Abstract
本发明公开一种煤矿专用洗发露及其制备方法,其是水浴条件下,将癸基葡糖苷,α‑烯基磺酸钠,甲基椰油基牛磺酸钠,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺逐一分散到去离子水和乙二胺四乙酸二钠中,加热至80℃快速搅拌均匀;然后依次加入瓜尔胶,PEG‑7甘油椰油酸酯,PEG‑75牛油果树果酯和乳化硅油进行溶解,并搅拌均匀;降温至45℃后,加入乙内酰脲,珠光浆,氯化钠,柠檬酸和香精进行恒重,调节pH值,搅拌至均一即可。本发明的煤矿专用洗发露不仅能够轻松的洗去“煤黑”,有效地避免对皮肤的伤害,使皮肤清洁舒适,滋润,并且能够减少矿工洗浴次数和时间,节省洗浴用水。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种洗发露,特别涉及一种煤矿专用洗发露。
背景技术:
煤矿工人长时间在潮湿的井下作业,皮肤表面会粘附矿井中漂浮的大量煤尘、碎屑、煤焦油、碳素、石灰粉、煤油等多种有害物质,被矿工们称作“煤黑”,煤矿工人升井时往往是汗液、煤尘、油渍混在一起,难于洗去,对矿工的皮肤造成一定的刺激与不适,这些物质即便是用工厂定期发放的肥皂、洗发液和沐浴露等,也很难清洗干净。通常煤矿工人都是用肥皂洗澡,想要从头发到脚彻底洗干净,要清洗很久,洗过之后皮肤经常瘙痒、脱皮,秋冬季还容易干裂疼痛,非常不舒服。而由于市面上一些洗涤用品,如洗洁精,对油渍有一定的清洁功效,矿工们洗澡时先是用这些洗涤剂清洗一遍,然后再用洗发液和沐浴液重复清洗,每次都要用大量的洗涤用品,不仅对皮肤的伤害很大,而且洗完后皮肤很干燥,长期使用容易患皮肤病。
目前,国家安监局职业安全健康协会调查发现:因为“煤黑”造成的皮肤病中占前3位的是胼胝、足癣、手癣,因此这跟矿工“煤黑”清洗不彻底和用大量的洗涤用品有着直接的关系。为此,申请人通过多年在化妆品和洗化用品的配方研发过程中,经过反复试验和试用,研发出一系列真正能够去除“煤黑”,又能够带来清洁舒适的煤矿专用洗发沐浴配方产品。
发明内容:
本发明的目的旨在提供一种适合煤矿工人专用的洗发露,能够轻松的洗去煤焦油、粉尘等有害物质,有效避免对皮肤的伤害,从而减少矿工洗浴次数和时间,节省洗浴用水。
为达到上述目的,本发明采取以下技术方案:
一种煤矿专用洗发露,包括如下质量百分比的组分:
乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.05~0.25%
癸基葡糖苷1.0~5.0%
α-烯基磺酸钠5.0~15.0%
甲基椰油基牛磺酸钠1.0~5.0%
月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠5.0~15.0%
椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3.0~6.0%
椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺1.5~5.0%
瓜尔胶0.1~0.5%
PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯0.5~3.5%
PEG-75牛油果树果酯0.05~0.25%
乳化硅油1.0~3.0%
乙内酰脲0.1~0.5%
珠光浆1.0~5.0%
氯化钠1.0~2.0%
柠檬酸1.0~2.0%
香精0.1~0.5%,余量为去离子水。
所述瓜尔胶采用阳离子瓜尔胶。
本发明煤矿专用洗发露的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
水浴条件下,将癸基葡糖苷,α-烯基磺酸钠,甲基椰油基牛磺酸钠,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺分别逐一分散到去离子水和乙二胺四乙酸二钠中,加热至80℃快速搅拌均匀;
然后依次加入瓜尔胶,PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯,PEG-75牛油果树果酯和乳化硅油进行溶解,并搅拌均匀;
降温至45℃后,加入乙内酰脲,珠光浆,氯化钠,柠檬酸和香精进行恒重,调节pH值,搅拌至均一即可。
本发明的有益效果在于:与现有技术相比较,该煤矿专用洗发露配方组成科学合理,选用性能温和的表面活性剂为主要洗涤成分,并配以具有辅助调理,降低洗涤成分刺激,增加粘度的化学物质。特别是配方中富含椰油酸脂类和牛油树脂甘油酯类(又称乳木果油)等天然活性成分,其中椰子油脂类具有润肤,改善皮肤和强力的清洁效果,并且不伤肌肤,以及乳木果油中富含珍贵油脂,易被人体吸收,保湿及滋润效果明显。因此,该洗发露不仅能够轻松的洗去“煤黑”,有效地避免对皮肤的伤害,使皮肤清洁舒适,滋润,并且能够减少矿工洗浴次数和时间,节省洗浴用水。
具体实施方式:
