Abstract
本发明涉及一种盘式制动器的制动衬片,该制动衬片具有衬片支撑板(1)和固定在该衬片支撑板的基面上的中间层(2),所述中间层载有磨耗性的摩擦衬片(3),所述制动衬片如此构成,使得未使用的摩擦衬片(3)的厚度(b)小于或者等于规定的最大磨损限值(cmax),所述摩擦衬片(3)的厚度(b)加上中间层(2)的厚度(a)的一部分等于磨损限值(cmax)。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种如权利要求1前序部分所述的盘式制动器的制动衬片。
背景技术
这种制动衬片尤其是在安装于商用车中的盘式制动器中使用。在此,这种制动衬片包括:尤其是金属的衬片支撑板,该衬片支撑板由铸铁或者金属板制成;固定在该衬片支撑板的基面上的中间层以及磨耗性的摩擦衬片,该摩擦衬片保持在中间层上。
所述中间层主要用于降低热传导以及用于缓冲在制动时发生的振动,这种振动意味着产生尖叫噪声,这被中间层阻止。
摩擦衬片的厚度迄今为止由规定的最大磨损限值加上安全附加值确定,在达到该最大磨损限值时必须整体更换制动衬片。此时,在中间层上附着有摩擦衬片的剩余厚度,该中间层整个与剩余摩擦衬片和衬片支撑板一起被回收。
由于在盘式制动器中,具体地说在制动钳和/或容纳制动衬片的制动支撑件中的结构空间状况,制动衬片不允许超过一定的总厚度;另一方面,衬片支撑板由于所需的弯曲刚度而同样不允许低于一定的厚度尺寸,所以为中间层的厚度保留相对小的尺寸。对于已知的制动衬片,该尺寸例如为或者说通常约为2mm,而摩擦衬片的厚度约为19mm。
但是为了在中间层的厚度相对小的情况下获得足够的缓冲特性和/或隔离特性,使用适合于此的材料,但所述材料比摩擦衬片的材料显著更贵。这与以成本优化为目标的持续降低成本的需求相悖,这产生特别的难题,因为制动衬片、尤其是作为磨损件被大批量使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,进一步改进同类的制动衬片,使得其可以更经济地制造,并且其可用性得到改善。
该目的通过具有权利要求1的特征的制动衬片实现。
通过按照本发明构造制动衬片,现在可以弃用相对贵的中间层材料和部分磨损材料。作为替代,使用更经济的材料,但由于较大的厚度,该材料与迄今为止使用的中间层具有至少类似的缓冲特性。
甚至可以想到,使用比摩擦衬片的材料更经济的材料作为新的中间层,例如回收的摩擦材料适合于此,该摩擦材料掺杂有磨耗性的磨粒和作为粘合剂的树脂。
由于按照本发明未使用的摩擦衬片的厚度小于或等于规定的最大磨损限值,在摩擦衬片消耗并且安全附加值的厚度消耗之后,同样具有足够摩擦性能的中间层将发挥作用,所述中间层具有与摩擦衬片本身类似的摩擦特性。
原则上,即使在达到规定的磨损限值之后,制动衬片仍具有与迄今为止的制动衬片在通过磨损限值确定的磨损之后相同的厚度,从而可以说制动衬片的剩余厚度在两种情况下,亦即在迄今为止使用的制动衬片的情况下和在新的制动衬片的情况下,是相同的。
如已提到的,中间层可以由回收的摩擦材料制成,从而实现中间层极其经济的制造,尤其因为未使用的制动衬片的总厚度保持不变,所以摩擦衬片是相应地较薄的。
参考在开头背景技术部分中所提到的尺寸示例,据此,中间层现在>2mm,而摩擦衬片<19mm,但直到衬片支撑板之前,它们相加起来是同样的。
除了由本发明提供的显著的成本优势以外,还要注意到的是,通过再利用摩擦材料来制造中间层,实现对环境的减负,因为迄今为止在磨损的制动片中附着在中间层上并且被处理掉的残余摩擦衬片现在起基本上回到循环利用中。
在摩擦衬片完全磨损之后以及在中间层的一部分厚度同样被磨掉直到达到最大允许磨损限值之后,剩余的还附着在衬片支撑板上的剩余中间层同样以适宜的方式回收利用并且重新又被加工成中间层,只要这能与提出的要求相容。
如意想不到地已经展示的,此外,制动衬片形成裂纹的倾向被显著降低,因为中间层现在基本上具有与此相关的特性,这种特性也是摩擦衬片所具有的。

具体实施方式
在附图中示出一种盘式制动器的制动衬片,该制动衬片具有衬片支撑板1,该衬片支撑板由金属或其他合适的材料制成并且例如可以由铸铁或者金属板制成。
在衬片支撑板1上通常通过粘接和/或形锁合连接而固定有中间层2,该中间层载有磨耗性的摩擦衬片3,该摩擦衬片在工作中、亦即在制动时在压紧压力下接触在车辆上的制动盘。摩擦衬片3在此优选材料锁合地与中间层连接。
所示出的制动衬片可以说是新产品,亦即摩擦衬片3是未使用的并且处于最大的厚度b中。中间层2的厚度用a表示。
按照本发明,未使用的摩擦衬片3的厚度小于规定的最大磨损限值cmax,其中,摩擦衬片3的厚度b加上中间层2的厚度a的一部分等于磨损限值cmax。
清楚可见,在达到磨损限值cmax之前,摩擦衬片3完全磨损,从而在制动的进一步过程中,中间层2的厚度a的一部分同样被磨损,直到达到最大磨损限值cmax。
摩擦衬片3在未使用状态中的厚度b优选<19mm,而中间层2的厚度a>2mm。不言而喻,也可以想到其他尺寸,所述其他尺寸与制动衬片的总厚度相关、取决于相应盘式制动器的结构空间,制动衬片安装在该盘式制动器中。
Claims (6)
1.盘式制动器的制动衬片,该制动衬片具有衬片支撑板(1)和固定在该衬片支撑板的基面上的中间层(2),所述中间层载有磨耗性的摩擦衬片(3),其特征在于,未使用的摩擦衬片(3)的厚度(b)小于或者等于规定的最大磨损限值(cmax),所述摩擦衬片(3)的厚度(b)加上中间层(2)的厚度(a)的一部分等于磨损限值(cmax)。
2.如权利要求1所述的制动衬片,其特征在于,所述中间层(2)至少一部分由回收的摩擦材料制成。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的制动衬片,其特征在于,所述中间层(2)具有用人造树脂粘结的磨粒。
4.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的制动衬片,其特征在于,所述中间层(2)与衬片支撑板(1)和/或摩擦衬片(3)材料锁合地和/或形锁合地连接。
5.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的制动衬片,其特征在于,所述中间层(2)的厚度(a)>2mm。
6.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的制动衬片,其特征在于,所述未使用的摩擦衬片(3)的厚度(b)<19mm。
