Abstract

本发明涉及一种防腐耐磨的聚乙烯管的制备方法,其制备方法如下:(1)制备分散剂;(2)制备稳定剂;(3)制备防腐耐磨涂料:按重量份数计将有机硅树脂、聚氨酯、炭黑、分散剂、双氰胺、聚磷酸铵、稳定剂、三氧化二铝、二氧化铜、三硬脂酸甘油酯、无水乙醇在100‑120℃的温度下混合搅拌2‑3h后得防腐耐磨涂料;(4)一次浸泡:将聚乙烯管本体浸泡在涂料中,取出后烘干;(5)二次浸泡:将经过一次浸泡后的聚乙烯管本体再次进行浸泡,取出后烘干1‑2h即可,使用该涂层能够使管材在使用过程中不易划伤,增强了其使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚乙烯管,具体涉及一种防腐耐磨的聚乙烯管的制备方法。
背景技术
在塑料管道工程的成本费用和能源消耗中铺设环节常常占有重要地位。非开挖铺设技术的基本是采用非开挖的方法把管道铺设到要求的地下线路位置,在铺设混凝土管和钢管的非开挖技术中应用最广泛的是顶管法,在铺设塑料管的非开挖技术中应用最广泛的是水平定向钻孔铺设法、因为非开挖铺设需要把塑料管拉进或推进在低下钻出孔洞或待修复的旧管内,这个过程中管材表面难免会受到损伤,很可能直接接触到尖锐的石块等在管壁中形成集中负载,从而损坏高应力集中处,造成潜在使用风险,而普通聚乙烯管材用涂料的耐磨性能不高,表面容易被磨损。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对以上弊端提供一种防腐耐磨的聚乙烯管的制备方法,使制备得到的管材在使用过程中不易划伤,增强了其使用寿命。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种防腐耐磨的聚乙烯管的制备方法,其制备方法如下:
(1)制备分散剂:按重量份数计将醋酸乙酯15-20份、丙烯酸5-10份、四氢化糠基硝酸酯8-12份、石墨烯1-5份、去离子水5-10份在85-90℃下混合搅拌30-60min后得到分散剂;
(2)制备稳定剂:按重量份数计将季戊四醇10-15份、聚丙烯酸钠8-10份、聚甘油酯1-6份、环己酮3-7份、氯化镁5-10份、去离子水10-15份在90-100℃下混合搅拌30-60min后得稳定剂;
(3)制备防腐耐磨涂料:按重量份数计将有机硅树脂80-120份、聚氨酯20-30份、炭黑35-55份、分散剂45-52份、双氰胺5-25份、聚磷酸铵6-18份、稳定剂10-15份、三氧化二铝0-8份、二氧化铜5-12份、三硬脂酸甘油酯8-15份、无水乙醇43-60份在在100-120℃的温度下混合搅拌2-3h后得防腐耐磨涂料;
(4)一次浸泡:将聚乙烯管本体浸泡在涂料中5-6h,取出后烘干1-2h;
(5)二次浸泡:将经过一次浸泡后的聚乙烯管本体再次进行浸泡3-4h,取出后烘干1-2h即可。
上述一种防腐耐磨的聚乙烯管的制备方法,其中,所述有机硅树脂、聚氨酯的重量份数比为4: 1。
上述一种防腐耐磨的聚乙烯管的制备方法,其中,一次浸泡温度为100-120℃。
上述一种防腐耐磨的聚乙烯管的制备方法,其中,二次浸泡温度为120-140℃
本发明的有益效果为:机械强度高、粘接力大、耐化学介质侵蚀和煤沥青耐腐蚀;涂层使用温度在-50~180℃之间。在酸、碱、盐、水、汽油、煤油、柴油等一般稀释剂中长期浸泡无变化;用以上材料制成的涂料,附着力高,防腐性和耐磨性能强,提高涂层的机械强度、附着力、抗渗性和防腐蚀能力等,还有滤去有害光波的作用,从而增进涂层的耐候性和保护性,显著减少非开挖铺设中对管材表面的损伤,使得管材在应用于非开挖铺设过程中不会被砂石或者旧管壁的不平处划伤,即使直接接触到尖锐的石块时也不容易开裂,从而增加了安全性,延长了使用寿命。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施例对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明。
实例一:
一种防腐耐磨的聚乙烯管的制备方法,其制备方法如下:
(1)制备分散剂:按重量份数计将醋酸乙酯18份、丙烯酸7份、四氢化糠基硝酸酯10份、石墨烯3份、去离子水7份在90℃下混合搅拌60min后得到分散剂;
(2)制备稳定剂:按重量份数计将季戊四醇13份、聚丙烯酸钠9份、聚甘油酯4.5份、环己酮5份、氯化镁7份、去离子水12份在100℃下混合搅拌60min后得稳定剂;
(3)制备防腐耐磨涂料:按重量份数计将有机硅树脂100份、聚氨酯25份、炭黑40份、分散剂50份、双氰胺15份、聚磷酸铵12份、稳定剂12.5份、三氧化二铝4份、二氧化铜8份、三硬脂酸甘油酯11份、无水乙醇52份在120℃的温度下混合搅拌3h后得防腐耐磨涂料;
(4)一次浸泡:将聚乙烯管本体浸泡在涂料中6h,一次浸泡温度为110℃,取出后烘干2h;
(5)二次浸泡:将经过一次浸泡后的聚乙烯管本体再次进行浸泡4h,二次浸泡温度为120-140℃,取出后烘干2h即可。
实施例二
一种防腐耐磨的聚乙烯管的制备方法,其制备方法如下:
(1)制备分散剂:按重量份数计将醋酸乙酯15份、丙烯酸5份、四氢化糠基硝酸酯8份、石墨烯1份、去离子水5份在90℃下混合搅拌50min后得到分散剂;
(2)制备稳定剂:按重量份数计将季戊四醇10份、聚丙烯酸钠8份、聚甘油酯1份、环己酮3份、氯化镁5份、去离子水10份在100℃下混合搅拌50min后得稳定剂;
(3)制备防腐耐磨涂料:按重量份数计将有机硅树脂80份、聚氨酯20份、炭黑35-55份、分散剂45份、双氰胺5-份、聚磷酸铵6份、稳定剂10份、二氧化铜5份、三硬脂酸甘油酯8份、无水乙醇43份在在100-120℃的温度下混合搅拌2-3h后得防腐耐磨涂料;
(4)一次浸泡:将聚乙烯管本体浸泡在涂料中5h,一次浸泡温度为100℃,取出后烘干1.5h;
(5)二次浸泡:将经过一次浸泡后的聚乙烯管本体再次进行浸泡3h,二次浸泡温度为120℃,取出后烘干1h即可。
实施例三
一种防腐耐磨的聚乙烯管的制备方法,其制备方法如下:
(1)制备分散剂:按重量份数计将醋酸乙酯20份、丙烯酸10份、四氢化糠基硝酸酯12份、石墨烯5份、去离子水10份在85℃下混合搅拌45min后得到分散剂;
(2)制备稳定剂:按重量份数计将季戊四醇15份、聚丙烯酸钠10份、聚甘油酯6份、环己酮7份、氯化镁10份、去离子水15份在95℃下混合搅拌55min后得稳定剂;
(3)制备防腐耐磨涂料:按重量份数计将有机硅树脂120份、聚氨酯30份、炭黑55份、分散剂52份、双氰胺25份、聚磷酸铵18份、稳定剂15份、三氧化二铝08份、二氧化铜12份、三硬脂酸甘油酯15份、无水乙醇60份在在120℃的温度下混合搅拌2.5h后得防腐耐磨涂料;
(4)一次浸泡:将聚乙烯管本体浸泡在涂料中5h,一次浸泡温度为120℃,取出后烘干1h;
(5)二次浸泡:将经过一次浸泡后的聚乙烯管本体再次进行浸泡34h,二次浸泡温度为130℃,取出后烘干2h即可。