下面结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明,实施例仅是本发明的优选实施方式,不是对本发明的限定。
实施例1
一种煤矿专用洗发露,由如下重量百分比(%)的原料按照如下方法制备而成:水浴条件下,将癸基葡糖苷2.5%,α-烯基磺酸钠8.5%,甲基椰油基牛磺酸钠2.0%,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠10.0%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3.5%,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺5.0%分别逐一分散到去离子水和乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.2%中,加热至80℃快速搅拌均匀;然后依次加入瓜尔胶0.25%,PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯2.5%,PEG-75牛油果树果酯0.08%和乳化硅油2.3%进行溶解,并搅拌均匀;降温至45℃后,加入乙内酰脲0.35%,珠光浆2.5%,氯化钠1.0%,柠檬酸1.5%和香精0.15%进行恒重,调节pH值,搅拌至均一即可。
实施例2
一种煤矿专用洗发露,由如下重量百分比(%)的原料按照如下方法制备而成:水浴条件下,将癸基葡糖苷3.0%,α-烯基磺酸钠10.0%,甲基椰油基牛磺酸钠3.0%,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠12.0%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5.0%,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺2.5%分别逐一分散到去离子水和乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.1%中,加热至80℃快速搅拌均匀;然后依次加入瓜尔胶0.4%,PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯1.0%,PEG-75牛油果树果酯0.1%和乳化硅油1.5%进行溶解,并搅拌均匀;降温至45℃后,加入乙内酰脲0.4%,珠光浆3.0%,氯化钠1.0%,柠檬酸1.5%和香精0.4%进行恒重,调节pH值,搅拌至均一即可。
实施例3
一种煤矿专用洗发露,由如下重量百分比(%)的原料按照如下方法制备而成:水浴条件下,将癸基葡糖苷5.0%,α-烯基磺酸钠12.0%,甲基椰油基牛磺酸钠4.5%,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠8.5%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱6.0%,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺4.5%分别逐一分散到去离子水和乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.1%中,加热至80℃快速搅拌均匀;然后依次加入瓜尔胶0.15%,PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯3.0%,PEG-75牛油果树果酯0.2%和乳化硅油3.0%进行溶解,并搅拌均匀;降温至45℃后,加入乙内酰脲0.2%,珠光浆5.0%,氯化钠1.5%,柠檬酸2.0%和香精0.3%进行恒重,调节pH值,搅拌至均一即可。
实施例4
一种煤矿专用洗发露,由如下重量百分比(%)的原料按照如下方法制备而成:水浴条件下,将癸基葡糖苷1.8%,α-烯基磺酸钠6.5%,甲基椰油基牛磺酸钠5.0%,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠6.5%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱4.5%,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺3.0%分别逐一分散到去离子水和乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.25%中,加热至80℃快速搅拌均匀;然后依次加入瓜尔胶0.35%,PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯0.8%,PEG-75牛油果树果酯0.25%和乳化硅油2.5%进行溶解,并搅拌均匀;降温至45℃后,加入乙内酰脲0.18%,珠光浆4.0%,氯化钠2.0%,柠檬酸1.0%和香精0.5%进行恒重,调节pH值,搅拌至均一即可。
