Wherein toy 100 may be a smart toy, such as a smart doll; the parent can receive the reminder sent by the server 300 and record the voice inquiry through the interactive software (such as WeChat, QQ, APP and the like) installed on the own mobile terminal 200 (such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer and the like). Thus, the server 300 is provided with an information source for data analysis through questions and answers between the parent and the child, thereby analyzing the physical condition of the child. The entire process continues until the symptoms of the child are determined. The specific scheme is as follows:
(1.1) the first information is a voice input of a user, and the first analysis result includes that a child is possibly ill; the first query message is a voice query, and the content of the first query message includes a query for the physical condition of the child.
Specifically, the first analysis result includes states of the child that are different when the child is ill, such as a cold, fever, belly straining, belly pain, and the like. The first query message is a related query performed by the parent according to the received first information and various conditions in the first analysis result, for example, the first analysis result aiming at the cold of the child, and the first query message may be a query of the child as to where the child is uncomfortable, whether the child has fever, whether the child has a belly pain or a belly pull, and the like; for the first analysis result of the fever of the child, the first inquiry message may be to inquire whether the child can measure the body temperature by itself, whether the child can take care of his/her person to help measure the body temperature, etc.; for the first analysis result of the child's straining, the first inquiry message may be an inquiry about when the child starts straining, the frequency of straining, the condition of stool, etc.; as a result of the first analysis of the belly pain of the child, the first inquiry message may be an inquiry about whether the child has a belly pain, a specific place pain, what starts pain, and the like.
(1.2) the first information is body temperature data of the user detected by a temperature measuring device on the toy 100, and the first analysis result can be obtained according to whether the body temperature data exceeds a first preset range, for example, the first analysis result includes that the child is possibly sick when the body temperature exceeds 37 ℃; of course, the first preset range of the body temperature data can be adjusted and set by the parents according to the actual normal body temperature of the child. The first query message is a voice query, and the content of the first query message includes a query for the physical condition of the child. The temperature measuring device can be a temperature measuring instrument such as an infrared thermometer and the like.
When the first query message is a voice query, the toy 100 receives the voice query recorded by the parent at the mobile phone end and outputs the voice query, for example, by means of voice playing.
After hearing the parent's query, the child at the toy 100 responds accordingly, recorded by the toy 100 and sent to the server 300. At this point the second message is a reply to the child recorded at toy 100. The server 300 receives and analyzes the child's reply to obtain a second analysis result, and then sends the second information and the second analysis result to the mobile terminal 200.
If a question and a answer are only used, the corresponding conclusion may not be obtained, so that, in a preferred scheme, the method can be realized by a plurality of questions and answers, namely:
the mobile terminal 200 further includes a second query message sending module 240, configured to send a second query message to the server 300 according to the second information and the second analysis result;
server 300 further comprises a second query message receiving and sending module 340 for receiving said second query message and forwarding it to toy 100;
toy 100 further comprises a second query message receiving and outputting module 140 for receiving and outputting said second query message;
toy 100 further comprises a third information receiving and transmitting module 150 for receiving the third information and transmitting it to server 300;
the server 300 further includes a third information analysis module 350, configured to analyze the third information to obtain a third analysis result, and send the third information and the third analysis result to the mobile terminal 200;
the mobile terminal 200 further includes a third information and third analysis result receiving module 250, configured to receive third information and a third analysis result;
the above steps are executed in a loop until the user of the mobile terminal 200 stops sending out the inquiry message.
After the above-mentioned loop process is stopped, a final analysis result is obtained, and the server 300 further includes a result determining and retrieving module 360 for determining whether the final analysis result meets a preset condition, and if so, retrieving a reply result corresponding to the preset condition from the database of the server 300 and pushing the reply result to the mobile terminal 200.
The mobile terminal 200 further includes a reply result receiving module 260, configured to receive a reply result, where the reply result is obtained by the server 300 by determining whether the final analysis result meets a preset condition, and if so, the final analysis result is retrieved from the database of the server 300, and the reply result corresponds to the preset condition.
The server 300 may determine the preset condition through keyword analysis. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
in the scheme (1.1) and the scheme (1.2), whether the final analysis result meets a preset condition is judged, and the preset condition is that a preset keyword appears in the voice inquiry and the voice reply. The preset keywords are state diagnosis keywords, and the reply results corresponding to the preset conditions are body state diagnosis estimation results of the children and suggestions on how to process the children; the server 300 pushes a reply result corresponding to the preset condition to the mobile terminal 200. A parent on the side of mobile terminal 200 may view or listen to the advice and take corresponding action.
