Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a housing assembly of an outdoor unit of a heat pump water heater according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a schematic side sectional view of the housing assembly shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the casing assembly 100 includes an outdoor casing 10 and a module accommodating case 20, wherein the outdoor casing 10 is formed by processing sheet metal parts and is used for installing a heat exchanger of an outdoor unit of a heat pump water heater, a refrigeration system pipeline, a compressor, a fan, a throttling device, and the like. The module receiving case 20 defines therein a receiving space for disposing the rf signal receiving module 230 of the outdoor unit controller, which is fixedly disposed on the outdoor housing 10 with at least a portion of the receiving space being located outside the outdoor housing 10, so that the antenna 232 of the rf signal receiving module 230 is located outside the outdoor housing 10 to ensure that the rf signal can be reliably received by the antenna 232 of the rf signal receiving module 230.
Through the tests of the inventor, the heat pump water heater in the prior art cannot be provided with a remote control device, on one hand, the outdoor unit is far away from a hot water using area of a user, and a remote control signal cannot be transmitted to the area where the outdoor unit of the heat pump water heater is located due to attenuation, and on the other hand, the outdoor casing 10 has a shielding effect on the remote control signal. Therefore, at least the portion of the module accommodating case 20 located outside the outdoor housing 10 can be made of a non-metal material (e.g., plastic, hard rubber), so as to improve the ability of the antenna 232 to receive radio frequency signals. For ease of manufacture and assembly, the module receiving case 20 is generally an injection molded part.
The outdoor casing 10 is provided with a mounting hole 12, the module accommodating case 20 is inserted into the mounting hole 12, and a portion of the module accommodating case 20 is exposed to the outside of the outdoor casing 10, the rf signal receiving module 230 is disposed in the module accommodating case 20, and the antenna 232 is located outside the outdoor casing 10. Specifically, the module receiving case 20 may be provided as a two-part split including a first cover case 22 and a second cover case 24. The first cover 22 is fitted into the mounting hole 12, at least a part of which is disposed outside the outdoor housing 10, and has a first opening 226 facing the inside of the outdoor housing 10. The second cover 24 is fixedly installed inside the outdoor unit casing 10, and has a second opening 246 facing the outside of the outdoor unit casing 10. The first housing 22 is connected to the second housing 24 such that the first opening 226 is opposite to the second opening 246 to form a receiving space.
Specifically, a flange 221 may be provided at the first opening 226 of the first cover shell 22, and the flange 221 extends along the inner wall of the outdoor unit casing 10. When the first casing 22 is installed in the outdoor casing 10, a portion of the first casing is inside the outdoor casing 10, and a main structure portion of the first casing passes through the installation hole 12 from the inside of the indoor casing 10 to the outside of the outdoor casing 10, and the flange 221 is sealed against the inner wall of the outdoor casing 10, it should be noted that the shape of the installation hole 12 is matched with the outer contour shape of the first casing 22, so that the first casing 22 completely closes the installation hole 12, and prevents external impurities, particularly water, from entering the inside of the outdoor casing 10.
Since the main body of the first casing 22 is exposed outside the outdoor unit casing 10, it can be made of a plastic with good weather resistance, and an anti-corrosion coating can be provided on the exterior of the first casing, so that it can withstand the test of various factors such as light, cold, heat, wind, rain, bacteria, etc. during the lifetime of the outdoor unit of the heat pump water heater without being damaged to be unable to be used normally. In addition, the first housing 22 and the second housing 24 can be designed to have a small and practical shape, such as a rectangle, a hemisphere, a semi-ellipsoid, etc., according to the size and shape of the rf signal receiving module 230.
The second housing 24 is covered on the first housing 22 with the edge of the second opening 246 abutting on the flange 221 to define the receiving space of the rf signal receiving module 230. The flange 221 may further have a protrusion 223 formed on a surface thereof to extend toward the inside of the outdoor unit casing 10, and the edge of the second opening 246 may be shaped to match the shape of the flange 224 and the protrusion 223, so that the joint of the first casing 22 and the second casing 24 may have a good sealing effect.
When the module accommodating case 20 is used, the rf signal receiving module 230 may be first installed in the second housing 24 (which may be screwed), then the second housing 24 is fixed to the first housing 22, and finally the first housing 22 or the second housing 24 is fixed to the outdoor housing 10. Wherein two enclosers can select to adopt multiple modes such as screw thread, buckle to fix each other.
Alternatively, the rf signal receiving module 230 may be installed in the second housing 24, the first housing 22 is inserted into the installation hole 12, the second housing 24 is covered on the first housing 22, and the second housing 24 is fixed to the outdoor housing 10. The flange 221 of the first casing 22 is clamped between the second casing 24 and the outdoor unit casing 10, so that the two casings may not be fixed to each other. The structure is simple and ingenious, and the production is convenient.
Fig. 3 is a partially enlarged schematic view of a module accommodating case portion in the case assembly shown in fig. 1, and fig. 4 is a schematic view of a second cover case in the case assembly shown in fig. 1. Fig. 2 to 4 show an alternative connection between the second cover 24 and the outdoor unit casing 10 according to the present embodiment. The second casing 24 has at least one connection ear plate 242 extending from the edge of the second opening 246 along the inner wall of the outdoor unit casing 10, the connection ear plate 242 has a threaded hole 242a, the outdoor unit casing 10 has a screw hole 14 at a corresponding position, and a screw 40 is screwed into the threaded hole 242a from the outside of the outdoor unit casing 10 to the inside through the screw hole 14, so that the second casing 24 is fixed to the outdoor unit casing 10.
