Abstract

本发明为一种金属烤瓷修复体内冠,在钛合金牙底冠表面通过溅射方式镀覆TiN金属膜,TiN金属膜为黄色系膜,如此可以遮盖住钛合金金属的银白色或灰白色金属色,在钛合金烤瓷牙的使用过程中避免金属色外露,能够增加烤瓷牙的美观性,另外TiN金属膜覆盖钛合金牙底冠表面可以对钛合金牙底冠保护,最后TiN金属膜能够减小钛合金牙底冠表面的表面应力,能够避免钛合金牙底冠在后期烤瓷过程中绷瓷的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及金属烤瓷技术领域,尤其涉及一种金属烤瓷修复体内冠及其制备方法。
背景技术
牙体或牙列缺失和缺损是人类的常见病和多发病,牙体或牙列缺失或缺损影响人们的咀嚼、发音等功能,也影响外观容貌,随着社会的发展和人们生活水平的提高,人们现在也越来越注重义齿的样式和质量。金属烤瓷修复体是将牙科陶瓷材料敷于金属或合金基体表面在真空条件下烧结而成,是牙体或牙列损失或缺损较理想的永久修复体,在口腔修复领域得到广泛应用。
金属烤瓷牙根据内冠使用材料和制作工艺不同分类,较好的是金合金冠,其内冠含金量在84%以上,但由于造价过高使用范围较少;随后发展出价格经济的镍络合金,但由于镍的生物相容性较差,且使用后易导致牙龈变黑和过敏等症状;现在应用最广的是钛合金,钛的生物相容性非常好,而且钛的物理化学性质较镍更稳定。
然而钛合金由于硬度较大,因此与陶瓷材料烧结时易产生绷瓷现象,并且为了美观需要在钛合金内冠材料上使用遮光瓷,避免金属的灰白色透出影响美观。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对以上技术问题,提供一种金属烤瓷修复体内冠及其制备方法。
一种金属烤瓷修复体内冠,包括钛合金牙底冠,所述牙底冠表面完全覆有TiN金属膜。
在其中一个实施例中,所述TiN金属膜的厚度为8~20μm。
一种金属烤瓷修复体内冠的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)根据牙模制备钛合金牙底冠,将牙底冠放入无水乙醇超声波变频清洗3-5分钟,然后用去离子水清洗后吹干放入真空室固定;
2)真空室内抽真空至4.0×10-3~6.0×10-3Pa,升温至200~250℃;
3)在真空室内通入Ar和N2,同时开启钛弧靶至钛合金牙底冠沉积TiN金属膜,真空炉内逐渐升压降温后取出钛合金牙底冠。
在其中一个实施例中,所述步骤2)中加载-500~-600V的偏压。
在其中一个实施例中,所述步骤3)中沉积时间为65~90分钟。
在其中一个实施例中,所述步骤3)中Ar的流量为80~100sccm,N2的流量为150~200sccm。
使用上述技术方案,在钛合金牙底冠表面通过溅射方式镀覆TiN金属膜,TiN金属膜为黄色系膜,如此可以遮盖住钛合金金属的银白色或灰白色金属色,在钛合金烤瓷牙的使用过程中避免金属色外露,能够增加烤瓷牙的美观性,另外TiN金属膜覆盖钛合金牙底冠表面可以对钛合金牙底冠保护,最后TiN金属膜能够减小钛合金牙底冠表面的表面应力,能够避免钛合金牙底冠在后期烤瓷过程中绷瓷的问题。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
实施例1
一种金属烤瓷修复体内冠的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)根据牙模制备钛合金牙底冠,将牙底冠放入无水乙醇超声波变频清洗3分钟,然后用去离子水清洗后吹干放入真空室固定;
2)真空室内抽真空至4.0×10-3Pa,升温至200℃,加载-500V的偏压;
3)在真空室内通入Ar和N2,Ar的流量为80sccm,N2的流量为150sccm,同时开启钛弧靶至钛合金牙底冠沉积TiN金属膜,沉积时间为65分钟,TiN金属膜的厚度为8μm,真空炉内逐渐升压降温后取出钛合金牙底冠。
实施例2
一种金属烤瓷修复体内冠的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)根据牙模制备钛合金牙底冠,将牙底冠放入无水乙醇超声波变频清洗5分钟,然后用去离子水清洗后吹干放入真空室固定;
2)真空室内抽真空至6.0×10-3Pa,升温至250℃,加载-600V的偏压;
3)在真空室内通入Ar和N2,Ar的流量为100sccm,N2的流量为200sccm,同时开启钛弧靶至钛合金牙底冠沉积TiN金属膜,沉积时间为90分钟,TiN金属膜的厚度为20μm,真空炉内逐渐升压降温后取出钛合金牙底冠。
实施例3
一种金属烤瓷修复体内冠的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)根据牙模制备钛合金牙底冠,将牙底冠放入无水乙醇超声波变频清洗3-5分钟,然后用去离子水清洗后吹干放入真空室固定;
2)真空室内抽真空至5.0×10-3Pa,升温至225℃,加载-550V的偏压;
3)在真空室内通入Ar和N2,Ar的流量为90sccm,N2的流量为180sccm,同时开启钛弧靶至钛合金牙底冠沉积TiN金属膜,沉积时间为80分钟,TiN金属膜的厚度为15μm,真空炉内逐渐升压降温后取出钛合金牙底冠。
实施例4
使用无TiN金属膜和实施例1至3的钛合金牙底冠烤瓷后分别测试Ti/TiN/瓷界面三点弯曲强度,其中无TiN金属膜钛合金牙底冠为对比组:

从实验结果可知,钛合金牙底冠镀TiN金属膜后,其表面应力减小,从而可以减少绷瓷的现象发生。
以上所述实施方式仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出的是,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出改进和变形,这些改进和变形也应视为不脱离本发明的保护范围。

1.一种金属烤瓷修复体内冠,其特征在于:包括钛合金牙底冠,所述牙底冠表面完全覆有TiN金属膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种金属烤瓷修复体内冠,其特征在于:所述TiN金属膜的厚度为25~50μm。
3.一种金属烤瓷修复体内冠的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
1)根据牙模制备钛合金牙底冠,将牙底冠放入无水乙醇超声波变频清洗3-5分钟,然后用去离子水清洗后吹干放入真空室固定;
2)真空室内抽真空至4.0×10-3~6.0×10-3Pa,升温至200~250℃;
3)在真空室内通入Ar和N2,同时开启钛弧靶至钛合金牙底冠沉积TiN金属膜,真空炉内逐渐升压降温后取出钛合金牙底冠。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种金属烤瓷修复体内冠的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤2)中加载-500~-600V的偏压。
5.根据权利要求3所述一种金属烤瓷修复体内冠的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤3)中沉积时间为65~90分钟。
6.根据权利要求3所述一种金属烤瓷修复体内冠的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤3)中Ar的流量为80~100sccm,N2的流量为150~200sccm。
