电力变压器防盗报警装置
技术领域
本发明属于变压器领域,尤其涉及电力变压器防盗报警装置。
背景技术
变压器是输配电线路上的重要部件和关键环节,但近年来随着国际市场有色金属价格尤其铜价的持续上涨,以铜质材料为“心脏”的变压器受到了盗贼的“青睐”,这不仅给国家造成了经济上的巨大损失,同时也影响了居民的日常生活,甚至扰乱了社会治安,因此,变压器的防盗,尤其是户外杆变的防盗显得极为重要。
由于户外杆变遍布整个辖区,数量庞大,目前没有有效的方法进行实时监控,也没有人力进行全天候的巡视,也就是说,户外杆变的分布特点和数量特点决定了其防盗的困难性。虽然目前也采取了一定的措施,例如派专人蹲点巡视、焊接连接螺栓等,但是效果甚微。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷而电力变压器防盗报警装置,该装置能够在发生偷盗行为时100%报警,并且使用寿命长、免维护的优点。
实现上述目的的技术方案是:
电力变压器防盗报警装置,该装置是在电力变压器外加装有加强箍,在加强箍内装有触发报警装置;所述加强箍按照如下方法制备而得:
按照重量份取下述原料:镍1-2份,硅1-2份,钛1-2份,铜2-3份,铁3-5份,镁5-7份,铝100-120份;将上述原料依次添加到保温炉中进行熔炼,再通过精炼除汽机使用喷粉精炼剂对铝合金溶液进行精炼除气、变质处理;然后将合金液浇注到所需制成的模具腔内,一次成型,成为半成品。
将所述的低压铸造制得的半成品放入淬火炉中进行固溶处理,温度200~220℃然后经时效炉3~6小时取出,取出放入机油中急冷,最后经加工中心加工而成。
采用本发明后,内部化学成分及制造工艺的变化、改进,使其内部组织致密,韧性好,其铸造成型性,加工性优良,耐磨性好,成本低;其抗拉强度σb可达到300---330MPa,延伸率δ升至1~2%,布氏硬度达120—140HBS。

实施例1
电力变压器防盗报警装置,该装置是在电力变压器外加装有加强箍,在加强箍内装有触发报警装置;所述加强箍按照如下方法制备而得:
按照重量份取下述原料:镍1-2份,硅1-2份,钛1-2份,铜2-3份,铁3-5份,镁5-7份,铝100-120份;将上述原料依次添加到保温炉中进行熔炼,再通过精炼除汽机使用喷粉精炼剂对铝合金溶液进行精炼除气、变质处理;然后将合金液浇注到所需制成的模具腔内,一次成型,成为半成品。

1.电力变压器防盗报警装置,该装置是在电力变压器外加装有加强箍,在加强箍内装有触发报警装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述加强箍按照如下方法制备而得:
按照重量份取下述原料:镍1-2份,硅1-2份,钛1-2份,铜2-3份,铁3-5份,镁5-7份,铝100-120份;将上述原料依次添加到保温炉中进行熔炼,再通过精炼除汽机使用喷粉精炼剂对铝合金溶液进行精炼除气、变质处理;然后将合金液浇注到所需制成的模具腔内,一次成型,成为半成品;
