本发明属于种植领域,具体涉及一种合欢树种子育苗方法。
背景技术
合欢又名夜合树。原产我国和日本。落叶乔木,树皮灰色,偶数羽状复叶,小叶对生,白天对开,夜间合拢。花萼和花瓣黄绿色,花丝粉红色,荚果扁平。木材可以做家具。也叫马缨花。喜温暖湿润和阳光充足环境,对气候和土壤适应性强,宜在排水良好、肥沃土壤中生长,但也耐瘠薄土壤和干旱气候。合欢是一种重要的景观树,具有很高的经济价值。
现在合欢树育苗多采用种子进行育苗,但是种子成活率低,而且育出的苗木 20%以上会在生长初期有不同程度的营养不良造成苗木长势较弱,因此需要在播种前对种子进行处理。现有的种子处理方式较多,有化学药剂处理、物理方法处理等,因合欢树种皮较厚,现有技术中在处理前多先进行手动破损处理,但存在着损伤种子的风险,同时又大幅增加了劳动强度。此外,现有的种子处理目的均旨在提高种子的萌发、成苗率,而对于改善、加强育成幼苗植株的某些特性的研究较少,且现有种子处理方法的程序较为繁琐,时间较长,不利于推广使用。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种合欢树种子育苗方法,能很好的提高种子发芽率,改善幼苗特性,降低种子处理的繁琐程度。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种合欢树种子育苗方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)种子选取:
选取颗粒饱满、无病虫害、外形无破损的合欢树种子,用清水洗去杂质后备用;
(2)种子处理液制备:
按相应重量份称取对应物质制成种子处理液,所述种子处理液各成分对应的重量百分比如下:
赤霉素100~150 ppm、细胞***素200~230 ppm、油菜素甾醇80~100 ppm、竹醋液0.4~0.6%、硫酸锰0.5~1%、硫酸锌0.5~1.5%、复合维生素0.5~1%、复合氨基酸0.5~1%、葡萄糖1~2%、丙三醇0.2~0.5%、纳米碳粉0.3~0.5%、余量为水;
(3)种子处理:
将步骤(1)处理好的合欢树种子放入到步骤(2)制得的种子处理液中,然后向种子处理液中通入交流电,并以50~70转/分钟的转速对种子处理液进行缓慢搅拌,共同连续处理1~1.5h后将合欢树种子取出备用;在种子处理时施加的交流电处理,有利于增强对种子的刺激作用,同时又能改善种子的通透性,缩短处理时长,但电流施加的强度不能过高、时间不能过长,否则会对种子造成不可逆的损伤,而降低强度就会失去最佳的处理效果;期间进行的搅拌操作,利于提升种子处理液各处物质成分的均匀性,进一步提升了处理效果;
(4)播种育苗:
播种前对育苗土壤进行做畦、浇水,然后将步骤(3)处理后的种子均匀的播种在畦面上,每亩播种7~9kg,控制环境温度为25~30℃,直至育成健壮幼苗。
进一步的,步骤(2)中所述的复合维生素中含有维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B3、维生素B6、维生素B9、维生素B12、维生素C、维生素D、维生素E、维生素K。
进一步的,步骤(2)中所述的复合氨基酸中含有蛋氨酸、赖氨酸、脯氨酸、色氨酸、天冬氨酸、苯丙氨酸、异亮氨酸、苏氨酸。
进一步的,步骤(3)中所述的合欢树种子与种子处理液混合时的质量比为1:8~10。
进一步的,步骤(3)中所述的交流电在种子处理液中的电流大小为2~3 A。

本发明根据合欢树种子特性独特配制了种子处理液,其中合理添加的赤霉素、细胞***素、油菜素甾醇成分具有改善种子活性、增强多数酶活性的功效,与硫酸锰、硫酸锌中猛、锌离子产生的胁迫效果共同作用,显著提高了合欢树种子的萌发率和发芽势;添加的复合维生素、复合氨基酸等物质能提升种子的物质储备,进一步改善了其活性;在种子处理过程中,施加的交流电处理,能很好改善合欢树种子通透性,促进种子处理液有效成分穿过种皮的表层、栅栏层、骨状石细胞层及薄壁细胞层,进入到种子内部,改善、提升种子的活性,而不需要进行手动破皮操作,同时又提高了浸泡处理效率,缩短了浸泡时长,同时此处理方式与种子处理液间有很好的交互作用,不仅能改善提升合欢树种子的活性,又能激发所育幼苗潜在的耐荫性、耐涝性和营养吸收能力,进而改善了幼苗植株的生长特性。在各操作步骤的合理配合作用下,本发明能很好的提高种子的萌发率和发芽势,缩短育苗周期,所育的幼苗营养吸收能力强,不会出现初期生长营养不良、长势较弱的现象发生,同时又具有良好的耐荫、耐涝性,物质吸收能力强,后期花朵可提前一周开放、花期较长,且本发明方法处理简单、更易于推广。

