The glue separating box 5 can be opened to clean the residual glue regularly. The brush 8 is made of market standard pig bristles and is easy to replace.
Referring to fig. 1, the mandrels 3 are controlled by the driving motor, all nine groups of mandrels 3 rotate simultaneously, the chain wheel driving motor is started, the number 1 mandrel wheel hubs 9 reach the designated positions, the glue injection system is started, glue is uniformly sprayed to the brushes 8 through the glue distribution boxes 5 and the glue outlets 7, and the brushes 8 are controlled by the motor to feed to the contact positions of the wheel hubs 9 to brush glue on the number 1 wheel hub groups. After the glue brushing is finished, the brush 8 is withdrawn at a certain speed. Sprocket motor restarts, and No. 2 dabber wheel hub reachs the assigned position and carries out the brush and glues the process. And the glue brushing process of the nine groups of hubs 9 is finished by the same method. And the brushed hub 9 is taken down at a designated position to replace the product to be brushed. If the process needs, a drying oven can be added on the equipment, the hub 9 coated with glue is dried by the drying oven, the drying speed of the glue is increased, and the production efficiency is improved.
