Abstract

数控铣镗床竖直轴的四丝杠驱动***,其特征在于立柱垂直截面为中空口字形,立柱前后方分别布置两套丝杠驱动***,前方两套驱动***设置的左右跨距大于后方驱动***跨距,竖直的四丝杠呈梯形布局;平行于各丝杠布置四根导轨,两根前导轨布置在立柱两内角正前面,另两根后导轨布置在立柱中空的相对侧的后部,导轨与立柱螺钉固定,主轴箱立面与导轨4个滑块螺钉连接;上、下部丝杠轴承座通过螺钉与立柱固定,丝母与主轴箱通过螺钉相连接;运行中控制***根据光栅尺反馈,对四个竖直轴驱动程序单元进行实时调整,实现电机同步控制,并独立调速。实现竖直轴的同步控制及重心驱动,克服竖直轴传动***刚性差、同步性差、运行不稳定、故障率高等缺点。

Description

数控铣镗床竖直轴的四丝杠驱动***
技术领域
本发明涉及数控机床制造领域,尤其是数控铣镗床竖直方向进给运动的驱动机构。
背景技术
数控铣镗床的主轴箱需要沿立柱在竖直方向上下运动实现对零件的加工。目前,在现有的数控铣镗床竖直轴的传动结构中,一般采用单丝杠侧挂箱或双丝杠侧挂箱结构,侧挂箱即主轴箱安装于立柱一侧。目前较好的传动方式为采用双丝杠正挂箱传动。如图5所示,主轴箱28前端采用丝杠29传动,后端采用液压缸传动25和液压杆27传动以平衡主轴箱后端重量。主轴箱体28在沿着立柱26上下运动时,因伺服驱动***与液压缸传动***同步性难于控制、液压***泄漏、刚性差等问题导致整个传动***的抗振性、跟随性、***刚度、精度保持性等性能较差,造成***运行不稳定,影响机床的综合精度及使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种数控铣镗床竖直轴的四丝杠驱动***,可以实现竖直轴的同步控制及重心驱动,克服竖直轴传动***刚性差、同步性差、运行不稳定、故障率高等缺点。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
这种数控铣镗床竖直轴的四丝杠驱动***,包括一套机床电气控制***,四套丝杠驱动结构单元、四套竖直轴驱动程序单元、四套光栅尺测量***,机床主轴箱采用正挂箱结构,其特征在于立柱垂直截面设计为中空口字形、左右对称结构,立柱前方和后方分别布置结构相同的两套前、后丝杠驱动***,前方两套驱动***设置的左右跨距大于后方两套驱动***跨距,竖直的四丝杠呈梯形布局;平行于各丝杠布置四根重载滚柱直线导轨,其中两根前滚柱直线导轨布置在立柱两内角正前面,另两根后滚柱直线导轨布置在立柱中空的相对侧的后部,滚柱直线导轨与立柱螺钉固定,每根滚柱直线导轨上均安装有4个滑块,主轴箱立面与导轨滑块螺钉连接;上、下部丝杠轴承座通过螺钉与立柱固定,与主轴箱通过螺钉相连接;运行中机床电气控制***根据光栅尺反馈,对四个竖直轴驱动程序单元进行实时调整,实现电机同步控制,并可独立对单个电机调速。
竖直轴的四丝杠驱动***能驱动重量为10t的主轴箱,实现快移速度10m/min,重复定位精度0.008mm,四驱动电机惯量匹配小于1.6,Z经检测轴向刚度为320KN/mm,是普通机床刚度的2倍。由于采用上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
1、传动***刚性与丝杠直径成正比,四根丝杠同步驱动,则传动***中丝杠的等效直径增大,传动***刚性显著提高。
2、在运动过程中,滑枕及主轴箱的重心轨迹位于四根丝杠轴线围成的四边形区域内,实现重心驱动,机床抗震性能提高,运行更稳定。
3、四根丝杠同步驱动可有效降低每个电机和丝杠的负载,提高丝杠使用寿命,同时降低因传动***产生的故障率。
4、动态性能得到优化,定位精度得到提高。
5、精度保持性能得到改善。
6、防止主轴箱脱落,安全性能得到提升。