In addition, since machining deviation needs to be considered in actual manufacturing, a large interference is usually designed between the screw hole 14 and the screw 40 for easy installation, which may result in low positioning accuracy between the second cover casing 24 and the outdoor unit casing 10. Therefore, in some embodiments, at least one positioning hole 16 may be formed near the mounting hole 12 of the outdoor unit casing 10, the second casing 24 has at least one positioning ear plate 244 extending from the edge of the second opening 246 along the inner wall of the outdoor unit casing 10, and the positioning ear plate 244 extends a positioning post 244a toward the outside of the outdoor unit casing 10 to be inserted into the corresponding positioning hole 16, so that the second casing 24 is accurately positioned in the outdoor unit casing 10.
Preferably, the second opening 246 is rectangular, and the connecting lug plate 242 and the positioning lug plate 244 are each two in number and are disposed around the periphery of the second opening 246. The line connecting the two threaded holes 242a intersects the line connecting the two positioning posts 244a at the center of the rectangle (see fig. 4) to allow for better fixation and positioning of the second housing 24.
Fig. 5 is a schematic side sectional view of a housing assembly according to another embodiment of the invention. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the structural style and installation manner of the module receiving case 20 are not limited to the above-described embodiment, but may take other various forms. For example, as shown in fig. 5, the first housing 22 and the second housing 24 may be fixed to each other by a snap-fit connection or a screw connection (not shown), and at least one through hole 221b is provided in the first housing 22, and the through hole 221b is disposed opposite to the screw hole 242a of the second housing 24. The screws 40 are inserted into the screw holes 242a from the outside of the outdoor unit casing 10 through the through holes 221b, so that the first cover case 22 and the second cover case 24 are fixed to the outdoor unit casing 10. Meanwhile, at least one positioning post 221a is extended from the flange 221 of the first casing 22 to the outside of the outdoor unit casing 10 to be inserted into the corresponding positioning hole 16 of the outdoor unit casing 10, so that the first casing 22 and the second casing 24 are accurately positioned in the outdoor unit casing 10.
As shown in fig. 1, in a general heat pump water heater outdoor unit, a heat exchanger is generally disposed at a side far from a side plate 10a, a compressor is disposed at a lower portion of a side close to the side plate 10a, and an outdoor unit controller is disposed at an upper portion of a side close to the side plate 10a (i.e., above the compressor, the heat exchanger, the compressor, and the outdoor unit controller are not shown in fig. 1). The module receiving case 20 may be disposed at an upper portion of one side adjacent to the side panel 10a to be adjacent to the outdoor unit controller, thereby facilitating electrical connection thereto.
The module accommodating case 20 may be preferably provided on the back panel 10b or the side panel 10a of the outdoor cabinet 10, and since the back panel 10b and the side panel 10a are substantially invisible, the module accommodating case 20 may be prevented from affecting the overall appearance of the outdoor cabinet 10.
Fig. 6 is a schematic view of an outdoor unit of a heat pump water heater according to an embodiment of the present invention. The heat pump water heater outdoor unit 1 includes the above-mentioned casing assembly 100, and further includes a refrigeration assembly 300 and an outdoor unit controller 200 arranged in the casing assembly 100. The refrigeration assembly 300 includes a heat exchanger, system piping, a compressor, a fan, a throttle device, etc. (not shown). The outdoor unit controller 200 includes a main control module 210 and a rf signal receiving module 230 electrically connected thereto. The main control module 210 is used for controlling the on/off of the compressor, the operation frequency, the rotational speed of the fan, the opening degree of the throttle device, etc., the rf signal receiving module 230 is disposed in the accommodating space defined by the module accommodating case 20 of the housing assembly 100, and the antenna 232 of the rf signal receiving module 230 is located in the area outside the outdoor enclosure 10 of the housing assembly 100 in the accommodating space to prevent the rf signal from being shielded by the outdoor enclosure 10. The rf signal receiving module 230 may be a bluetooth receiver, a GPRS receiver, or other wireless signal receiver, and is configured to receive a remote control signal and transmit the remote control signal to the main control module 210, where the remote control signal is extracted to perform remote control on the heat pump water heater outdoor unit 1 according to a remote control operation performed by a user indoors.
The heat pump water heater has a remote control function by installing the rf signal receiving module 230 in the outdoor unit controller 200 of the heat pump water heater outdoor unit 1. Therefore, when the heat pump water heater is installed, no additional signal wire for penetrating through the wall is needed, the attractiveness of interior decoration is not damaged, and the installation cost is saved. By providing the module receiving case 20 on the outdoor unit casing 10, in which the rf signal receiving module 230 is disposed, and disposing a part of the module receiving case 20 outside the outdoor unit casing 10, to place the antenna 232 of the rf signal receiving module 230 of the outdoor unit controller 200 outside the outdoor unit casing 10, the antenna 232 can reliably receive the rf signal.
Thus, it should be appreciated by those skilled in the art that while a number of exemplary embodiments of the invention have been illustrated and described in detail herein, many other variations or modifications consistent with the principles of the invention may be directly determined or derived from the disclosure of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of the invention should be understood and interpreted to cover all such other variations or modifications.
