber plug 300 are respectively and tightly attached to the upper surface of the upper cover 100 and the inner surface of the first annular side wall 120, and the edge of the lower surface of the rubber plug 300 is tightly attached to the upper surface of the first buckle 140, so that the rubber plug 300 is limited in the rubber plug chamber 130, and a certain extrusion is formed on the rubber plug 300, so that a good sealing effect is achieved. Fig. 4 shows a cross-sectional view of an embodiment of the rubber stopper 300, in which the upper surface of the rubber stopper 300 is provided with at least one upper recess 310 and the lower surface is provided with one upper lower recess 320. The positions of the upper recess 310 and the lower recess 320 correspond to each other to form a plurality of thinned areas with smaller thickness on the rubber stopper 300, so as to be convenient for multiple dosing or transfusion respectively. Preferably, the upper surface and the lower surface of the rubber stopper 300 may be provided with an annular upper groove 330 and an annular lower groove 340, respectively, and the top surface of the upper cover 100 is provided with an annular protrusion 160, so that the upper groove 330 is matched with the annular protrusion 160, and the lower groove 340 is matched with the top of the second annular sidewall 221, so as to further ensure that the rubber stopper 300 can be very firmly fixed in the rubber stopper chamber 130 during the process of using the veterinary medicine transfusion combination cover, so as to avoid the situation that the rubber stopper 300 falls off.
The patch 400 includes a circular patch body 410 and wing parts 420 protruding from edges of the patch body 410. The film body 410 is sealed and attached to the upper surface of the upper cover 100 after heat welding, and the wing portions 420 are bent downward to the side walls of the upper cover 100. The above process enables the film 400 to effectively prevent leakage of liquid and contamination of the liquid medicine.
For convenience of processing, in the embodiment of the present invention, the upper cover 100, the lower cover 200, and the connection part 500 may be integrally formed. Wherein, the upper cover 100, the lower cover 200, and the connection part 500 may be made of a polypropylene material. The rubber stopper 300 is made of a thermoplastic elastomer such as isoprene rubber or polystyrene. The film 400 is an aluminum foil or plastic film, or the film 400 is a transparent, silver or gold composite film.
The veterinary infusion combination cap according to the present invention is suitable for any size. The veterinary drug infusion combined cover comprises multiple protections such as a film, a rubber plug, a pull ring structure and the like from outside to inside, so that the cleanness and the sanitation are effectively ensured; the upper cover and the lower cover are separated, so that a large amount of medicine can be directly poured into the infusion bottle/infusion set through the lower cover, and pollution caused by repeated medicine adding is avoided.
The foregoing examples merely illustrate embodiments of the invention and are described in more detail and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, which are all within the scope of the invention.
