Abstract
本发明涉及日用品生产领域中的一种超细纤维毯垫覆底的制备方法。本发明是通过下述技术方案实现的:步骤1制备簇绒地毯,对于背胶复合的超细纤维簇绒毯垫由5层材料构成其中。对B——E的复合也就是超细纤维簇绒毯垫的覆底工艺,对A进行拉绒工艺;步骤2将B——E层进行复合结合,采用复合粘合剂,所述复合粘合剂(复合苯丙乳胶)组分稀释剂(聚乙烯醇)、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)、乳化剂OP——10和同比的催化剂、以聚乙烯醇溶液,加入TDI,聚乙烯醇溶液1:0.7,SDS加量聚乙烯醇溶液比例1:0.3,OP——10加量每平方6ml,以聚乙烯醇溶液1:0.3,反应温度70~250℃,反应时间0.3~0.5h);步骤3采用浓度复合苯丙乳胶进行固稳;步骤4剪切成片。

技术领域
本发明涉及日用品生产领域中的一种超细纤维毯垫覆底的制备方法。
背景技术
近几年来,作为室内软装饰重要产品之一的簇绒地毯,发展迅速,内外销市场均保持了20%左右的增长速度。东西方地毯消费差异,中西方在铺地物类型的消费结构上大不相同,欧美国家消费的纤维地毯占铺地物总量的70%以上,其它陶瓷、木质、塑料、复合材料等硬质地板只占不到30%;而目前中国地毯只占铺地物总量的十分之一,家装的地面铺装仍然是地板与瓷砖两分天下。另外,中西方在地毯消费构成上呈强烈反差,西方销售的地毯中,65%是家用地毯,商用地毯只占35%。据中国产业调查网预测,未来国际市场簇绒地毯将保持在10%以上的年增长率,而国内市场将随着消费观念的改变,簇绒地毯的销量将强劲增长,到2015年,国内地毯的购买量将会上升到28%左右,到2050年,国内的购买量会持续到53%左右。
超细纤维簇绒毯垫因其材料特性具有超强吸水、易去污等优点成为地毯市场的佼佼者。簇绒地毯及其生产工艺是即将起毛的一层(一般为簇入纱圈而形成的) 与纺粘法非织造布或机织物粘合(主底布)。地毯表面就可形成毛绒或毛圈。但是,这种覆底所涉及的关键技术,如覆底材料、乳胶材料、背胶及其工艺等都在不断研究改进中。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种超细纤维毯垫覆底的制备方法。本发明是通过下述技术方案实现的:一种超细纤维毯垫覆底的制备方法,包括:
步骤1制备簇绒地毯,对于背胶复合的超细纤维簇绒毯垫由5层材料构成 , 其断面结构:
A 层 簇绒毯面 400 ~ 600g / ㎡
B 层 底布(涤纶机织布) 3 ~ 4 k g / ㎡
C 层 聚氨酯泡沫 80~ l00 g / ㎡
D 层 涤纶平布(涤纶针织布) 40 ~ 50 k g / ㎡
E 层 PVC 100~ 300 g / ㎡
其中,A-B面由簇绒机针刺植绒,B-C、C-D、D-E均由不同粘结性能的粘结剂复合,对B——E的复合也就是超细纤维簇绒毯垫的覆底工艺,对A进行拉绒工艺;
步骤2将B——E层进行复合结合,采用复合粘合剂,所述复合粘合剂(复合苯丙乳胶)组分稀释剂(聚乙烯醇)、甲苯二异氰酸酯( TDI) 、十二烷基硫酸钠( SDS) 、乳化剂 OP ——10 和同比的催化剂、 以聚乙烯醇溶液 ,加入 TDI,聚乙烯醇溶液 1:0.7,SDS加量聚乙烯醇溶液比例1:0.3, OP ——10加量每平方6ml, 以聚乙烯醇溶液1:0.3,反应温度70~250℃, 反应时间0.3~0.5h);
步骤3采用浓度复合苯丙乳胶进行固稳;
步骤4使用复合苯丙乳胶剪进行剪切成片,去除边沿毛边,得到有超细纤维覆底的毯垫。
本发明与背景技术相比,具有的有益的效果是:克服了一次上胶方式存在上胶量大;涂胶不匀,地毯质量不稳定; 生产效率低等等问题,通过改造涂胶设备研究二次上胶技术,结果乳胶经发泡后含水量降低,因此可降低烘箱温度,减少用汽量和用电量,烘干机速度由原来 2 ~ 4 m /min( 根据不同产品而定) 提高到 4.5 m /min( 所有产品),从而提高了生产效率、降低了能耗,每平方米的用胶量减少,降低了上胶量。上胶均匀, 质量稳定,地毯质量得到提高,地毯有弹性,便于装铺,为生产的连续稳定提供了更好的保障。

下面通过实施例,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明:
一种超细纤维毯垫覆底的制备方法,包括:
步骤1制备簇绒地毯,对于背胶复合的超细纤维簇绒毯垫由5层材料构成 , 其断面结构:
A 层 簇绒毯面 400 ~ 600g / ㎡
B 层 底布(涤纶机织布) 3 ~ 4 k g / ㎡
C.层 聚氨酯泡沫 80~ l00 g / ㎡
D层 涤纶平布(涤纶针织布) 40 ~ 50 k g / ㎡

1.一种超细纤维毯垫覆底的制备方法,其特征是:包括:
步骤1制备簇绒地毯,对于背胶复合的超细纤维簇绒毯垫由5层材料构成 , 其断面结构:
A 层 簇绒毯面 400 ~ 600g / ㎡
B 层 底布(涤纶机织布) 3 ~ 4 k g / ㎡
C.层 聚氨酯泡沫 80~ l00 g / ㎡
D层 涤纶平布(涤纶针织布) 40 ~ 50 k g / ㎡
.E层 PVC 100~ 300 g / ㎡