具体实施方式
结合附图和具体实施例对本发明的驱动***结构加以说明。
数控铣镗床竖直轴的四丝杠驱动***,主要包括一套机床电气控制***,四套丝杠驱动结构单元、四套竖直轴驱动程序单元、四套光栅尺测量***,机床主轴箱采用正挂箱结构,以下部件:立柱、线性导轨、光栅尺、上电机座、下轴承座、丝杠及丝杠螺母、电机、减速机等,整个驱动***的结构见图1~3:其特征在于立柱1是垂直截面为中空口字形、左右对称结构,竖直放置,立柱1前方和后方分别布置结构相同的两套前、后丝杠驱动***,在立柱1的前方对称布置两根前丝杠驱动***4,立柱后方对称布置两根后丝杠驱动***13,前方两套前丝杠驱动***4设置的左右跨距大于后方两套后丝杠驱动***13跨距,竖直的四丝杠呈梯形布局;平行于各丝杠布置四根重载滚柱直线导轨:在立柱1的两根前丝杠驱动***4内侧布置两根前滚柱直线导轨6,分别位于主轴箱11的凸字形水平两侧;在立柱1的后部内侧面放置两条后滚柱直线导轨16,对应主轴箱凸出端两侧面。前滚柱直线导轨6与后滚柱直线导轨16均采用图2中的导轨螺钉19与立柱1连接,每根前导轨上布置四块前滑块12,每根后导轨上布置四块后滑块17,滑块可在导轨上精密的滑动。前、后滑块17、12与主轴箱11使用滑块螺钉18进行连接。每根丝杠上配置一个丝母7。丝母7采用丝母螺钉9与两个前丝母座8、两个后丝母座14连接,丝母7带动丝母座一起运动。前端左右两个前丝母座8采用丝母座螺钉15与主轴箱11前端连接,后端左右两个后丝母座14采用丝母座螺钉15与主轴箱11后端连接。如图4,位于立柱1顶端的电机24与直角减速机23连接,减速机的输出端与丝杠的输入端连接。机床控制***可对四套丝杠驱动***中的每个电机独立控制。
前滚柱直线导轨6与后滚柱直线导轨16的安装面相互垂直,采用楔形挤块21与短螺钉22把两前滚柱直线导轨6的侧基准面与立柱的垂直方向的基准面紧密贴合,同时使用楔形挤块21和短螺钉22将两前滑块12的基准面紧贴主轴箱11侧向基准面,立柱前滚柱直线导轨6用于主轴箱11前后、左右方向的定位,后滚柱直线导轨16用于防止主轴箱11后部左右方向偏摆。凸字形水平两侧主轴箱与导轨滑块螺钉连接;丝杠轴承座通过螺钉与立柱固定,丝母与主轴箱通过螺钉相连接;
主轴箱11体外形俯视为凸字形,中间凸出端两后侧与立柱后部内侧面的两条后滚柱直线导轨16安装面相对,凸字形水平两侧与立柱前滚柱直线导轨6安装面相对。
竖直轴的四丝杠驱动***有一套机床电气控制***,四套丝杠驱动结构单元中的每一套在结构上相同,每套驱动结构单元配备一套竖直轴驱动程序单元、一套光栅尺测量***。本机床电气控制***对四个丝杠驱动结构单元中的驱动电机同步控制,并可根据光栅尺反馈,独立对单个电机调速。竖直轴收到运动指令后,四个驱动电机24的输出轴作旋转运动,带动四个减速机23的输出轴做旋转运动,进而驱动两根前丝杠驱动***4、两根后丝杠驱动***13协同旋转,丝母7在丝杠的带动下在竖直方向上做直线运动,各个丝母7通过前丝母座8、后丝母座14与主轴箱11固定,最终主轴箱11沿着导轨在竖直方向上运动。为保证主轴箱的运行精度与协同性,如图2,各个光栅尺5实时监测各驱动***的位置信息,反馈给机床电气控制***,形成全闭环控制。机床电气控制***根据光栅尺5的反馈信息与驱动单元的实际运行状态,实时、动态调整各驱动单元的运行参数以使主轴箱两侧平行的上下运动。
本实施例对数控铣镗床的竖直方向传动***采用了四丝杠驱动方式,真正实现了同步控制、重心驱动,减少了因液压***原因产生的故障率,提高了竖直方向传动***的刚性、跟随性,从而提高了整机的稳定性、精度及精度保持性。

Claims (4)

1.一种数控铣镗床竖直轴的四丝杠驱动***,包括一套机床电气控制***,四套丝杠驱动结构单元、四套竖直轴驱动程序单元、四套光栅尺测量***,机床主轴箱采用正挂箱结构,其特征在于立柱(1)垂直截面设计为中空口字形、左右对称结构,立柱(1)前方和后方分别布置结构相同的两套前、后丝杠驱动***(4)、(13),前方两套驱动***设置的左右跨距大于后方两套驱动***跨距,竖直的四丝杠呈梯形布局;平行于各丝杠布置四根重载滚柱直线导轨,其中两根前滚柱直线导轨(6)布置在立柱(1)两内角正前面,另两根后滚柱直线导轨(16)布置在立柱(1)中空的相对侧的后部,滚柱直线导轨与立柱(1)螺钉固定,每根滚柱直线导轨上均安装有4个滑块,主轴箱(11)立面与导轨滑块螺钉连接;上、下部丝杠轴承座通过螺钉与立柱(1)固定,与主轴箱(11)通过螺钉相连接;运行中机床电气控制***根据光栅尺(5)反馈,对四个竖直轴驱动程序单元进行实时调整,实现电机同步控制,并可独立对单个电机调速。
2.根据权利要求1所述的数控铣镗床竖直轴的四丝杠驱动***,其特征在于四套丝杠驱动***的每一套丝杠驱动结构单元在结构上相同,每套丝杠驱动结构单元配备一套竖直轴驱动程序单元、一套光栅尺测量***,光栅尺(5)实时监测各丝杠驱动结构单元的位置信息,反馈给机床电气控制***,形成全闭环控制。
3.根据权利要求1所述的数控铣镗床竖直轴的四丝杠驱动***,其特征在于每根丝杠上配置一个丝母(7),丝母(7)采用丝母螺钉(9)与两个前丝母座(8)、两个后丝母座(14)连接;前端左右两个前丝母座(8)采用丝母座螺钉(15)与主轴箱(11)前端连接,后端左右两个后丝母座(14)采用丝母座螺钉(15)与主轴箱(11)后端连接;每根前导轨上布置四块前滑块(12),每根后导轨上布置四块后滑块(17),滑块可在导轨上精密的滑动,前滑块(12)、后滑块(17)与主轴箱(11)使用滑块螺钉(18)进行连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的数控铣镗床竖直轴的四丝杠驱动***,其特征在于主轴箱体外形俯视为凸字形,中间凸出端两后侧与立柱后部内侧面的两条后滚柱直线导轨(16)安装面相对,凸字形水平两侧与立柱前滚柱直线导轨(6)安装面相对。
