Abstract

本发明公开了一种聚酯纤维改性氯化聚乙烯特种橡胶及其制备方法,通过聚酯纤维进行预处理再与氯化聚乙烯特种橡胶、增强剂、硫化机、增塑剂、热稳定剂等进行开炼机开炼,再进行破碎成小块状,既得聚酯纤维改性的氯化聚乙烯特种橡胶,该产品可以广泛应用于体育用品和体育器材领域,有着良好的防滑性能和抗拉伸强度,经久耐用。

技术领域
本发明是一种聚酯纤维改性氯化聚乙烯特种橡胶及其制备方法,属于纤维增强橡胶应用领域。
背景技术
氯化聚乙烯(CM)为特种橡胶,外观为白色粉末,无毒无味,具有优良的耐侯性、耐臭氧、耐化学药品及耐老化性能,具有良好的耐油性、阻燃性及着色性能。韧性良好(在-30℃仍有柔韧性),与其它高分子材料具有良好的相容性,分解温度较高,分解产生HCl,HCL能催化CPE的脱氯反应。主要应用于:电线电缆(煤矿用电缆、UL及VDE等标准中规定的电线),液压胶管,车用胶管,胶带,胶板,PVC型管材改性,磁性材料,ABS改性等等。
纤维增强补强橡胶复合材料既有橡胶的弹性和柔软性,又有纤维的强度和刚度,硫化后产品有高强度和高模量、耐撕裂、抗溶胀的性能优秀性能,但是纤维和橡胶的结合性能是比较关键的问题,因此在纤维的预处理,复合材料的混合,各组分的分散工艺决定了做好材料的性能。
发明专利号:201210352875.9 ,专利名称:一种纤维增强的减震橡胶,提供了一种纤维增强的减震橡胶,属于高分子材料技术领域。由按照重量份计的如下原料制成:顺丁橡胶100份、甲基硅橡胶10~40份、氟橡胶10~20份、三元乙丙橡胶10~30份、聚二甲基硅氧烷10~30份、1,2-聚丁二烯2~6份、液体石蜡10~20份、硬脂酸5~10份、促进剂10~20份、磷酸三苯酯2~4份、硫代二丙酸双十二烷酯2~6份、硫酸钙晶须10~20份、碳纤维5~12份、陶瓷纤维10~30份、聚乙二醇10~40份、碳酸氢钠10~20份、炭黑5~20份、硅烷油10~40份、滑石粉5~15份、氧化锌2~4份、硫黄4~8份、防老剂3~6份。提供的减震橡胶具有良好的弹性、力学性能,拉伸伸长率可达450%以上,拉伸强度可达20MPa以上,抗疲劳性能也能达到40万次以上。
发明内容
涤纶、氯化聚乙烯橡胶都是材料易得,价格不高的产品,涤纶纤维具有密度低,拉伸强度大等优点,氯化聚乙烯橡胶相容性好,耐候性好等优点,如果能够将其很好的结合在一起性能一种复合材料,将在很多领域可以得到运用,本专利根据涤纶的成分特点,以相似相溶的化学理论基础,设计液体不饱和聚酯溶液与DOP、DOTP混合物为增塑剂先对涤纶纤维进行预处理,加热搅拌再抽真空排泡,使得纤维和增塑剂充分的浸润,加入其它组分,搅拌后倒出,并用开炼机将各组分充分的分散,破碎成小片状,便于橡胶制品制作,硫化温度165~180℃,硫化时间根据制品的厚度决定。
氯化聚乙烯橡胶的门尼粘度和邵氏硬度决定特种橡胶的力学性能,也同时决定其加工性能,所以本专利选用门尼粘度大于50,邵氏硬度小于40,通常市场上购买的涤纶丝大多是经过涂膜的,为了避免结合性的问题,需要选用未涂脱模机的涤纶丝,加入DOP和DOTP可以增塑氯化聚乙烯橡胶,同时增塑剂于不饱和聚酯组分相同,有良好的相容性,不饱和聚酯溶液分子量不予太高,控制在1500以下,保证常温下为液体,这样有助于聚酯纤维和橡胶的相容性,由于氯化聚乙烯高温下容易发生分解,所以加入热稳定剂保证其热稳定性,同时也可以提高加工温度,提高生产效率。

具体实施方式
为使发明实现的技术手段、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
实施案例一:
将重量份为15份的聚酯纤维放入重量份为10份不饱和聚酯溶液和重量份15份增塑剂中充分搅拌浸泡,加热至60℃,抽真空将气泡排除,提高浸润性,再加入重量份为100份氯化聚乙烯橡胶,重量份20份碳酸钙,重量份1.5份过氧化二异丙苯,重量份为2有机锡热稳定剂,充分搅拌后再通过开炼机开炼使其各组分混合均匀,通过破碎机将其破碎为小片状,即得聚酯纤维改性氯化聚乙烯特种橡胶。
实施案例二:
将重量份为30份的聚酯纤维放入重量份为15份不饱和聚酯溶液和重量份20份增塑剂中充分搅拌浸泡,加热至80℃,抽真空将气泡排除,提高浸润性,再加入重量份为100份氯化聚乙烯橡胶,重量份15份碳酸钙,重量份1.5份过氧化二异丙苯,重量份为3份有机锡热稳定剂,充分搅拌后再通过开炼机开炼使其各组分混合均匀,通过破碎机将其破碎为小片状,即得聚酯纤维改性氯化聚乙烯特种橡胶。

Claims (8)

1.一种聚酯纤维改性氯化聚乙烯特种橡胶及其制备方法,其特征在于:将重量份为10~30份的聚酯纤维放入重量份为10~60份不饱和聚酯溶液和重量份为10~30份增塑剂中充分搅拌浸泡,加热至50~90℃,抽真空将气泡排除,提高浸润性,再加入重量份为100~300份氯化聚乙烯橡胶,重量份1~100份增强剂,重量份1~10份硫化剂,重量份为1~30热稳定剂,充分搅拌后再通过开炼机开炼使其各组分混合均匀,通过破碎机将其破碎为小片状,即得聚酯纤维改性氯化聚乙烯特种橡胶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚酯纤维改性氯化聚乙烯特种橡胶及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述聚酯纤维为表面未涂脱模机的涤纶聚酯纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的所述的一种聚酯纤维改性氯化聚乙烯特种橡胶及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述增塑剂为DOTP和DOP重量比1:1混合液体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的所述的一种聚酯纤维改性氯化聚乙烯特种橡胶及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述的不饱和聚酯溶液为未添加苯乙烯及其他溶剂的不饱和聚酯,分子量小于1500。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚酯纤维改性氯化聚乙烯特种橡胶及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述的氯化聚乙烯橡胶为门尼粘度大于50,邵氏硬度小于40的CM。
6.根据权利要求1所述的所述的一种聚酯纤维改性氯化聚乙烯特种橡胶及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述的增强剂为碳酸钙。
7.根据权利要求1所述的所述的一种聚酯纤维改性氯化聚乙烯特种橡胶及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述的硫化剂为过氧化二异丙苯。
8.根据权利要求1所述的所述的一种聚酯纤维改性氯化聚乙烯特种橡胶及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述的热稳定剂为有机锡热稳定剂和钙锌热稳定剂的一种。
