本发明公开了一种凹板三偏心蝶阀,包括阀体、上阀杆、阀座、阀板和下阀杆,所述阀板采用凹型结构。本产品设计合理,故障率低,运行稳定性好;本产品在隔离功能应用中并且在全开位状态下,阀板隐藏在阀座后面,阀门的流体通道为畅流通道,阀门具有更大的流通能力,而且流体流动对阀板密封面没有正面的冲刷;另外在开启和关闭过程中减少流体因扰动产生的湍流,减少***震动;本产品在调节功能应用中调节套凹球面、调节套流体通道和阀板凸球面配合形成调节流道口,可以得到根据需要设定的调节特性,而且是对直流道的流体直接调节,阀门具有更大的调节比,使用效果好。

一种凹板三偏心蝶阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种蝶阀,具体是一种凹板三偏心蝶阀。
背景技术
蝶阀又叫翻板阀,是一种结构简单的隔离关断阀,可用于低压管道介质的开关控制,关闭件(阀板或蝶板)为平板圆盘,围绕阀杆旋转来达到开启与关闭的一种阀,阀门可用于控制空气、水、蒸汽、各种腐蚀性介质、泥浆、油品、液态金属和放射性介质等各种类型流体的流动。
三偏心蝶阀是常用的一种蝶阀,现有的三偏心蝶阀公司,包括德国ADAMS、意大利的VANESSA、美国BRAY、加拿大VENAN等,生产的三偏心蝶阀不足之处是:因蝶阀的固有的平板结构决定了阀门在开启状态下阀板始终处于流道中间和流体中间,流体通过阀体通道时被阀板分割成两部分流过,处在流体中间的阀板对流体产生很大的流阻,大大降低了阀门的流通能力,同时绕过阀板的两部分流体在通过阀板后再汇流碰撞产生湍流,对管道***产生震动,阀座持续受到流体介质的直面冲刷。而且在阀门开关过程中,阀板对流体产生非常大的扰动,也产生很大的湍流。 因此在工艺管道设计阀门选型时,考虑蝶阀的流通能力比较小而受到使用限制;而且现有三偏心蝶阀做调节应用时,因阀板为固定的平板设计,也无法得到准确的需要的调节特性而受限选用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种凹板三偏心蝶阀,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种凹板三偏心蝶阀,包括阀体、上阀杆、阀座、阀板和下阀杆,所述阀板采用凹型结构,上阀杆和下阀杆均从阀体的通径方向穿入阀体并且与阀板结合,阀座固定在阀体内腔中并且阀座上设置有阀座密封面,阀板固定在上阀杆和下阀杆上,阀座密封面与阀板的密封面吻合,阀板和阀座之间的密封结构采用三偏心结构。
作为本发明进一步的方案:阀体内设置有流体通道并且流体通道内固定有调节套,阀板上设置有阀板凸球面和阀板凹面,调节套上设置有调节套凹球面和调节套流体通道,并且调节套流体通道穿过调节套凹球面,调节套凹球面与阀板凸球面形成球面配合,阀板凸球面与调节套凹球面配合形成调节流道口。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本产品设计合理,故障率低,运行稳定性好;本产品在隔离功能应用中并且在全开位状态下,阀板隐藏在阀座后面,阀门的流体通道为畅流通道,阀门具有更大的流通能力,而且流体流动对阀板密封面没有正面的冲刷;另外在开启和关闭过程中减少流体因扰动产生的湍流,减少***震动;本产品在调节功能应用中调节套凹球面、调节套流体通道和阀板凸球面配合形成调节流道口,可以得到根据需要设定的调节特性,而且是对直流道的流体直接调节,阀门具有更大的调节比,使用效果好。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
