Abstract

本发明公开了一种循环换气的GMP无菌净化车间,包括布置在车间顶部左、右侧的空气流通管,每个空气流通管内被分为左、右两部分,其中靠近外侧部分的底面上设有气口,两相对部分则通过连接管连通,连接管内设有滤网,且管壁上设有多组紫外线灯,连接管底面设有出气口;在车间外设有储气仓,储气仓内水平设置有一支撑框架,支撑框架内设有多层滤网;支撑框架将储气仓的内部分为上、下腔,有抽气风机将车间内抽出的空气送入至下腔内,送气风机将上腔内的空气送入至车间内。本发明可实现车间内部的空气交换,且空气可过滤后再循环交换,使送入杀菌除尘后的洁净空气,提高了GMP车间内部洁净度。

技术领域
本发明涉及GMP车间领域,主要是一种循环换气的GMP无菌净化车间。
背景技术
GMP车间是一种可实现内部净化的生产车间,在很多行业尤其是医药、食品等行业中应用广泛。GMP车间中一般具有空调***,通过空调***实现车间内部的换气。现有技术GMP车间的空调***在工作过程中,由于直接从车间外引入空气,空气中的微生物等容易通过空调***进入车间内部,造成车间被污染,且气体不能循环使用。
发明内容 本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种循环换气的GMP无菌净化车间,以解决现有技术GMP车间空调***易对车间造成污染及气体不能循环换气的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种循环换气的GMP无菌净化车间,其特征在于:包括布置在车间顶部左、右侧的空气流通管,每个空气流通管内分别被竖向的隔墙均分为左、右两部分,其中左侧空气流通管左部底面、右侧空气流通管右部底面分别设有气口,左侧空气流通管右部、右侧空气流通管左部之间通过多道沿左右方向横跨在车间顶部的连接管连通,且连接管底面向下超过空气流通管底面,每个连接管内位于与空气流通管连通处下方分别设有水平的滤网,由滤网将连接管内分为上、下两部分,每个连接管位于滤网上方的前、后管壁上分别设有多组紫外线灯,每个连接管底面分别设有出气口;车间前侧壁外还挂设有抽气风机和送气风机,其中抽气风机分别通过管路与车间内左侧空气流通管左部前端、右侧空气流通管右部前端连通,送气风机分别通过管路与车间内左侧空气流通管右部前端、右侧空气流通管左部前端连通;在车间外设有储气仓,储气仓内中间位置水平设置有一支撑框架,支撑框架内上部设有除湿滤网,在除湿滤网下方设有除尘滤网,支撑框架内位于除尘滤网的下方还设有导电丝网,支撑框架上还嵌入安装有电容器,且导电丝网与电容器连接形成回路,支撑框架内位于导电丝网下方设有紫外线灯网,支撑框架内位于紫外线灯网下方设有除臭滤网;所述的支撑框架将储气仓的内部分为上、下腔,所述的抽气风机将车间内抽出的空气送入至储气仓的下腔内,所述的送气风机将储气仓上腔内的空气送入至车间内。
所述的一种循环换气的GMP无菌净化车间,其特征在于:每个连接管顶部分别设有检修口,检修口上盖合安装有封门,且封门与检修口之间设有密封圈。
所述的一种循环换气的GMP无菌净化车间,其特征在于:连接管中滤网有多层,且从上至下滤网的网眼孔径依次减小。
本发明中左侧空气流通管左部底面、右侧空气流通管右部底面分别设有气口,车间内空气会通过气口进入,进而抽气风机通过左侧空气流通管左部、右侧空气流通管右部抽走车间内空气且送入至储气仓的下腔内,空气在储气仓下腔内通过支撑框架内的多层滤网处理进入到上腔内,最后再利用送气风机将经过支撑框架内多层过滤网处理后的上腔内的空气送入车间内左侧空气流通管右部、右侧空气流通管左部,然后通过连接管底面的出气口送入车间内,在连接管中空气首先受紫外线灯照射,以实现空气的灭菌作用,然后通过连接管中的多道滤网滤去较大的颗粒物,进而将洁净的空气送入车间内。
本发明的优点是:
本发明可实现车间内部的空气交换,且空气可过滤后再循环交换,使送入杀菌除尘后的洁净空气,提高了GMP车间内部洁净度,进而可有效防止GMP车间被空调***污染。

