S504, notifying other cells in the tracking area to which the target cell belongs to configure group information through a core network, and sending a broadcast signaling to the group with the terminal, wherein the broadcast signaling is used for broadcasting the configured group information of the other cells in the tracking area to which the target cell belongs, so that when the other terminals belonging to the same group with the terminal meet the condition of moving to the tracking area to which the target cell belongs, whether the other terminals accord with the condition of moving to the tracking area to which the target cell belongs is judged according to the broadcast signaling, and if the other terminals accord with the condition, group calling service configuration operation is carried out according to the group calling signaling and the group calling wireless resource configuration signaling sent by one cell in the tracking area to which the target cell belongs.
It should be noted that the steps S401 to S403 are the same as the steps S301 to S303, and are not described herein again. In addition, the steps S404, S402 and S403 do not have strict execution order requirements.
The technical scheme of the invention is that a base station controls a terminal to complete cell switching, the base station notifies a target cell to complete configuration after selecting the target cell, notifies other cells in a tracking cell to which the target cell belongs to complete configuration, and notifies the terminal that the target cell has completed configuration before switching, so that the interruption delay of a group call service in the terminal moving process can be reduced.
Example 5
Corresponding to the above method embodiments 1-2 at the terminal side, the present invention further provides a terminal (the terminal may be a device for communicating with a base station, such as a mobile phone, an intercom, etc.), referring to fig. 6, which shows a schematic diagram of the terminal embodiment 1 of the present invention, and the terminal may include:
a sending unit 601, configured to send a neighbor cell signal measurement result to a residential cell home base station, so that the residential cell home base station selects a neighbor cell as a target cell according to the neighbor cell signal measurement result, and notifies the target cell of configuration group information through a core network;
a switching unit 602, configured to receive a switching instruction carrying a target cell identifier sent by the camping cell home base station, and switch to a target cell according to the switching instruction;
a configuration unit 603, configured to receive a trunking group call signaling and a group call radio resource configuration signaling sent by the target cell home base station, and perform group call service configuration according to the trunking group call signaling and the group call radio resource configuration signaling.
Optionally, the sending unit includes:
the RRC signaling sending subunit is used for sending the RRC signaling carrying the neighbor cell signal measurement result to the resident cell home base station; or the like, or, alternatively,
and the reporting subunit is used for sending the neighbor cell signal measurement result to the resident cell home base station after receiving the query command sent by the resident cell home base station.
Example 6
Referring to fig. 7, a schematic diagram of an embodiment 2 of the terminal of the present invention is shown, where the terminal further includes, on the basis of the structure in fig. 6:
a mobile processing unit 604, configured to receive a broadcast signaling sent by the residing cell home base station, determine whether the mobile processing unit itself meets a condition of moving to the tracking area to which the target cell belongs, and if the mobile processing unit itself meets the condition, perform group call service configuration operation according to a cluster group call signaling and a group call radio resource configuration signaling sent by a cell in the tracking area to which the target cell belongs; the broadcast signaling is used for broadcasting the configured group information of other cells in the tracking area to which the target cell belongs.
Example 7
Corresponding to the above method embodiments 3 to 4, the present invention further provides a base station, referring to fig. 8, which shows a schematic diagram of a base station embodiment 1 of the present invention, and the base station may include:
an obtaining unit 701, configured to obtain a neighboring cell signal measurement result measured by a terminal;
a first configuration unit 702, configured to select a neighboring cell as a target cell according to the neighboring cell signal measurement result, and notify the target cell of configuration group information through a core network;
an indicating unit 703 is configured to send a handover indication carrying a target cell identifier to the terminal, so that the terminal switches to the target cell according to the handover indication, and then performs group call service configuration according to a cluster group call signaling and a group call radio resource configuration signaling sent by a home base station of the target cell.