实施例5
一种煤矿专用洗发露,由如下重量百分比(%)的原料按照如下方法制备而成:水浴条件下,将癸基葡糖苷1.5%,α-烯基磺酸钠15.0%,甲基椰油基牛磺酸钠1.0%,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠5.0%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱4.0%,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺1.5%分别逐一分散到去离子水和乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.05%中,加热至80℃快速搅拌均匀;然后依次加入瓜尔胶0.1%,PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯3.5%,PEG-75牛油果树果酯0.1%和乳化硅油1.0%进行溶解,并搅拌均匀;降温至45℃后,加入乙内酰脲0.5%,珠光浆2.0%,氯化钠1.5%,柠檬酸2.0%和香精0.25%进行恒重,调节pH值,搅拌至均一即可。
使用本发明煤矿专用洗发露洗头发与常规的洗发露的使用方式一样:即使用有效量的产品均匀地涂在头发上,轻柔按摩一分钟到两分钟,用清水漂洗干净头发即可。
将上述实施例1~5所制备的煤矿专用洗发露与市面上普通的洗发露进行感官评价,结果见下表1。感官评价是将实施例1~5所制备的煤矿专用洗发露和市面上普通的洗发露(对比例1和对比例2)分别发给50名煤矿工人对比使用煤矿工人使用样品时按照相同的方法进行头发护理,每种样品各使用2周。测试者根据自己的感觉进行评分,评分标准采取10分制,1分最差,10分最好,分数越高效果越好,结果如下表1:

由上表1可知,本发明的煤矿专用洗发露与市面上普通的洗发露比较具有较好的效果,即由于配方中表面活性剂性质温和,刺激性低,温和清洁头发和头皮效果佳,头皮舒适度均好。其中实施例2的配方为最优配比,其效果也最为突出。
将上述实施例1~5所制备的煤矿专用洗发露与市面上普通的洗发露进行梳理性测试,结果见下表2。梳理性测试是采用湿梳理性测试和干梳理性测试:首先将头发洗净,用2g各配方的洗发露滋润1min,然后用清水冲洗干净,用梳子梳理一次以除去多余的水分,在微型拉力测试仪测定湿梳理力,重复上述步骤,每一样品测定6次,实施例1~5和对比例1~2冲洗后的测定结果如下表2。干梳理性测试是:湿梳理性测试完成后将头发样品放在空气中干燥,待其干燥后测定其干梳力,实施例1~5和对比例1~2干梳力测定结果如下表2。梳理力越小,发丝手感越顺滑。

由上表2可知,实施例1~实施例5的配方与对比例1~2相比较,其湿梳阻力和干梳阻力都较小,其中实施例2的湿梳阻力和干梳阻力最小。因此,本发明的煤矿专用洗发露较市面上普通的洗发露梳理力小,则发丝手感越顺滑,且实施例2的配方为最优配比,其效果也最为突出。

1.一种煤矿专用洗发露,其特征在于:包括如下重量百分比的组分:
乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.05~0.25%
癸基葡糖苷1.0~5.0%
α-烯基磺酸钠5.0~15.0%
甲基椰油基牛磺酸钠1.0~5.0%
月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠5.0~15.0%
椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3.0~6.0%
椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺1.5~5.0%
瓜尔胶0.1~0.5%
PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯0.5~3.5%
PEG-75牛油果树果酯0.05~0.25%
乳化硅油1.0~3.0%
乙内酰脲0.1~0.5%
珠光浆1.0~5.0%
氯化钠1.0~2.0%
柠檬酸1.0~2.0%

水浴条件下,将癸基葡糖苷,α-烯基磺酸钠,甲基椰油基牛磺酸钠,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺分别逐一分散到去离子水和乙二胺四乙酸二钠中,加热至80℃快速搅拌均匀;
然后依次加入瓜尔胶,PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯,PEG-75牛油果树果酯和乳化硅油进行溶解,并搅拌均匀;
降温至45℃后,加入乙内酰脲,珠光浆,氯化钠,柠檬酸和香精进行恒重,调节pH值,搅拌至均一即可。
