Abstract

Description
本发明涉及针头护罩,特别是涉及那些可以容纳在医疗行业或个人专用的药物注射中使用的针头的护罩,以便于内科医生、外科医生或其它针头操作者在针头使用过以后免受针头的伤害。
有许多文件证明了在正常的业务工作过程中使用针头对医务工作者造成伤害的危险以及被HIV病毒或B型肝炎病毒感染的可能。进一步说,那些有给自身注射药物习惯的人们冒有接触特殊病毒的严重危险,如果一旦使用过的一只针头在不消毒状态下被重复使用的话,还要冒着真正地接触其它病毒的严重危险。已经有了许多试图为这些使用过一次的针头的处置提供安全***的作法,但这些已有的建议还存在缺陷。
本发明的一个目的是以充分安全的方式提供保护使用过的外科针头的装置。
以一种概括的方式说,本发明为针头提供了一种护罩,该护罩包括一个适合于放置在一个基本上平坦表面上的底部,一个适合于在其中放置针头的体部,一个与罩体端部为一体或各自独立的远离护罩底部的外缘以及一个适于将位于其中的针头(如果是这样的话)保留在所述针头护罩罩体内的固定件。
本发明的针头护罩的底部最好为圆形且在其下方是一个由粗糙的橡胶构成的摩擦表面,例如具有抗滑特性的橡胶,或者按另一种方式,可以是任何抗滑粘结件,如掺有粘性材料的垫片,该垫片用可去掉的塑料或其它覆盖物盖住。例如,可去掉的塑料或其它覆盖物可以是一种热熔树脂橡胶基带。一旦将塑料覆盖物从粘性材料上移开,护罩底部就可以置于或固定在平坦表面上,以便当护罩自身被一个习惯用右手的人用左手持握时,护罩将能阻止相对于在护罩上放置的底部的移动,当然在针头固定到护罩内之后,就可用手的力量使护罩与所述底部脱离。
前述位于针头护罩底部相对端的外缘最好是环形的且与护罩形成为一体。
固定件最好是以环状形式凸入护罩中的凸肋,一旦使用过的针头置于本发明的针头护罩内以后,可用该固定件来防止使用过的针头从护罩中脱开。
固定件最好适合于与支持针头的针套的环形或截头圆锥形外表面摩擦配合。这种摩擦配合的目的在于保持住针套以便在使用前,针套和针头牢固地保持在护罩中。
最好设置一个适合于放置在外缘上表面并且在针头使用前与针套相接触的O形环或任何其它的环形环。这种环形环防止了针头在使用前偶然地全部***到护罩中。当针头第一次从护罩中取出时,环形环就可被扔掉。
在外缘的上表面上最好设置一发光带或其它指示装置,这种发光带可以使使用者在光线暗的情况下将针头导入护罩中。
现将本发明的优选形式以实施例的方式结合附图进行描述,其中:
图1描绘了第一个实施例的针头护罩,其中针头在使用前部分地置于该护罩中;
图2描绘了根据图1所示针头护罩,其中针头在使用后全部置于护罩中;
图3描绘了第二个实施例的针头护罩,其中连接在注射器上的针头在使用前被部分地置于该护罩中;以及
图4描绘了根据图3所示的针头护罩,其中连接在注射器上的针头在使用后被全部置于护罩中。
在附图1和2中,示意地描述了一个针头护罩1,它包括一个带有环形外缘4和环形底部5的锥形壁部分2和圆柱形壁部分3。在底部5的下面设置有一层掺有粘结剂的材料6或者按另一种方式设置一层粗糙的抗滑摩擦表面,例如橡胶,以便使针头护罩1牢固地放置在平坦表面上。
一个内部的环形肋7从外缘4向内延伸并与之成为一个整体。尽管环形肋7可以按另一种形式被多个挡块(或凸齿)件或其它固定件所取代,但环形肋7最好是连续的。肋7适合于在针头首次使用前,与针套12的外表面摩擦配合。摩擦配合的相应区域在图1中用16表示。