Optionally, the obtaining unit includes:
the first acquiring subunit is used for receiving an RRC signaling sent by a terminal and extracting a neighbor cell signal measurement result from the RRC signaling; or the like, or, alternatively,
and the second obtaining subunit is used for sending the query signaling to the terminal and obtaining the neighbor cell signal measurement result reported by the terminal.
Example 8
Referring to fig. 9, a schematic diagram of embodiment 2 of the base station of the present invention is shown, where the base station further includes, on the basis of the structure in fig. 8:
a second configuration unit 704, configured to notify, through a core network, that other cells in a tracking area to which the target cell belongs configure group information, and send a broadcast signaling to the group associated with the terminal, where the broadcast signaling is used to broadcast the configured group information of the other cells in the tracking area to which the target cell belongs, so that when the other terminals in the same group as the terminal satisfy a condition of moving to the tracking area to which the target cell belongs, it is determined, according to the broadcast signaling, whether or not they meet the condition of moving to the tracking area to which the target cell belongs, and if so, perform group call service configuration operation according to a group call signaling and a group call radio resource configuration signaling sent by one cell in the tracking area to which the target cell belongs.
Furthermore, the invention also provides hardware configurations of the terminal and the base station, and the terminal and the base station can respectively comprise at least one processor, at least one network interface or other communication interfaces, a memory and at least one communication bus; the memory is used to store program instructions, such as a computer program. The processor is used to execute executable modules, such as computer programs, stored in the memory. The Memory may comprise a Random Access Memory (RAM) and may also include a non-volatile Memory, such as at least one disk Memory. The communication connection between the system gateway and at least one other network element is realized through at least one network interface (which can be wired or wireless).
Referring to fig. 10, in some embodiments, a memory of the terminal stores program instructions, and the program instructions can be executed by the processor, where the program instructions include a sending unit 601, a switching unit 602, and a configuration unit 603, and specific implementations of each unit can refer to corresponding units disclosed in fig. 6. Or the program instruction may also include other units in the above embodiments, which can be referred to in fig. 7 and will not be described herein again.
Referring to fig. 11, in some embodiments, a memory of the base station stores program instructions, and the program instructions can be executed by a processor, where the program instructions include an obtaining unit 801, a first configuration unit 802, and an indication unit 803, and the specific implementation of each unit can refer to the corresponding unit disclosed in fig. 8. Or the program instruction may also include other units in the above embodiments, which can be referred to in fig. 9 and will not be described herein again. It should be appreciated that the invention is operational with numerous general purpose or special purpose computing system environments or configurations. For example: personal computers, server computers, hand-held or portable devices, tablet-type devices, multiprocessor systems, microprocessor-based systems, set top boxes, programmable consumer electronics, network PCs, minicomputers, mainframe computers, distributed computing environments that include any of the above systems or devices, and the like.
The invention may be described in the general context of computer-executable instructions, such as program modules, being executed by a computer. Generally, program modules include routines, programs, objects, components, data structures, etc. that perform particular tasks or implement particular abstract data types. The invention may also be practiced in distributed computing environments where tasks are performed by remote processing devices that are linked through a communications network. In a distributed computing environment, program modules may be located in both local and remote computer storage media including memory storage devices.
