本发明公开了一种多功能组合式检修灯具,包括灯体、灯头、手柄和夹紧架,灯头通过伸缩杆安装在灯体的一端,灯体的另一端设有吸附盘,手柄安装在灯体的上表面,夹紧架安装在灯体的下表面;灯体设有太阳板和蓄电池,灯体的外侧面设有USB接口,与USB接口相对的一面设有电量显示器。本发明可自由充放电,可遥控控制自由旋转,防水性好,实用性强,具有广阔的市场前景。

本发明涉及照明技术领域,具体涉及一种多功能组合式检修灯具。
背景技术
检修灯可用于工地、厂房等检修工作,现有检修灯具存在以下问题:1.携带不方便;2.对固定的位置要求严格;3.工作时人、灯不能分离,工作不方便;4.不能自己充电,当环境恶劣没有充电条件时,则不能正常工作;5.防水性不好,大雨天长时间经雨水淋泡,容易损坏。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种多功能组合式。
本发明的技术方案是:一种多功能组合式检修灯具,包括灯体、灯头、手柄和夹紧架,灯头通过伸缩杆安装在灯体的一端,灯体的另一端设有吸附盘,手柄安装在灯体的上表面,夹紧架安装在灯体的下表面;灯体设有太阳板和蓄电池,灯体的外侧面设有USB接口,与USB接口相对的一面设有电量显示器。
所述灯体内设有左转轴和右转轴,左转轴和右转轴上卷套有防水布,左转轴上防水布的一端设有左卡条,右转轴上防水布的一端设有右卡条,左卡条与右卡条相配合。
所述灯体的上表面设有手柄槽,手柄与手柄槽相配合;灯体的下表面设有夹槽,夹紧架与夹槽相配合。
所述夹紧架为圆筒形夹具,圆筒形夹具内设有夹紧簧片,夹紧架与灯体活动连接。
所述灯体设有吸附盘的一端设有门式槽,吸附盘安装在门式槽内部。
所述吸附盘为双层吸盘。
所述灯头通过灯头架与伸缩杆相连接,灯头与灯头架活动连接,灯头架内设有红外接收器。
所述灯头架为圆筒形,灯头通过短转轴与灯头架活动连接。
本发明采用夹紧架和吸附盘,可以在绝大多数地方任意固定,适应性好;转轴和防水布的使用,可以更好地起到防水作用,提高灯具使用寿命;太阳板的使用,可以在有阳光的时候随时充电,方便、实用性好;红外接收器的使用,可以通过遥控器控制检修灯具的照射位置,实现人灯分离。本发明可自由充放电,可遥控控制自由旋转,防水性好,实用性强,具有广阔的市场前景。

具体实施方式
实施例:如图1-5所示,一种多功能组合式检修灯具,包括灯体1、灯头2、手柄3和夹紧架4,灯头2通过伸缩杆6安装在灯体1的一端,灯体1的另一端设有吸附盘5,手柄3安装在灯体1的上表面,夹紧架4安装在灯体1的下表面;灯体1设有太阳板11和蓄电池12,实现灯具的自由充放电,灯体1的外侧面设有USB接口13,在户外工作时,可对手机等充电。与USB接口13相对的一面设有电量显示器14,可实时监控电量的多少,及时充电。所述灯体1内设有左转轴15和右转轴16,左转轴15和右转轴16上卷套有防水布17,左转轴15上防水布17的一端设有左卡条18,右转轴16上防水布17的一端设有右卡条19,左卡条18上设有凹槽,右卡条19上设有凸起,右卡条19的凸起与左卡条18的凹槽相配合,可起到连接与锁紧的作用。当雨雪天气时,拉动左右卡条,将防水布从灯体内拉出,防水布可将灯具全部包裹起来,然后将左右卡条啮合,便可在雨雪中正常使用;不用时,将防水布卷入灯体内的转轴上即可。所述灯体1的上表面设有手柄槽20,手柄3与手柄槽20相配合,需要提灯具时,将手柄从手柄槽中拉起;不需要提灯具时,将手柄放入手柄槽中合起来,节省空间,方便携带。灯体1的下表面设有夹槽21,夹紧架4与夹槽21相配合,夹紧架4为圆筒形夹具,圆筒形夹具内设有夹紧簧片,夹紧架4与灯体1活动连接需要夹在固定物上时,将夹紧架从夹槽中拉出,夹紧架夹住固定物起到固定作用;不使用时,将夹紧架收到夹槽中,方便实用。所述灯体1设有双层吸附盘5的一端设有门式槽23,吸附盘5安装在门式槽23内部,需要使用吸附盘吸附到固定物上时,打开门式槽的门,将吸附盘吸附到固定物上;当不使用吸附盘时,关上门式槽的门即可,美观实用。双层吸盘的固定更牢靠,安全性更好。所述灯头2通过灯头架22与伸缩杆6相连接,通过调节伸缩杆6可以控制灯头的高度,从而实现不同高度的照明。所述灯头架22为圆筒形,灯头2通过短转轴24与灯头架22活动连接,灯头架22内设有红外接收器,通过红外遥控器可以控制灯头的角度,实现人灯分离后仍能控制灯的照射位置。

1.一种多功能组合式检修灯具,其特征在于:包括灯体(1)、灯头(2)、手柄(3)和夹紧架(4),灯头(2)通过伸缩杆(6)安装在灯体(1)的一端,灯体(1)的另一端设有吸附盘(5),手柄(3)安装在灯体(1)的上表面,夹紧架(4)安装在灯体(1)的下表面;灯体(1)设有太阳板(11)和蓄电池(12),灯体(1)的外侧面设有USB接口(13),与USB接口(13)相对的一面设有电量显示器(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能组合式检修灯具,其特征在于:所述灯体(1)内设有左转轴(15)和右转轴(16),左转轴(15)和右转轴(16)上卷套有防水布(17),左转轴(15)上防水布(17)的一端设有左卡条(18),右转轴(16)上防水布(17)的一端设有右卡条(19),左卡条(18)与右卡条(19)相配合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多功能组合式检修灯具,其特征在于:所述灯体(1)的上表面设有手柄槽(20),手柄(3)与手柄槽(20)相配合;灯体(1)的下表面设有夹槽(21),夹紧架(4)与夹槽(21)相配合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的多功能组合式检修灯具,其特征在于:所述夹紧架(4)为圆筒形夹具,圆筒形夹具内设有夹紧簧片,夹紧架(4)与灯体(1)活动连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的多功能组合式检修灯具,其特征在于:所述灯体(1)设有吸附盘(5)的一端设有门式槽(23),吸附盘(5)安装在门式槽(23)内部。
6.根据权利要求5所述的多功能组合式检修灯具,其特征在于:所述吸附盘(5)为双层吸盘。
7.根据权利要求1所述的多功能组合式检修灯具,其特征在于:所述灯头(2)通过灯头架(22)与伸缩杆(6)相连接,灯头(2)与灯头架(22)活动连接,灯头架(22)内设有红外接收器。
8.根据权利要求7所述的多功能组合式检修灯具,其特征在于:所述灯头架(22)为圆筒形,灯头(2)通过短转轴(24)与灯头架(22)活动连接。
