本发明公开了一种治疗妊娠呕吐的中药配方，按重量份数是包括以下中药成分：人参7g、冬麦168g、粳米7g、半夏24g、陈皮48g、竹茹48g、大枣30枚、生姜24g、甘草16g。本发明中药组合物的制备和使用方法：水煎服，每天1剂，分3次服用，7剂为1疗程，需要用药3‑5疗程。

一种治疗妊娠呕吐的中药配方
技术领域
本发明属于中药组合物，具体地说，是涉及一种治疗妊娠呕吐的的中药配方。
背景技术
妊娠剧吐发生于妊娠早期至妊娠16周之间，多见于年轻初孕妇。一般停经40日左右出现早孕反应，逐渐加重，直至频繁呕吐，不能进食。呕吐物中有胆汁或咖啡样物质。严重呕吐可引起失水及电解质紊乱，并动用体内脂肪，使其中间产物丙酮聚积，引起代谢性酸中毒。患者体重明显减轻、面色苍白、皮肤干燥、脉搏弱、尿量减少，严重时出现血压下降，引起肾前性急性肾衰竭。孕妇在早孕期肚子未明显变大，行动也能自如，大多都继续留在工作岗位上工作，但妊娠呕吐的反应使多数孕妇苦不堪言，并且大部分西药都不能在孕期服用，使得孕妇在出现呕吐症状时，只能任由其发展。很好地抑制妊娠呕吐对于孕妇们来说是非常有意义的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是发明一种药源丰富，成本低，疗效显著的治疗妊娠呕吐的中药配方。
为了实现上述发明目的，本发明制成该药物有效成分的原料组成及其重量配比为：人参7g、冬麦168g、粳米7g、半夏24g、陈皮48g、竹茹48g、大枣30枚、生姜24g、甘草16g。
本发明中药组合物的制备和使用方法：水煎服，每天1剂，分3次服用，7剂为1疗程，需要用药3-5疗程。
本发明以降逆止呕、除烦安胎、敛阴平肝为治则，多种药材组合协同，主要用于宽中理气、止咳平喘、通经活络、清热除烦、健脾益气、养血和营、止呕止泻，对妊娠呕吐有显著的治疗作用。
具体实施方式
实施例1：一种治疗妊娠呕吐的的中药配方，按重量份数包括以下中药成分：人参7g、冬麦168g、粳米7g、半夏24g、陈皮48g、竹茹48g、大枣30枚、生姜24g、甘草16g。
实施例2：如果患者有腹痛者症状，在上述组分中加白芍16g、枸杞子10g、当归10g。
实施例3：如果患者有脾虚症状，在上述组分中加山药12g、党参10g、黄芪10g。
实施例4：如果患者有血虚症状，在上述组分中加阿胶10g、熟地黄12g。
本发明中药组合物的制备和使用方法：水煎服，每天1剂，分3次服用，7剂为1疗程，需要用药3-5疗程。
本发明中药组合物的制备和使用方法：本发明的中药组合物治疗58例，治愈54例，治疗成功率为93%。
典型案例：
段某，30岁，怀孕50余天，近20天来恶心呕吐剧烈，厌油味。在当地经中西药治疗，未能有效控制呕吐。中医诊见：妊娠恶心呕吐，心胸烦热，倦怠乏力，口苦，舌质红，苔黄腻，脉虚弱。中医辩为中虚湿热症，治当补益中气，清热化湿。用本发明配方8剂，水煎服，每天1剂，每日3服。第二诊：恶心呕吐减轻，继以本发明配方8剂后，第三诊，恶心呕吐解除。继服6剂。第四诊：诸症悉除。

1.一种治疗妊娠呕吐的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方按重量份数包括以下中药成分：人参7g、冬麦168g、粳米7g、半夏24g、陈皮48g、竹茹48g、大枣30枚、生姜24g、甘草16g。
2.如权利要求1所述的治疗妊娠呕吐的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括白芍16g、枸杞子10g、当归10g。
3.如权利要求1所述的治疗妊娠呕吐的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括山药12g、党参10g、黄芪10g。
4.如权利要求1所述的治疗妊娠呕吐的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括阿胶10g、熟地黄12g。
