本发明提供的一种毛刺钢珠再研磨装置,包括磨石、滚道、线圈、铁芯;所述磨石为垂直设置的圆筒状磨石,磨石轴心有通孔,磨石顶部向内设置有锥体形凹陷的滚道,磨石和滚道同轴;所述磨石侧面安装有多个铁芯,铁芯上套有线圈,多个铁芯以磨石的轴心为圆心均匀分布。本发明通过较为简单的结构,以电磁感应的原理,能使毛刺钢珠能得到恰到好处的再次打磨,而且无需人手工操作。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种毛刺钢珠再研磨装置。
背景技术
轴承中的钢珠在加工时往往有瑕疵品,一般表现为钢珠表面有毛刺,对于这部分钢珠,由于直接放入加工线上再进行一次完整的加工会造成尺寸不合要求,而现有技术并没有专门针对这部分钢珠进行去毛刺再研磨的装置,如以人手工进行打磨则人力成本过高,所以往往是作为废料进行处理,浪费极大。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种毛刺钢珠再研磨装置,该毛刺钢珠再研磨装置通过较为简单的结构,以电磁感应的原理,能使毛刺钢珠能得到恰到好处的再次打磨,而且无需人手工操作。
本发明通过以下技术方案得以实现。
本发明提供的一种毛刺钢珠再研磨装置,包括磨石、滚道、线圈、铁芯;所述磨石为垂直设置的圆筒状磨石,磨石轴心有通孔,磨石顶部向内设置有锥体形凹陷的滚道,磨石和滚道同轴;所述磨石侧面安装有多个铁芯,铁芯上套有线圈,多个铁芯以磨石的轴心为圆心均匀分布。
所述铁芯的数量为三个以上。
所述线圈顶部高度低于磨石顶部高度。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过较为简单的结构,以电磁感应的原理,能使毛刺钢珠能得到恰到好处的再次打磨,而且无需人手工操作。

具体实施方式
下面进一步描述本发明的技术方案,但要求保护的范围并不局限于所述。
如图1所示的一种毛刺钢珠再研磨装置,包括磨石1、滚道2、线圈3、铁芯4;所述磨石1为垂直设置的圆筒状磨石,磨石1轴心有通孔,磨石1顶部向内设置有锥体形凹陷的滚道2,磨石1和滚道2同轴;所述磨石1侧面安装有多个铁芯4,铁芯4上套有线圈3,多个铁芯4以磨石1的轴心为圆心均匀分布。
所述铁芯4的数量为三个以上。
所述线圈3顶部高度低于磨石1顶部高度。
由此,当带毛刺的轴承钢珠从1顶部置入,则在线圈3、铁芯4的电磁力作用下旋转,从而顺着滚道2螺旋下落,下落时在滚道2中即得到再次打磨,而此时打磨力度并不大,因此刚好足够磨掉毛刺,而又不至于影响钢珠的尺寸。

1.一种毛刺钢珠再研磨装置,包括磨石(1)、滚道(2)、线圈(3)、铁芯(4),其特征在于:所述磨石(1)为垂直设置的圆筒状磨石,磨石(1)轴心有通孔,磨石(1)顶部向内设置有锥体形凹陷的滚道(2),磨石(1)和滚道(2)同轴;所述磨石(1)侧面安装有多个铁芯(4),铁芯(4)上套有线圈(3),多个铁芯(4)以磨石(1)的轴心为圆心均匀分布。
2.如权利要求1所述的毛刺钢珠再研磨装置,其特征在于:所述铁芯(4)的数量为三个以上。
3.如权利要求1所述的毛刺钢珠再研磨装置,其特征在于:所述线圈(3)顶部高度低于磨石(1)顶部高度。
