Background
The solar energy is an inexhaustible, clean, pollution-free and renewable green and environment-friendly energy. The solar power generation has incomparable cleanness, high safety, and relatively wide and sufficient energy sources.
The street lamp can improve traffic conditions, effectively reduce night fatigue of drivers, and is favorable for improving road traffic capacity and ensuring traffic safety.
Most of the existing solar street lamps have the problems of complex structure and inconvenient replacement of internal elements.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a solar street lamp, which aims to solve the problems that the solar street lamp in the prior art is complex in structure and inconvenient in replacement of internal elements.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts a technical scheme that: provided is a solar street light including:
an integrally stamped aluminum housing having a recessed assembly cavity;
the solar panel is arranged at the upper part of the integrated stamping aluminum shell;
the waterproof assembly ring is used for sealing, connecting and assembling the edge of the integrally punched aluminum shell and the edge of the solar panel;
the light-emitting module is arranged at the bottom of the integrated stamping aluminum shell;
and the storage battery module is arranged in the assembly cavity and is electrically connected with the solar panel and the light-emitting module.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the solar street lamp further comprises a plurality of fasteners, and the integral stamped aluminum shell and the solar panel are tightly matched by the fasteners on the basis of the waterproof assembling ring.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the fastening member includes a main body buckle, a fastening piece and a fastening screw, the main body buckle has a clamping opening, the clamping opening is used for being inserted and clamped at the edge of the integrated stamped aluminum casing and the solar panel, the fastening screw is in screw fit with the main body buckle, and drives the fastening piece to move in the clamping opening when in screw fit, so that the fastening piece and the main body buckle clamp the edge of the integrated stamped aluminum casing and the solar panel.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the waterproof assembly ring comprises a first clamping opening for clamping the edge of the integral stamped aluminum housing and a second clamping opening for clamping the edge of the solar panel.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the waterproof assembly ring further comprises a support portion located between an outer end of the first clamping opening and an outer end of the second clamping opening, for supporting the integrally stamped aluminum housing and the solar panel at a distance.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the support part is hollow or solid.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the battery module includes a battery pack, a controller and an inductor, the battery pack is electrically connected to the controller, the battery pack is configured to receive and store electric energy converted by the solar panel, the inductor is configured to induce an external object to approach the solar street lamp, and the controller is configured to control a lighting state of the lighting module.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the solar street light further includes an internal fixing aluminum plate, the internal fixing aluminum plate is assembled in the assembly cavity, and the battery pack, the controller and the sensor are assembled on the internal fixing aluminum plate.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the solar street lamp further comprises an external fixing aluminum plate, a lamp arm fixing plate and a lamp arm, the external fixing aluminum plate is positioned at the bottom of the integrated stamping aluminum shell and fixed with the internal fixing aluminum plate through screws, the lamp arm fixing plate and the external fixing aluminum plate are assembled through mutually matched buckle sliding rails and further fixed through screws, and the lamp arm is fixed with the lamp arm fixing plate.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the solar street light further comprises a safety rope hanging ring, wherein the safety rope hanging ring penetrates through the external fixed aluminum plate, the integral stamped aluminum housing and the internal fixed aluminum plate and is fixed on the surface of the internal fixed aluminum plate through a nut.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: compared with the prior art, the solar street lamp provided by the invention adopts the integrally-stamped aluminum shell, so that the yield is high, the material waste is less, the structure is firm, the heat dissipation performance is excellent, the overall waterproof and dustproof effect of the product is good, and the internal elements are convenient to replace.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the present invention provides a solar street light, which includes an integrally stamped aluminum housing 110, a solar panel 120, a waterproof mounting ring 130, a light emitting module 140 and a storage battery module 150.
Wherein, the integrally punched aluminum shell 110 is provided with a sunken assembly cavity 101; the solar panel 120 is disposed on the upper portion of the integrally stamped aluminum housing 110; the waterproof assembly ring 130 is used for sealing, connecting and assembling the edge of the integrated stamped aluminum shell 110 and the edge of the solar panel 120; the light emitting module 140 is disposed at the bottom of the integrally stamped aluminum housing 110; the battery module 150 is disposed within the assembly cavity 101 and electrically connected with the solar panel 120 and the light emitting module 140.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the solar street light further includes a plurality of fasteners 160, and the plurality of fasteners 160 further tightly fit the integrated stamped aluminum housing 110 and the solar panel 120 on the basis of the waterproof assembling ring 130.
