本发明公开了一种导电网格布及其制作方法,包括有网格布基体,所述网格布包裹在导电涂层中,所述导电涂层为含有导电石墨粉的PVC糊树脂。其制作步骤包括:1)在PVC糊树脂中添加导电石墨粉并搅拌均匀;2)将网格布浸泡在含有导电石墨粉的PVC糊树脂中;3)将浸泡后的网格布取出烘干形成导电网格布。本发明的导电纺织布柔软性好,能够用于制作电子设备的防静电保护套等,导电层紧密包裹网格布,导电层不易脱落,产品制作工艺简单,适于规模化生产需要。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织布技术领域,具体涉及一种导电网格布及其制造方法。
背景技术
合成纤维、纱线或织物在加工或使用过程中由于摩擦等原因易产生静电,尤其是在干燥的季节,衣物的静电不仅会伤害我们的身体,在某些场合静电会影响计算机通讯网络、移动电话、视听设备等对静电比较敏感的电子产品的使用,而有一些特殊工作室或实验仪器更需要严格的防静电处理。
传统的抗静电纤维是在普通涤纶纤维或织物表面施加抗静电剂,增加其表面的亲水吸湿性,以防止静电在纤维上聚集。但这种抗静电效果经洗涤、摩擦后容易消失。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明通过将网格布浸泡在含有导电石墨的PVC糊树脂中,提供一种能够导电的网格布。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是,一种导电网格布,包括有网格布基体,所述网格布包裹在导电涂层中,所述导电涂层为含有导电石墨粉的PVC糊树脂。
导电网格布的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
1)在PVC糊树脂中添加导电石墨粉并搅拌均匀;
2)将网格布浸泡在含有导电石墨粉的PVC糊树脂中;
3)将浸泡后的网格布取出烘干形成导电网格布。
PVC糊树脂中还含有重量百分百为30%的稳定剂。
每100克PVC糊树脂中添加30克导电石墨粉。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的导电纺织布柔软性好,能够用于制作电子设备的防静电保护套等,导电层紧密包裹网格布,导电层不易脱落,产品制作工艺简单,适于规模化生产需要。
具体实施方式
一种导电网格布,包括有网格布基体,所述网格布包裹在导电涂层中,所述导电涂层为含有导电石墨粉的PVC糊树脂。
导电网格布的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
1)在PVC糊树脂中添加导电石墨粉并搅拌均匀;
2)将网格布浸泡在含有导电石墨粉的PVC糊树脂中;
3)将浸泡后的网格布取出烘干形成导电网格布。
PVC糊树脂中还含有重量百分百为30%的稳定剂。
每100克PVC糊树脂中添加30克导电石墨粉。

1.一种导电网格布,包括有网格布基体,其特征在于,所述网格布包裹在导电涂层中,所述导电涂层为含有导电石墨粉的PVC糊树脂。
2.如权利要求1所述的导电网格布的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)在PVC糊树脂中添加导电石墨粉并搅拌均匀;
2)将网格布浸泡在含有导电石墨粉的PVC糊树脂中;
3)将浸泡后的网格布取出烘干形成导电网格布。
3.如权利要求2所述的导电网格布的制作方法,其特征在于,所述PVC糊树脂中还含有重量百分百为30%的稳定剂。
4.如权利要求2所述的导电网格布的制作方法,其特征在于,所述每100克PVC糊树脂中添加30克导电石墨粉。