具体实施方式
参见图1、2、3,一种循环换气的GMP无菌净化车间,包括布置在车间顶部左、右侧的空气流通管1,每个空气流通管1内分别被竖向的隔墙9均分为左、右两部分,其中左侧空气流通管左部底面、右侧空气流通管右部底面分别设有气口,左侧空气流通管右部、右侧空气流通管左部之间通过多道沿左右方向横跨在车间顶部的连接管2连通,且连接管2底面向下超过空气流通管1底面,每个连接管2内位于与空气流通管连通处下方分别设有水平的滤网3,由滤网3将连接管2内分为上、下两部分,每个连接管2位于滤网3上方的前、后管壁上分别设有多组紫外线灯4,每个连接管2底面分别设有出气口5,车间前侧壁外还挂设有抽气风机6和送气风机7,其中抽气风机6分别通过管路与左侧空气流通管左部前端、右侧空气流通管右部前端连通,送气风机7分别通过管路与左侧空气流通管右部前端、右侧空气流通管左部前端连通;
在车间外设有储气仓10,储气仓内中间位置水平设置有一支撑框架11,支撑框架内上部设有除湿滤网12,在除湿滤网下方设有除尘滤网13,支撑框架内位于除尘滤网的下方还设有导电丝网14,支撑框架上还嵌入安装有电容器15,且导电丝网14与电容器15连接形成回路,支撑框架内位于导电丝网下方设有紫外线灯网16,支撑框架内位于紫外线灯网下方设有除臭滤网17;所述的支撑框架11将储气仓的内部分为上腔18和下腔19,所述的抽气风机6将车间内抽出的空气送入至储气仓的下腔19内,所述的送气风机7将储气仓上腔18内的空气送入至车间内。
每个连接管2顶部分别设有检修口,检修口上盖合安装有封门8,且封门8与检修口之间设有密封圈。
连接管2中滤网3有多层,且从上至下滤网的网眼孔径依次减小。

1.一种循环换气的GMP无菌净化车间,其特征在于:包括布置在车间顶部左、右侧的空气流通管,每个空气流通管内分别被竖向的隔墙均分为左、右两部分,其中左侧空气流通管左部底面、右侧空气流通管右部底面分别设有气口,左侧空气流通管右部、右侧空气流通管左部之间通过多道沿左右方向横跨在车间顶部的连接管连通,且连接管底面向下超过空气流通管底面,每个连接管内位于与空气流通管连通处下方分别设有水平的滤网,由滤网将连接管内分为上、下两部分,每个连接管位于滤网上方的前、后管壁上分别设有多组紫外线灯,每个连接管底面分别设有出气口;车间前侧壁外还挂设有抽气风机和送气风机,其中抽气风机分别通过管路与车间内左侧空气流通管左部前端、右侧空气流通管右部前端连通,送气风机分别通过管路与车间内左侧空气流通管右部前端、右侧空气流通管左部前端连通;在车间外设有储气仓,储气仓内中间位置水平设置有一支撑框架,支撑框架内上部设有除湿滤网,在除湿滤网下方设有除尘滤网,支撑框架内位于除尘滤网的下方还设有导电丝网,支撑框架上还嵌入安装有电容器,且导电丝网与电容器连接形成回路,支撑框架内位于导电丝网下方设有紫外线灯网,支撑框架内位于紫外线灯网下方设有除臭滤网;所述的支撑框架将储气仓的内部分为上、下腔,所述的抽气风机将车间内抽出的空气送入至储气仓的下腔内,所述的送气风机将储气仓上腔内的空气送入至车间内。