Specifically, referring to fig. 5, the locking member 160 includes a main body fastener 161, a fastening plate 162 and a fastening screw 163, the main body fastener 161 has a clamping opening 164, the clamping opening 164 is used for being inserted and clamped at the edge of the integrated stamped aluminum casing 110 and the solar panel 120, the fastening screw 163 is screwed with the main body fastener 161, and drives the fastening plate 162 to move in the clamping opening 164 when screwed, so that the fastening plate 162 and the main body fastener 161 clamp the edge of the integrated stamped aluminum casing 110 and the solar panel 120. The fastening piece 162 is folded from a sheet material into a frame shape as shown in fig. 5, and includes an initial portion 165, a connecting portion 166, a main body portion 167, and a folded-back portion 168, which are vertically connected in sequence, wherein the initial portion 165 is parallel to the main body portion 167 and respectively provided on the inner and outer sides of the holding opening 164 of the main body buckle 161, the connecting portion 166 connects the initial portion 165 to the main body portion 167, and the folded-back portion 168 is buckled to the main body buckle 161, so as to improve mechanical strength and prevent the fastening piece 162 from being largely deformed when the fastening screw 163 is screwed.
Referring to fig. 6, the waterproof mounting ring 130 includes a first clamping opening 131 and a second clamping opening 132, the first clamping opening 131 is used for clamping the edge of the integrally stamped aluminum housing 110, and the second clamping opening 132 is used for clamping the edge of the solar panel 120. The first clamping opening 131 is substantially vertically disposed, and the second clamping opening 132 is substantially horizontally disposed.
Further, the waterproof mounting ring 130 further comprises a support portion 133, the support portion 133 is located between the outer end of the first clamping opening 131 and the outer end sector area of the second clamping opening 132, and is used for supporting the integrated stamped aluminum housing 110 and the solar panel 120 at intervals. The support portion 133 may be hollow or solid.
Referring to fig. 4, the light emitting module 140 includes an aluminum substrate light source 141, a waterproof ring 142 and a lens plate 143, wherein the aluminum substrate light source 141 is provided with a plurality of LEDs, and the lens plate 143 is covered and mounted on the aluminum substrate light source 141 and is sealed by the waterproof ring. In order to facilitate the installation of the light emitting module 140, the integrally stamped aluminum housing 110 is further provided with a compartment 102, the compartment 102 is located at the side of the assembly cavity, a screw for fixing the light emitting module 140 can be accommodated in the compartment 102, and the compartment 102 can further optimize the heat dissipation efficiency of the product.
The battery module 150 includes a battery pack 151, a controller 152 and a sensor 153, which are electrically connected, the battery pack 151 is used for receiving and storing electric energy converted by the solar panel 120, the sensor 153 is used for sensing that an external object approaches the solar street lamp, and the controller 152 is used for controlling a lighting state of the lighting module 140.
In order to facilitate the assembly, replacement and heat dissipation of the internal components, the solar street light further includes an internal fixing aluminum plate 170, the internal fixing aluminum plate 170 is assembled in the assembly cavity 101, and the battery pack 151, the controller 152 and the sensor 153 are assembled on the internal fixing aluminum plate 170.
Similarly, in order to ensure the structural strength of the product and facilitate installation, the solar street lamp further includes an external fixing aluminum plate 182, a lamp arm fixing plate 184 and a lamp arm 186, the external fixing aluminum plate 182 is located at the bottom of the integrated stamped aluminum housing 110 and fixed with the internal fixing aluminum plate 170 through screws, the lamp arm fixing plate 184 and the external fixing aluminum plate 182 are assembled through mutually matched buckle sliding rails and further fixed through screws, and the lamp arm 186 is fixed with the lamp arm fixing plate 184.
In addition, the solar street light further comprises a safety rope hanging ring 188, and the safety rope hanging ring 188 penetrates through the outer fixing aluminum plate 182, the integral stamped aluminum shell 110 and the inner fixing aluminum plate 170 and is fixed on the surface of the inner fixing aluminum plate 170 through a nut.
When any one of the battery pack 151, the controller 152 and the sensor 153 in the solar street lamp is damaged, a worker may release the fastening of the fastening member 160, and then remove the assembly of the waterproof assembly ring 130, which may be conveniently replaced.
In summary, those skilled in the art can easily understand that the solar street lamp provided by the invention adopts the integrally stamped aluminum housing 110, so that the yield is high, the material waste is less, the structure is firm, the heat dissipation performance is excellent, the overall waterproof and dustproof effect of the product is good, and the replacement of internal components is convenient.