赤霉素100 ppm、细胞***素200 ppm、油菜素甾醇80 ppm、竹醋液0.4%、硫酸锰0.5%、硫酸锌0.5%、复合维生素0.5%、复合氨基酸0.6%、葡萄糖1.2%、丙三醇0.2%、纳米碳粉0.3%、余量为水;
(3)种子处理:
将步骤(1)处理好的合欢树种子放入到步骤(2)制得的种子处理液中,然后向种子处理液中通入交流电,并以60转/分钟的转速对种子处理液进行缓慢搅拌,共同连续处理1h后将合欢树种子取出备用;
(4)播种育苗:
播种前对育苗土壤进行做畦、浇水,然后将步骤(3)处理后的种子均匀的播种在畦面上,每亩播种8kg,控制环境温度为25~28℃,直至育成健壮幼苗。
进一步的,步骤(2)中所述的复合维生素中含有维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B3、维生素B6、维生素B9、维生素B12、维生素C、维生素D、维生素E、维生素K。
进一步的,步骤(2)中所述的复合氨基酸中含有蛋氨酸、赖氨酸、脯氨酸、色氨酸、天冬氨酸、苯丙氨酸、异亮氨酸、苏氨酸。
进一步的,步骤(3)中所述的合欢树种子与种子处理液混合时的质量比为1:8。
进一步的,步骤(3)中所述的交流电在种子处理液中的电流大小为2~2.5 A。
进一步的,步骤(4)中所述种子播种完成后,一直保持土壤湿润、不干旱。
实施例2
本实施例2所用种子处理液各成分对应的重量百分比如下:
赤霉素125 ppm、细胞***素210 ppm、油菜素甾醇90 ppm、竹醋液0.5%、硫酸锰0.8%、硫酸锌1%、复合维生素0.8%、复合氨基酸0.7%、葡萄糖1.6%、丙三醇0.4%、纳米碳粉0.3%、余量为水;其余方法步骤与实施例1相同。
实施例3
本实施例3所用种子处理液各成分对应的重量百分比如下:
赤霉素150 ppm、细胞***素230 ppm、油菜素甾醇100 ppm、竹醋液0.6%、硫酸锰1%、硫酸锌1.5%、复合维生素1%、复合氨基酸1%、葡萄糖2%、丙三醇0.5%、纳米碳粉0.5%、余量为水;其余方法步骤与实施例1相同。
对照组1
本对照组1与实施例1相比,在种子处理液中不添加硫酸锰和硫酸锌成分,除此外的方法步骤均相同。
对照组2
本对照组2与实施例1相比,在步骤(3)种子处理时不施加交流电处理,除此外的方法步骤均相同。
对照组3
现有的合欢树种子溶液处理育苗方法。
为了对比本发明效果,选用同一批次的合欢树种子,分别用实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、对照组1、对照组2和对照组3所述的方法对种子进行处理育苗,下表为相应的对比数据:

由上表可以看出,本发明方法处理后的合欢树种子萌发率、成苗率均有显著提升,育苗时长也明显缩短。此外,对上述各方法育出的成苗进行种植发现,实施例1、实施例2和实施例3育出的幼苗耐荫性、耐涝性能最好,对照组1和对照组2次之,对照组3最差,虽然合欢树是喜阳、耐旱植物,但本发明培育出的幼苗表现出了较好的耐荫、耐涝生长性,拓宽了其种植适用环境。

Claims (6)

1.一种合欢树种子育苗方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)种子选取:
选取颗粒饱满、无病虫害、外形无破损的合欢树种子,用清水洗去杂质后备用;
(2)种子处理液制备:
按相应重量份称取对应物质制成种子处理液,所述种子处理液各成分对应的重量百分比如下:
赤霉素100~150 ppm、细胞***素200~230 ppm、油菜素甾醇80~100 ppm、竹醋液0.4~0.6%、硫酸锰0.5~1%、硫酸锌0.5~1.5%、复合维生素0.5~1%、复合氨基酸0.5~1%、葡萄糖1~2%、丙三醇0.2~0.5%、纳米碳粉0.3~0.5%、余量为水;
(3)种子处理:
将步骤(1)处理好的合欢树种子放入到步骤(2)制得的种子处理液中,然后向种子处理液中通入交流电,并以50~70转/分钟的转速对种子处理液进行缓慢搅拌,共同连续处理1~1.5h后将合欢树种子取出备用;
(4)播种育苗:
播种前对育苗土壤进行做畦、浇水,然后将步骤(3)处理后的种子均匀的播种在畦面上,每亩播种7~9kg,控制环境温度为25~30℃,直至育成健壮幼苗。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种合欢树种子育苗方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述的复合维生素中含有维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B3、维生素B6、维生素B9、维生素B12、维生素C、维生素D、维生素E、维生素K。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种合欢树种子育苗方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述的复合氨基酸中含有蛋氨酸、赖氨酸、脯氨酸、色氨酸、天冬氨酸、苯丙氨酸、异亮氨酸、苏氨酸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种合欢树种子育苗方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中所述的合欢树种子与种子处理液混合时的质量比为1:8~10。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种合欢树种子育苗方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中所述的交流电在种子处理液中的电流大小为2~3 A。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种合欢树种子育苗方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中所述种子播种完成后,一直保持土壤湿润、不干旱。