Wherein, the reply result can be presented in the form of text or voice.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that all or part of the steps of the various methods of the embodiments may be implemented by associated hardware as instructed by a program, which may be stored on a computer-readable storage medium, which may include: a Read Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic or optical disk, or the like.

Claims (6)

1. An interaction method applied to a toy, the method comprising:
step 101: receiving first information, wherein the first information is voice input of a user and/or body temperature data of the user detected by a temperature detection device on the toy, and sending the first information to a server; the server performs keyword analysis on the voice content of the voice or judges whether the body temperature data exceeds a normal range to obtain a first analysis result, and sends the first information and the first analysis result to the mobile terminal, so that the mobile terminal sends a first inquiry message to the server according to the first information and the first analysis result and forwards the first inquiry message to the toy through the server, wherein the first analysis result comprises different states of a user when the user is ill;
step 102: receiving and outputting the first inquiry message;
step 103: receiving second information and sending the second information to a server so that the server analyzes the second information to obtain a second analysis result, and sending the second information and the second analysis result to a mobile terminal;
step 104: receiving and outputting a second inquiry message, wherein the second inquiry message is sent by a mobile terminal user after the mobile terminal receives the second information and the second analysis result, and is sent to the toy through a server;
step 105: receiving third information and sending the third information to a server, so that the server analyzes the third information to obtain a third analysis result, and sends the third information and the third analysis result to the mobile terminal;
the above step 104 and 105 are executed in a loop until the mobile terminal user stops sending the inquiry message;
stopping the circulation process to obtain a final analysis result;
and judging whether the final analysis result meets a preset condition, if so, calling a reply result corresponding to the preset condition from a server database, and pushing the reply result to the mobile terminal, wherein the reply result is a body state diagnosis evaluation result and a processing suggestion of the user.
2. A toy, comprising:
a first information receiving and transmitting module, configured to perform step 101: receiving first information, wherein the first information is voice input of a user and/or body temperature data of the user detected by a temperature detection device on the toy, and sending the first information to a server; the server performs keyword analysis on the voice content of the voice or judges whether the body temperature data exceeds a normal range to obtain a first analysis result, and sends the first information and the first analysis result to the mobile terminal, so that the mobile terminal sends a first inquiry message to the server according to the first information and the first analysis result and forwards the first inquiry message to the toy through the server, wherein the first analysis result comprises different states of a user when the user is ill;
a first query message receiving and outputting module for performing step 102: receiving and outputting the first inquiry message; and
a second information receiving and transmitting module, configured to execute step 103: receiving second information and sending the second information to a server so that the server analyzes the second information to obtain a second analysis result, and sending the second information and the second analysis result to a mobile terminal;
a second query message receiving and outputting module for performing step 104: receiving and outputting a second inquiry message, wherein the second inquiry message is sent by a mobile terminal user after the mobile terminal receives the second information and the second analysis result, and is sent to the toy through a server; and
a third information receiving and transmitting module, configured to perform step 105: receiving third information and sending the third information to a server so that the server analyzes the third information to obtain a third analysis result, and sending the third information and the third analysis result to a mobile terminal;
the above step 104 and 105 are executed in a loop until the mobile terminal user stops sending the inquiry message;
stopping the circulation process to obtain a final analysis result;
and the judging and calling module is used for judging whether the final analysis result meets a preset condition or not, if so, calling a reply result corresponding to the preset condition from a server database, and pushing the reply result to the mobile terminal, wherein the reply result is a body state diagnosis evaluation result and a processing suggestion of the user.