如图1所示一个O形环13设置在环形外缘7的上部并围绕针套12。O形环13是一个单独的部件,当针套12首次从护罩1中完全取出时,即被扔掉。O形环13用来防止在使用前针套12偶然***到护罩1中。
在使用中,护罩1连在或按其它方式支撑在一个固定水平表面上并借助于粘结或抗滑表面6粘在上面或固定在上面以防滑动。护罩部分2或3可由使用者用姆指及一个或多个手指握住。如果针头脱离注射器或者在试图将针头10置于护罩1中时注射器偏离方向的话,环形外缘4会保护操作者手指部分。为此,发光带14设置在外缘4的上表面上。一旦针头支座10被引入到护罩1中,设置在针套12***的环形凸缘15就在注射器可以脱开与针头10和针套12的接触的位置上通过肋7。由于在松弛状态下,针套12的外径大于或等于肋7的内径,所以紧密的摩擦配合有助于防止针头10和针套12与护罩1的不期望有的脱离。在此阶段,护罩1可从平面5下面的表面脱离。此时可对针头护罩1连同所包含的从注射器11上取下的使用过的针头10一起作适当处理。
根据图3和4所描绘的本发明第二个实施例,护罩1包括带有环状外缘4和环状底部5的圆柱形壁部分2和圆锥形壁部分3。在底部5的下面设置了一层掺有粘结剂的材料6或其它抗滑材料以使针头护罩1被固定在一个平坦表面上或防止其在该表面上滑动。
内部环形肋7与护罩1的内壁3A形成为一体,且最好是连续的,当然在本发明不太优选的实施例中,连续肋7可以由多个与内壁3A形成一体的挡块元件所替代。
正如上述第一个实施例所描述的情况,环形肋7适于在使用前与针套12的外周表面的16处摩擦配合。
当连在注射器上的针头使用时,护罩1被置于一固定表面上,并由一个***坦表面上取下,可对针头护罩1连同其所包含的从注射器上取下的使用过的针头10一起作适当处理。
可见,本申请的发明的主要内容是提供了处置使用过的针头的一个安全***,并真正保证了任何给定针头仅能使用一次。
Claims (14)
1、一种针头护罩,其特征在于所述护罩包括一个适合于放置在一个基本上平坦的表面上的底部,一个适于将针头置于其中的体部,一个远离罩体底部与该底部的一端成为一体或相互独立的外缘以及一个一旦针头置于其中,适合于将针头保持在所述针头护罩体部内的固定件。
2、根据权利要求1所述护罩,其特征在于在底部的下方还包括一个抗滑表面。
3、根据权利要求1所述护罩,其特征在于在底部的下方还包括一个粘结表面。
4、根据权利要求3所述护罩,其特征在于粘结表面包括一个掺有粘结材料的垫片。
5、根据权利要求3所述护罩,其特征在于该垫片用一个可去掉的覆盖物覆盖。
6、根据权利要求1所述护罩,其特征在于固定件包括一个凸入护罩中的环形肋。
7、根据权利要求1所述护罩,其特征在于固定件包括多个位于体部内周表面上的挡块元件。
8、根据权利要求1所述护罩,其特征在于针头是由一个针套支撑的。
9、根据权利要求8所述护罩,其特征在于还包括一个适合于设置在外缘上并与之保持接触且在针头使用前围绕其附近的针套的环形环。
10、根据权利要求1所述护罩,其特征在于外缘的上表面上还包括一个发光带或指示装置。
11、根据权利要求1所述护罩,其特征在于固定件适于摩擦地固定针套。
12、根据权利要求8所述护罩,其特征在于针套的最大外径大于或等于松驰状态下的固定件的内径。
13、根据权利要求1所述护罩,其特征在于固定件与护罩形成为一体。
14、基本上是此前参考附图所述的一种针头护罩。