It is noted that, herein, relational terms such as first and second, and the like may be used solely to distinguish one entity or action from another entity or action without necessarily requiring or implying any actual such relationship or order between such entities or actions. For the device embodiments, since they substantially correspond to the method embodiments, reference may be made to the partial description of the method embodiments for relevant points. Claims (14)

1. A mobile control method of a terminal in an RRC idle state is applied to a terminal which is in the RRC idle state and carries a group call service in a broadband trunking system, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the terminal sends a neighbor cell signal measurement result to a resident cell home base station, so that the resident cell home base station selects a neighbor cell as a target cell according to the neighbor cell signal measurement result, and notifies the target cell of group configuration information through a core network;
the terminal receives a switching instruction which is sent by the resident cell home base station and carries a target cell identifier, and switches to a target cell according to the switching instruction; the switching indication carrying the target cell identifier is sent by the residing cell home base station after the target cell completes the group information configuration;
and the terminal receives the cluster group calling signaling and the group calling wireless resource configuration signaling sent by the target cell home base station and performs group calling service configuration according to the cluster group calling signaling and the group calling wireless resource configuration signaling.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the terminal sends the neighbor cell signal measurement result to the camping cell home base station, and the method comprises:
the terminal sends an RRC signaling carrying a neighbor cell signal measurement result to a resident cell home base station; or the like, or, alternatively,
and after receiving the query command sent by the resident cell home base station, the terminal sends a neighbor cell signal measurement result to the resident cell home base station.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein when the camping cell home base station notifies other cells in the tracking area to which the target cell belongs of configuration group information through a core network, the method further comprises:
receiving a broadcast signaling sent by the residing cell home base station, judging whether the broadcast signaling meets the condition of moving to the tracking area to which the target cell belongs, and if the broadcast signaling meets the condition, performing group call service configuration operation according to a cluster group call signaling and a group call wireless resource configuration signaling sent by one cell in the tracking area to which the target cell belongs; the broadcast signaling is used for broadcasting the configured group information of other cells in the tracking area to which the target cell belongs.
4. A mobile control method for a terminal in an RRC idle state is applied to a cell home base station of a broadband trunking system, wherein the cell home base station is in the RRC idle state and is used for a terminal carrying a group call service, and the method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a neighbor cell signal measurement result measured by a terminal;
selecting a neighboring cell as a target cell according to the signal measurement result of the neighboring cell, and informing the target cell of configuring group information through a core network;
and after determining that the target cell completes the group information configuration, sending a switching instruction carrying a target cell identifier to the terminal so that the terminal is switched to the target cell according to the switching instruction, and then performing group call service configuration according to a cluster group call signaling and a group call radio resource configuration signaling sent by a home base station of the target cell.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein when the target cell configuration group information is notified through a core network, the method further comprises:
informing other cells in the tracking area to which the target cell belongs to configure group information through a core network, and sending a broadcast signaling to the group to which the terminal belongs, wherein the broadcast signaling is used for broadcasting the configured group information of the other cells in the tracking area to which the target cell belongs, so that when the other terminals belonging to the same group with the terminal meet the condition of moving to the tracking area to which the target cell belongs, whether the other terminals accord with the condition of moving to the tracking area to which the target cell belongs is judged according to the broadcast signaling, and if the other terminals accord with the condition, carrying out group call service configuration operation according to the group call signaling and the wireless resource configuration signaling sent by one cell in the tracking area to which the target cell belongs.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein the obtaining the neighbor cell signal measurement result measured by the terminal comprises:
receiving an RRC signaling sent by a terminal, and extracting a neighbor cell signal measurement result from the RRC signaling; or the like, or, alternatively,
and sending a query signaling to the terminal to obtain a neighbor cell signal measurement result reported by the terminal.
7. A terminal applied to a broadband trunking system, the terminal comprising:
the sending unit is used for sending a neighbor cell signal measurement result to a resident cell home base station so that the resident cell home base station selects a neighbor cell as a target cell according to the neighbor cell signal measurement result and informs the target cell of group configuration information through a core network;
the switching unit is used for receiving a switching instruction which is sent by the resident cell home base station and carries a target cell identifier, and switching to a target cell according to the switching instruction; the switching indication carrying the target cell identifier is sent by the residing cell home base station after the target cell completes the group information configuration;
and the configuration unit is used for receiving the cluster group calling signaling and the group calling wireless resource configuration signaling sent by the target cell home base station and carrying out group calling service configuration according to the cluster group calling signaling and the group calling wireless resource configuration signaling.
8. The terminal according to claim 7, wherein the transmitting unit comprises:
the RRC signaling sending subunit is used for sending the RRC signaling carrying the neighbor cell signal measurement result to the resident cell home base station; or the like, or, alternatively,
and the reporting subunit is used for sending the neighbor cell signal measurement result to the resident cell home base station after receiving the query command sent by the resident cell home base station.
9. The terminal of claim 7, further comprising:
a mobile processing unit, configured to receive a broadcast signaling sent by the residing cell home base station, determine whether the mobile processing unit itself meets the condition of moving to the tracking area to which the target cell belongs, and if the mobile processing unit meets the condition, perform group call service configuration operation according to a cluster group call signaling and a group call radio resource configuration signaling sent by a cell in the tracking area to which the target cell belongs; the broadcast signaling is used for broadcasting the configured group information of other cells in the tracking area to which the target cell belongs.
10. A base station applied to a broadband trunking system, the base station comprising:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring a neighbor cell signal measurement result measured by the terminal;
the first configuration unit is used for selecting one adjacent cell as a target cell according to the adjacent cell signal measurement result and informing the target cell of configuring group information through a core network;
and the indicating unit is used for sending a switching indication carrying a target cell identifier to the terminal after the target cell completes the group information configuration so that the terminal is switched to the target cell according to the switching indication, and then carrying out group call service configuration according to a cluster group call signaling and a group call radio resource configuration signaling sent by a home base station of the target cell.
11. The base station of claim 10, wherein the base station further comprises:
a second configuration unit, configured to notify, through a core network, other cells in a tracking area to which the target cell belongs of configuration group information, and send a broadcast signaling to a group in which the terminal is located, where the broadcast signaling is used to broadcast the configured group information of the other cells in the tracking area to which the target cell belongs, so that when the other terminals in the same group as the terminal satisfy a condition of moving to the tracking area to which the target cell belongs, it is determined whether the other terminals conform to the condition of moving to the tracking area to which the target cell belongs according to the broadcast signaling, and if so, group call service configuration operation is performed according to a group call signaling and a group call radio resource configuration signaling sent by one cell in the tracking area to which the target cell belongs.
12. The base station of claim 10, wherein the obtaining unit comprises:
the first acquiring subunit is used for receiving an RRC signaling sent by a terminal and extracting a neighbor cell signal measurement result from the RRC signaling; or the like, or, alternatively,
and the second obtaining subunit is used for sending the query signaling to the terminal and obtaining the neighbor cell signal measurement result reported by the terminal.
13. A terminal, comprising at least one processor, at least one network interface or other communication interface, a memory, and at least one communication bus; the memory is configured to store program instructions, and the processor is configured to perform the following steps according to the program instructions:
sending a neighbor cell signal measurement result to a resident cell home base station, so that the resident cell home base station selects a neighbor cell as a target cell according to the neighbor cell signal measurement result, and informs the target cell of group configuration information through a core network;
receiving a switching instruction which is sent by the resident cell home base station and carries a target cell identifier, and switching to a target cell according to the switching instruction; the switching indication carrying the target cell identifier is sent by the residing cell home base station after the target cell completes the group information configuration;
and receiving a cluster group calling signaling and a group calling wireless resource configuration signaling sent by the target cell home base station, and configuring a group calling service according to the cluster group calling signaling and the group calling wireless resource configuration signaling.
14. A base station, comprising at least one processor, at least one network interface or other communication interface, a memory, and at least one communication bus; the memory is configured to store program instructions, and the processor is configured to perform the following steps according to the program instructions:
acquiring a neighbor cell signal measurement result measured by a terminal;
selecting a neighboring cell as a target cell according to the signal measurement result of the neighboring cell, and informing the target cell of configuring group information through a core network;
and after determining that the target cell completes the group information configuration, sending a switching instruction carrying a target cell identifier to the terminal so that the terminal is switched to the target cell according to the switching instruction, and then performing group call service configuration according to a cluster group call signaling and a group call radio resource configuration signaling sent by a home base station of the target cell.