3. An interaction method applied to a mobile terminal is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 301: receiving first information and a first analysis result sent by a server, wherein the first information is received by a toy and sent to the server, and the first information is voice input of a user and/or body temperature data of the user detected by a temperature detection device on the toy; the server performs keyword analysis on the voice content of the voice or judges whether the body temperature data exceeds a normal range to obtain a first analysis result, wherein the first analysis result comprises different states of the user when the user is ill;
step 302: sending a first inquiry message to a server according to the first information and the first analysis result, so that the server forwards the first inquiry message to the toy and outputs the first inquiry message;
step 303: receiving second information and a second analysis result, wherein the second information is received by the toy and is sent to a server, and the second analysis result is obtained by analyzing the second information by the server;
step 304: sending a second inquiry message to a server according to the second information and the second analysis result so that the server can forward the second inquiry message to the toy and output the second inquiry message;
step 305: receiving third information and a third analysis result, wherein the third information is received by the toy and is sent to a server, and the third analysis result is obtained by analyzing the third information by the server;
the above step 304 and step 305 are executed in a loop until the mobile terminal user stops sending out the inquiry message;
stopping the circulation process to obtain a final analysis result;
step 306: and receiving a reply result, wherein the reply result is obtained by calling from a server database if the final analysis result meets a preset condition, and the reply result corresponds to the preset condition, wherein the reply result is a body state diagnosis evaluation result and a processing suggestion of the user.
4. A mobile terminal, comprising:
a first information and first analysis result receiving module, configured to execute step 301: receiving first information and a first analysis result sent by a server, wherein the first information is received by a toy and sent to the server, and the first information is voice input of a user and/or body temperature data of the user detected by a temperature detection device on the toy; the server performs keyword analysis on the voice content of the voice or judges whether the body temperature data exceeds a normal range to obtain a first analysis result, wherein the first analysis result comprises different states of the user when the user is ill;
a first query message sending module, configured to execute step 302: sending a first inquiry message to a server according to the first information and the first analysis result, so that the server forwards the first inquiry message to the toy and outputs the first inquiry message; and
a second information and second analysis result receiving module, configured to perform step 303: receiving second information and a second analysis result, wherein the second information is received by the toy and is sent to a server, and the second analysis result is obtained by analyzing the second information by the server;
a second query message sending module, configured to execute step 304: after receiving second information and a second analysis result, sending a second inquiry message to a server according to the second information and the second analysis result, so that the server can forward the second inquiry message to the toy and output the second inquiry message; and
a third information and third analysis result receiving module, configured to execute step 305: receiving third information and a third analysis result, wherein the third information is received by the toy and is sent to a server, and the third analysis result is obtained by analyzing the third information by the server;
the above step 304 and step 305 are executed in a loop until the mobile terminal user stops sending out the inquiry message;
stopping the circulation process to obtain a final analysis result;
a reply result receiving module, configured to execute step 306: and receiving a reply result, wherein the reply result is obtained by calling from a server database if the final analysis result meets a preset condition, and the reply result corresponds to the preset condition, wherein the reply result is a body state diagnosis evaluation result and a processing suggestion of the user.
5. An interactive method, characterized in that the method comprises:
step 501: the toy receives first information, wherein the first information is voice input of a user and/or body temperature data of the user detected by a temperature detection device on the toy, and the first information is sent to a server;
step 502: the server performs keyword analysis on the voice content of the voice or judges whether the body temperature data exceeds a normal range to obtain a first analysis result, and sends the first information and the first analysis result to the mobile terminal, wherein the first analysis result comprises different states of the user when the user is ill;
step 503: the mobile terminal sends a first inquiry message to the server according to the first information and the first analysis result;
step 504: the server receives the first inquiry message and pushes the first inquiry message to the toy;
step 505: the toy receives and outputs the first inquiry message;
step 506: the toy receives the second information and sends the second information to the server;
step 507: the server analyzes the second information to obtain a second analysis result, and sends the second information and the second analysis result to the mobile terminal;
step 508: the mobile terminal sends a second inquiry message to the server according to the second information and the second analysis result;
step 509: the server receives the second inquiry message and forwards the second inquiry message to the toy;
step 510: the toy receives and outputs the second inquiry message;
step 511: the toy receives the third information and sends the third information to the server;
step 512: the server analyzes the third information to obtain a third analysis result, and sends the third information and the third analysis result to the mobile terminal;
step 513: the mobile terminal receives the third information and the third analysis result;
step 508 and 513 are executed in a loop until the user of the mobile terminal stops sending the query message;
stopping the circulation process to obtain a final analysis result;
step 514: judging whether the final analysis result meets a preset condition, if so, calling a reply result corresponding to the preset condition from a server database, and pushing the reply result to the mobile terminal;
step 515: and the mobile terminal receives the reply result, wherein the reply result is the physical state diagnosis evaluation result and the processing suggestion of the user.

the mobile terminal comprises a first information and first analysis result receiving module, a first inquiry message sending module and a second information and second analysis result receiving module:
