the detection unit is used for detecting the specific information of the operating software parameters stored by the management and control unit;
the judging unit is communicably connected to the detecting unit so as to judge whether the operating software parameters and the comparison software parameters have differences or not after acquiring the specific information of the operating software parameters detected by the detecting unit; and
and the execution unit is communicably connected to the judgment unit so as to replace the operating software parameters with the comparison software parameters according to the judgment result of the judgment unit to update the operating software parameters and perform post registration on the management and control unit, or record an operation trace log for software management under the condition that the comparison software parameters and the operating software parameters have no difference.
3. The updating system of claim 2, wherein the authentication information includes at least a username and a password; the operating software parameters provided by the information operating unit are limited to information related to a working post for which a production line is responsible, so that the risk of personnel operation caused by personnel operation errors is avoided.
4. The updating system of claim 2, wherein the updating system further comprises a setting unit communicatively connected to the determining unit for setting an automatic updating or a manual updating action according to the difference comparison result between the operation software parameter and the comparison software parameter obtained by the determining unit, wherein the automatic updating action is a timed updating manner.
5. An updating method for updating a system, which is used for updating software of a product operation production line based on FTP service, and comprises the following steps:
a: judging whether the registration information of the control unit is complete, if so, executing the step B, and if not, executing the step E;
b: reading information of the comparison software parameters and information of the operation software parameters;
c: judging whether the information of the comparison software parameters is consistent with the information of the operation software parameters, if so, executing a step E, and if not, executing a step D;
d: replacing the operating software parameters with the comparison software parameters to serve as new operating software parameters to be stored in the control unit, and executing the step E; and
e: recording an operation trace log;
wherein the updating method further comprises the steps of:
receiving authentication information input by a production line worker; and
and selectively providing and storing the operating software parameters according to the authentication information input by the production line personnel.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein between the step A and the step B comprises the steps of: and reading the registration information of each line body and each post recorded by the first recording unit.
7. The method of claim 5 or 6, wherein the step D further comprises the steps of:
d.1: deleting the information of the job software parameters recorded by the second recording unit;
d.2: reading the information of the comparison software parameters in an information directory unit; and
d.3: and E, downloading the comparison software parameters to the second recording unit to serve as new operation software parameters and executing the step E.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein said step a is preceded by the further step of: and receiving an action signal for updating the operating software parameters, wherein the updating signal comprises a received updating instruction.
9. An updating method for updating a system, which is used for updating software of a product operation production line based on FTP service, and comprises the following steps:
a': judging whether the registration information of the control unit is complete, if so, executing a step B ', and if not, executing a step D';
b': reading information of the comparison software parameters and information of the operation software parameters;
c': replacing the operating software parameters with the comparison software parameters to serve as new operating software parameters and executing step D'; and
d': recording an operation trace log;
wherein the updating method further comprises the steps of:
receiving authentication information input by a production line worker; and
and selectively providing and storing the operating software parameters according to the authentication information input by the production line personnel.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein said step C' further comprises the steps of:
c.1': deleting the information of the operating software parameters; and
c.2': and D ', downloading the comparison software parameters to a second recording unit to serve as new operation software parameters and executing the step D'.