Claims (4)

1.一种防腐耐磨的聚乙烯管的制备方法,其特征为,其制备方法如下:
(1)制备分散剂:按重量份数计将醋酸乙酯15-20份、丙烯酸5-10份、四氢化糠基硝酸酯8-12份、石墨烯1-5份、去离子水5-10份在85-90℃下混合搅拌30-60min后得到分散剂;
(2)制备稳定剂:按重量份数计将季戊四醇10-15份、聚丙烯酸钠8-10份、聚甘油酯1-6份、环己酮3-7份、氯化镁5-10份、去离子水10-15份在90-100℃下混合搅拌30-60min后得稳定剂;
(3)制备防腐耐磨涂料:按重量份数计将有机硅树脂80-120份、聚氨酯20-30份、炭黑35-55份、分散剂45-52份、双氰胺5-25份、聚磷酸铵6-18份、稳定剂10-15份、三氧化二铝0-8份、二氧化铜5-12份、三硬脂酸甘油酯8-15份、无水乙醇43-60份在在100-120℃的温度下混合搅拌2-3h后得防腐耐磨涂料;
(4)一次浸泡:将聚乙烯管本体浸泡在涂料中5-6h,取出后烘干1-2h;
(5)二次浸泡:将经过一次浸泡后的聚乙烯管本体再次进行浸泡3-4h,取出后烘干1-2h即可。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种防腐耐磨的聚乙烯管的制备方法,其特征为,所述有机硅树脂、聚氨酯的重量份数比为4: 1。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种防腐耐磨的聚乙烯管的制备方法,其特征为,所述一次浸泡的温度为100-120℃。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种防腐耐磨的聚乙烯管的制备方法,其特征为,所述二次浸泡的温度为120-140℃。
