本发明一种低温高抗盐雾船舰重负荷通用空气压缩机油的组合物属于压缩机润滑剂领域。
背景技术
空气压缩机按其工作原理不同,通常可分为两大类,即容积式和速度式。而容积式压缩机又可分为往复式和回转式两种类型。船舰通用型压缩机通常采用活塞式结构。随着科技的发展,现代船舰技术水平有了极大的提高,新型、高速、重负荷、高压比、高排气终压、高排气温度、高湿、低温、高盐雾工况下工作的压缩机得到广泛的应用,特别是随着船舰航行范围越来越多(包括极地和高温环境)。空气压缩机作为船舰的重要辅机,输出的压缩空气是船舰启动等油机、操纵气动工具以及提升绞车的重要动力(还包括发射鱼雷及潜艇的上浮)。船舰通用重负荷型压缩机的级压比通常>4,排气终压>20MPa,排气温度>180℃,这就对压缩机的防锈防腐、倾点、抗磨、抗老化、低温和高温抗积碳性能有更高的要求。
随着现代压缩机技术的不断发展以及船舰型压缩机的工况条件与热负荷的不断提高,特别是大缸径、大行程技术的应用,压缩机油的发展趋势是:为减少能量损耗,改善热传递,向低粘度发展;为简化油料品种,满足多种装备的用油,向通用化的方向发展;并具备优异的抗氧化性能(油泥少),炭化倾向小(积炭小)、承载负荷大、抗磨性好、抗高湿、抗高盐雾以及防腐蚀性好。