请参阅图1-14,一种凹板三偏心蝶阀,隔离功能应用中,包括阀体1、上阀杆2、阀板3、阀座4和下阀杆6。所述阀板3采用凹型结构,上阀杆2和下阀杆6均从阀体1的通径方向穿入阀体1并且与阀板3结合,阀板3固定在上阀杆2和下阀杆6上,阀座4固定在阀体1内腔中并且阀座4上设置有阀座密封面7,阀门关闭时阀板3的密封面与阀座密封面7吻合,阀板3和阀座4之间的密封结构采用三偏心结构。 三偏心结构的第一偏心结构O1为上阀杆2和下阀杆6的中心线偏离阀体1的中心线;第二偏心结构O2为上阀杆2和下阀杆6的中心线偏离阀座密封面7的中心线;第三偏心结构O3为阀座密封面7的斜圆锥中心线偏离管路的中心线。
在调节功能应用中,在隔离功能基础上,阀体1内的流体通道9内还固定有调节套5,调节套5上设置有调节套凹球面11和调节套流体通道12,并且调节套流体通道12穿过调节套凹球面11,阀板3上设置有阀板凹面8和阀板凸球面10,阀板凸球面10与调节套凹球面11形成球面配合。阀板凸球面10、调节套凹球面11以及调节套流体通道12配合形成流体调节流道口13。
本发明的工作原理是:
在隔离功能时,见图1-7,阀板3为凹型结构阀板,上阀杆2和下阀杆6以阀体1的通径方向穿入阀体1并与阀板3机械结合;阀座4固定在阀体1内腔。阀门在打开状态下,阀板3因成凹型结构,相对流体流通方向,阀座3处在阀座密封面7的后面,阀板凹面8和阀体通道组合成汇流的畅流的流体通道9。阀门在打开过程,就是阀板3是逐步旋转并隐藏到阀座密封面7后面的过程,也是逐步形成流体通道9的过程,没有多向流体碰撞而形成大的湍流。
在调节功能时,见图8-14,在上阀杆2 的旋转带动下阀板3包括阀板凸球面10也跟随旋转,阀板凸球面10的旋转相对与之配合的调节套凹球面11以及调节套流体通道12就形成了逐渐变化的调节流道口13。调节流道口13的开口大小决定了流体流通能力的大小,逐渐打开调节流道口13形成的流通能力与上阀杆2转动的角度直接对应成准确的调节特性,调节套5的调节套流体通道12的形状直接决定了需要的流体特性。另外相对阀们管线方向,阀体1的内腔与阀板3的阀板凹面8形成流体通道9为直通的流体通道,流体通道9可以无限接近阀体1的内腔,而调节套5直接处在阀体1的管线方向的内腔通道,调节套5的调节套调节流道12可无限接近流体通道9,因此在全打开状态,阀门的流通能力按照调节套5的调节套流体通道12设定的流通能力可达到靠近阀体1的流通能力,因此调节比比较大。还有阀门在调节过程中,阀板3的旋转直接对通过流道9的流体直接的调节。
本产品设计合理,故障率低,运行稳定性好;本产品在隔离功能应用中并且在全开位状态下,阀板3隐藏在阀座4后面,阀门的流体通道9为畅流通道,阀门具有更大的流通能力,而且流体流动对阀板密封面没有正面的冲刷;另外在开启和关闭过程中减少流体因扰动产生的湍流,减少***震动,使用效果好。本产品在调节功能应用中,调节套5的调节套流体通道12可设定为需要的准确的调节特性的流体通道,而且流体通道调节量可接近阀体的流通量,具有更大的调节比。

1.一种凹板三偏心蝶阀,其特征在于,包括阀体、上阀杆、阀座、阀板和下阀杆,所述阀板采用凹型结构,上阀杆和下阀杆均从阀体的通径方向穿入阀体并且与阀板结合,阀座固定在阀体内腔中并且阀座上设置有阀座密封面,阀板固定在上阀杆和下阀杆上,阀座密封面与阀板的密封面吻合,阀板和阀座之间的密封结构采用三偏心结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的凹板三偏心蝶阀,其特征在于,所述阀体内设置有流体通道并且流体通道内固定有调节套,阀板上设置有阀板凸球面和阀板凹面,调节套上设置有调节套凹球面和调节套流体通道,并且调节套流体通道穿过调节套凹球面,调节套凹球面与阀板凸球面形成球面配合,阀板凸球面与调节套凹球面配合形成调节流道口。
