本发明涉及烟气余热回收装置,包括塔体、进气管路以及喷淋水循环***,所述塔体内从上至下依次设有喷淋管、填料以及冷凝水箱,所述喷淋水循环***与喷淋管连接,所述进气管路从塔体外伸入塔体内,所述进气管路设有冷凝段,所述冷凝段设置在冷凝水箱内,采用上述结构后,本发明结构简单合理,操作方便,冷凝水箱中的水直接吸收进气管路中烟气的热量,避免了冷凝水受到污染,热量吸收完成后冷凝水可以直接用于其他用途,无需再进行处理,烟气经过冷凝水箱吸热后再与喷淋水进行换热,喷淋水对烟气起到吸热、净化的作用,降低了烟气中的有毒物质,本发明节能环保,换热效率高,热能使用率高。

本发明涉及一种烟气余热回收装置。
背景技术
在工业生产过程中经常会产生高温废气,这些废气如果直接排放到空气中,会对环境造成污染,而且烟气中的热量也会被浪费,与节能环保的理念不符,现有的余热回收塔得到的水中含有废气中的杂质,如果使用需要进过多个步骤进行分离处理,不利于对热量的回收利用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单合理、操作方便、技能环保的烟气余热回收装置。
实现本发明目的的技术方案如下:
烟气余热回收装置,包括塔体、进气管路以及喷淋水循环***,所述塔体内从上至下依次设有喷淋管、填料以及冷凝水箱,所述喷淋水循环***与喷淋管连接,所述进气管路从塔体外伸入塔体内,所述进气管路设有冷凝段,所述冷凝段设置在冷凝水箱内。
采用上述结构后,本发明结构简单合理,操作方便,冷凝水箱中的水直接吸收进气管路中烟气的热量,避免了冷凝水受到污染,热量吸收完成后冷凝水可以直接用于其他用途,无需再进行处理,烟气经过冷凝水箱吸热后再与喷淋水进行换热,喷淋水对烟气起到吸热、净化的作用,降低了烟气中的有毒物质,本发明节能环保,换热效率高,热能使用率高。
优选的,为了方便冷凝水箱补水所述冷凝水箱设有进水管与出水管,所述进水管位于出水管下方。
优选的,为了方便喷淋水吸收烟气热量并净化烟气,所述喷淋水循环***包括水泵以及设置在水泵上的抽水管路以及送水管路,所述送水管路与喷淋管连接,所述抽水管路与塔体连接。

具体实施方式
由图1可知本发明烟气余热回收装置包括塔体1、进气管路2以及喷淋水循环***,所述塔体1内从上至下依次设有喷淋管3、填料4以及冷凝水箱5,所述喷淋水循环***与喷淋管3连接,所述进气管路2从塔体1外伸入塔体1内,所述进气管路2设有冷凝段,所述冷凝段设置在冷凝水箱5内,所述冷凝水箱5设有进水管6与出水管7,所述进水管6位于出水管7下方,所述喷淋水循环***包括水泵8以及设置在水泵8上的抽水管路9以及送水管路10,所述送水管路10与喷淋管3连接,所述抽水管路9与塔体1连接。
采用上述结构后,本发明结构简单合理,操作方便,冷凝水箱中的水直接吸收进气管路中烟气的热量,避免了冷凝水受到污染,热量吸收完成后冷凝水可以直接用于其他用途,无需再进行处理,烟气经过冷凝水箱吸热后再与喷淋水进行换热,喷淋水对烟气起到吸热、净化的作用,降低了烟气中的有毒物质,本发明节能环保,换热效率高,热能使用率高。

1.烟气余热回收装置,其特征在于:包括塔体、进气管路以及喷淋水循环***,所述塔体内从上至下依次设有喷淋管、填料以及冷凝水箱,所述喷淋水循环***与喷淋管连接,所述进气管路从塔体外伸入塔体内,所述进气管路设有冷凝段,所述冷凝段设置在冷凝水箱内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的烟气余热回收装置,其特征在于:所述冷凝水箱设有进水管与出水管,所述进水管位于出水管下方。
3.根据权利要求1所述的烟气余热回收装置,其特征在于:所述喷淋水循环***包括水泵以及设置在水泵上的抽水管路以及送水管路,所述送水管路与喷淋管连接,所述抽水管路与塔体连接。
