Abstract

本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单、安装容易,并且制造成本显著降低的阴极射线管用电子枪,包括将从阴极发射的热电子加速并进行聚焦控制的多个电子枪顺序设置的阴极射线管用电子枪,还包括:固定设置在第1电极G1内侧、具有多个***孔的支持托架,可滑动***在上述***孔内的壳部件,填充于该壳部件与设置于其内侧的阴极之间的绝缘材料。

Description

阴极射线管用电子枪
本发明属于在阴极射线管内扫描多个电子束并使之衔接的电子枪,更具体地说属于采用简单的构造固定阴极使安装性能提高的同时,可以节约制造成本的阴极射线管用电子枪。
一般说来,在阴极射线管的管颈内装有发射红、绿、蓝电子束的电子枪,如图1所示,顺序设置了发射热电子的阴极1及将从该阴极1发射的热电子加速、聚焦控制的多个第1至第6的电极G1、G2、G3、G4、G5、G6、按规定间隔在一对玻璃筋2内通过熔接后而保持固定状态,在上述玻璃筋2的上侧固定护罩3。
而且,在上述第3电极G3和第5电极G5,及第4电极G4和第6电极G6,通过分别施加相同的电压形成两个电子透镜而进行电子束的聚焦作用。从阴极1发射的电子束在第1及第2电极G1、G2被加速后,在第2及第3电极G2、G3准备聚焦,接着在第4及第5电极G4、G5和第5及第6电极G5、G6被顺序聚焦后,以具有最小截面积的电子束在荧光屏上扫描。
但是,在这样结构的电子枪中,众所周知,阴极不但要固定在准确的位置,而且要与其他电极等进行绝缘。
图2及图3表示适用于现有的电子枪的阴极支持体的一例,在第1电极G1的内侧,插装由阴极1、壳部件5及填充于壳部件5内的绝缘材料4构成的多个阴极构造体。
但是,这种构造存在下面的问题:在第1电极G1的内侧把壳部件5通过焊接等方法固定时,因其他电极等的位置与间隔发生变化使废品率增加。
图4及图5表示适用于现有电子枪的阴极支持体的另一个例子。在第1电极G1的内侧固定有由外壳5a、外部绝缘材料4a、多个第一内壳5b构成的绝缘支持体,在上述第1内壳5b的内侧,插装分别由阴极1、内绝缘材料4b、第2内壳SC构成的一个阴极构造体。
但是,这样的方式存在以下问题:在外部绝缘材料4a内贴装第1内壳5b而形成绝缘支持体的技术很困难,成本高,所以从总体来看,因零部件多而使安装时间及制造成本增大。
因此,本发明是为解决上述各种问题而产生的,目的在于提供一种结构简单、安装容易,且制造成本显著降低的阴极射线管用电子枪。
为了达到上述目的,根据本发明的阴极射线管用电子枪,在该阴极射线管内顺序设置多个电极,将三个阴极发射的热电子加速并进行聚焦控制,其特征在于,还包括:支持托架,固定设置在所述多个电极中的第一电极内侧,该托架具有三个***孔;三个壳部件,其内部分别设有一个阴极,所述三个壳部件分别可滑动地***所述的三个***孔内;绝缘材料,填充于所述壳部件与设置于其内的阴极之间。不但可使零部件减少,安装容易,而且能提高生产率,容易调整阴极和电极之间的间隔,减少废品率;显著节约制造成本。
下面结合附图对本发明的实施例详细加以叙述。
图1表示通常的电子枪的侧剖视图;
图2表示适用于现有的电子枪阴极支持体一例的部分剖视图;

图4表示适用于现有的电子枪的阴极支持体另一例的部分剖视图;

请参照图6及图7,图中标号10表示通过加热发射热电子的阴极。
上述阴极10固定设置于第1电极G1的内侧,在上述第1电极G1的内侧面上,固定设置具有多个***孔12a的金属托架12,在上述***孔12a内,插装由阴极10、壳部件14、填充于其间的绝缘材料16构成的阴极构造体。
而且,在上述支持托架12的下侧,连接辅助托架18,支撑在阴极构造体的下端,据此,可以精确地调整阴极10的间隔平行度及相对于第1电极G1的孔的中心位置。
下面,对于上述构造的本发明的阴极射线管电子枪的作用、效果加以说明。
首先,在第1电极G1的内侧面固定设置支持托架12,向上述支持托架12的***孔12a内***具有通过内部填充绝缘材料16而保持固定状态的阴极10的壳部件14后,将上述支持托架12及壳部件14的下侧通过焊接等方法相互连接,至此阴极构造体的***及安装就结束了。
这时,上述阴极10由充填于壳部件14内的绝缘材料16支持,支持该整体的壳部件14一边向支持托架12的***孔12a内滑动一边被进行***焊接,可以准确地调整阴极10与第1电极之间的间隔。
如上所述,根据本发明的阴极射线管用电子枪,不但零部件最少、安装容易,而且提高生产率,阴极与电极之间的间隔容易调整,所以使废品率最少,显著节约制造成本,带来了种种优越之处。

Claims (3)

1.一种用于阴极射线管的电子枪,在该阴极射线管内顺序设置多个电极,将三个阴极发射的热电子加速并进行聚焦控制,其特征在于,还包括:支持托架,固定设置在所述多个电极中的第一电极内侧,该托架具有三个***孔;三个壳部件,其内部分别设有一个阴极,所述三个壳部件分别可滑动地***所述的三个***孔内;绝缘材料,填充于所述壳部件与设置于其内的阴极之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的阴极射线管用电子枪,其特征在于,在上述支持托架及壳部件的下侧,固定设置有辅助托架。
3.如权利要求1所述的阴极射线管用电子枪,其特征在于,上述支持托架由金属材料构成。
