本发明公开了一种电子广告屏控制***,所述电子广告屏包括液晶面板和LED背光源,所述控制***包括控制单元、亮度检测单元和LED驱动单元,所述亮度检测单元采用两个光电传感器分别用于检测环境亮度和LED背光源亮度,亮度检测单元和控制单元之间通过滤波放大电路进行连接,所述控制单元连接LED驱动单元,LED驱动单元对LED背光源亮度进行调节。本发明通过实时采集环境光强和背景照明光强及环境温度,实现对背景照明强度的自动调节,使液晶显示屏的亮度和环境亮度保持一致,从而起到很好的视觉效果和环保节能的效果。

本发明涉及一种电子广告屏控制***。
背景技术
随着大尺寸液晶面板技术的日益成熟,传统的页面广告方式正逐渐被采用液晶面板的电子广告屏所取代,液晶面板背景照明主要采用冷阴极荧光灯管和白光LED照明,而LED背光源以其发光效率高、能耗小、可靠耐用、使用寿命长、绿色环保等优势在各领域显示产品上的应用越来越广泛。随着LED背光技术的不断成熟,人们对其性能也在不断进行着改进,让LED背光技术发挥到它最大的效益。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种电子广告屏控制***,可根据环境和背景照明及环境温度的情况,自动调节电子显示屏的背景照明强度,使液晶显示屏的亮度与环境亮度保持一致。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用了一种电子广告屏控制***,所述电子广告屏包括液晶面板和LED背光源,所述控制***包括控制单元、亮度检测单元和LED驱动单元,所述亮度检测单元采用两个光电传感器分别用于检测环境亮度和LED背光源亮度,亮度检测单元和控制单元之间通过滤波放大电路进行连接,所述控制单元连接LED驱动单元,LED驱动单元对LED背光源亮度进行调节。
所述控制单元为采用STM32F030F4微控制器及其***电路组成的***。
所述亮度检测单元采用BPW21光电传感器。
所述LED驱动单元为采用LTM3598芯片的背光源驱动电路。
本发明通过实时采集环境光强和背景照明光强及环境温度,实现对背景照明强度的自动调节,使液晶显示屏的亮度和环境亮度保持一致,从而起到很好的视觉效果和环保节能的效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1,本实施例中的一种电子广告屏控制***,所述电子广告屏包括液晶面板和LED背光源,所述控制***包括控制单元、亮度检测单元和LED驱动单元,所述亮度检测单元采用两个光电传感器分别用于检测环境亮度和LED背光源亮度,亮度检测单元和控制单元之间通过滤波放大电路进行连接,所述控制单元连接LED驱动单元,LED驱动单元对LED背光源亮度进行调节。
控制***采用两个光电传感器分别采集环境亮度和背光源亮度,分别经过滤波放大后接入控制单元的A/D接口,控制单元通过温度传感器采集环境温度,根据采集的参数控制单元分析并计算输出的占空比驱动背光源驱动单元改变流经背光源LED的电流大小,从而实现背光源LED亮度的闭环控制。
控制单元为采用STM32F030F4微控制器及其***电路组成的***。环境亮度采用光电传感器BPW21进行测量,BPW21可将环境光亮度转换成电流信号,在完全黑暗的条件下输出为2nA,其环境亮度感知范围为0至5000lx,最大值由LM324输出最大值决定。光电传感器BPW21对环境亮度进行采集,采集后信号经滤波放大电路处理后送入控制单元的微控制器STM32F030F4内部A/D中进行转换。
***另外采用一个光电传感器BPW21对LED发光源发光亮度进行数据采集,将采集数据进行滤波放大处理后,再进行A/D转换,控制单元将采集的数据与基准值进行比较,看有无差值,有则再进行控制,无则继续保持,等待下一循环。设定值为前一时刻环境亮度对应的二进制数,LED背光源亮度对应的二进制数为实际值,通过两者差值,得出控制单元控制的依据,进而控制PWM波占空比。
LED驱动单元采用背光源驱动芯片LT3598,工作时接收控制单元发出的PWM波,根据PWM波的占空比大小来决定输出电流的大小;LT3598有六个驱动口,两个驱动口驱动一串10只的LED灯条。如图2为本发明LED驱动电路,***采用控制PWM波的形式控制电流的大小来对LED的发光亮度进行调节。
本发明控制***的控制原理为:通过光传感器采集外界环境亮度,将信号进行放大处理,再进行模数转换送入微控制器内部,微控制器发出相应的PWM波控制LED灯的发光亮度。通过实时采集环境光强和背景照明光强及环境温度,实现对背景照明强度的自动调节,使液晶显示屏的亮度和环境亮度保持一致,从而起到很好的视觉效果和环保节能的效果。
