Abstract

背景技术
1.本发明构思的领域
本文所公开并要求保护的发明构思涉及容器密封,更具体而非限制地讲,涉及具有限流构件的封闭盖,该限流构件用于任选地减少物质原本从容器(诸如用于可流动食物和液体的柔性容器)的自由流出。
2.相关技术简述
市面上用于容纳食物和饮料产品的柔性袋通常供婴儿和幼儿使用。柔性袋便利、便宜且易于使用。通常,柔性袋包括用于排出材料的喷口和用于密封该袋的可移除封闭盖。当移除封闭盖后,通过用户倾倒或挤压袋,产品能够从袋的喷口自由流出。然而,在包装用于婴儿和儿童食用的食物和果汁时,具有提供自由流动产品的喷口的容器在溢出以及可能因为提供产品的速率过高而在食用时产生窒息的危险方面具有缺点。
因此,需要具有限流构件的封闭盖,用于任选地减少产品原本从容器的自由流出。本文所公开的发明构思就是涉及此类封闭盖。

现在参见附图,更具体地讲参见图1、图2A和图2B,根据本文所公开的发明构思构造的封闭盖10示出为与容器14(诸如柔性袋)的喷口12密封接合。封闭盖10特别适用于密封市面上针对婴儿及儿童的可流动食物和果汁所用的容器,其中使用者(即父母)期望限制产品原本从容器的自由流出,以易于食用并避免溢出。柔性袋是本领域技术人员熟知的,因此本文不再赘述。一般来讲,容器14可由任何非渗透柔性材料构成。例如,容器14可由一个或多个柔性片材(诸如,聚合物片材或箔片材)制成。容器14可用于容纳任何可流动物质。可流动物质的非排他性示例包括食物、饮料、粒料和气体。在一个示例中,可流动物质可为被设计供儿童食用的浓浆食物产品或饮料。
在一个实施方案中,封闭盖10包括刚性管状基座16、柔性盖18和限流构件20,使用者可任选地部署这些部件,以减少或限制产品原本从容器14的自由流出。
管状基座16被示出大体为具有上端22和下端24的大体圆筒。管状基座16可由多种合适的刚性聚合物和塑料(诸如例如,聚乙烯)模制而成。管状基座16可包括用于与喷口12的对应外螺纹28螺纹密封接合的内螺纹26。然而,应当理解,管状基座16的下端可与喷口以其他方式接合,诸如搭扣配合。
现在参见图1至图4,柔性盖18在管状基座16的上端22上延伸,并可在未压低位置(图1、图2A和图3)和压低位置(图4A和图4B)之间移动。柔性盖18可由多种橡胶或软塑料材料包覆模制到管状基座16上。
限流构件20具有形成孔32的环形壁30,并可设置在容器14的喷口12上并可与该喷口接合。孔32被示出为中心狭槽,但孔32可具有多种形状和尺寸,诸如圆形孔、狭缝、十字缝隙或具有奇异形状(诸如星形)的孔穴,或不止一个孔,如下文所述,当限流构件20设置在喷口12上时,这些孔可限制物质原本从容器14的自由流出。限流构件20的孔32被制造成充当限流通道,并因此具有比喷口12的流动通道更小的直径。因此,当限流构件20牢固地设置在喷口12上时,物质原本通过喷口的自由流出受到限制。
如图2A和图2B所示,限流构件20被管状基座16和柔性盖18容纳。在一个实施方案中,限流构件20安装到管状基座16,使得当管状基座16与喷口12密封接合,并且柔性盖18处于未压低位置时,限流构件20与容器14的喷口12处于相间、同轴的关系。
限流构件20还安装到管状基座16,使得当柔性盖18移动到压低位置时,限流构件20与管状基座16分离,并被设置在容器14的喷口12上并与该喷口接合,如图4A和图4B所示。在一个实施方案中,管状基座16和限流构件20可由合适的聚合物或塑料形成为一体式单元,使得限流构件20以多个易断桥34连接到管状基座16。或者,应当理解,限流构件20可形成为单独的部件,并以合适的粘合剂或通过压入配合以可分离的方式安装到管状基座16,或者以合适的粘合剂或通过压入配合以可分离的方式安装到柔性盖18的下侧。
如图4B和图4C所清楚地示出,限流构件20可终止于向内突出的***边缘36,以响应于施加到柔性盖18的压力而接合在喷口12的周边周围形成的对应环形凹槽38。或者,***边缘36可接合喷口12的环形珠或定位槽(未示出)。为了有利于限流构件在喷口12的远端上移动,***边缘36可以是倾斜的。
如参照图2A可看出,当喷口12用封闭盖10密封时,限流构件20与喷口12处于同轴、相间的关系。使用者可任选移除封闭盖10,并不受阻碍地分配可流动产品(图3)。然而,如果期望限流,使用者可在封闭盖10与喷口12接合时压低柔性盖18,从而使限流构件20与管状基座16脱离且将限流构件20固定在容器14的喷口12上(图4A和图4B)。易断桥34断开,并且限流构件20的向内突出的***边缘36与喷口12的对应凹槽38接合。限流构件20因此牢固地设置在喷口12上,以限制产品从容器14流出。

Claims (10)

柔性盖,所述柔性盖在所述管状基座的所述上端上延伸,并可在未压低位置和压低位置之间移动;以及
限流构件,所述限流构件具有形成孔的环形壁,并且可定位在所述容器的所述喷口上并可与所述喷口接合,所述限流构件以可分离的方式安装到所述管状基座,使得当所述管状基座与所述容器的所述喷口接合且所述柔性盖处于所述未压低位置时,所述限流构件与所述容器的所述喷口处于相间隔、同轴的关系,并且使得当所述柔性盖移动到所述压低位置时,所述限流构件与所述管状基座分离并定位在所述容器的所述喷口上且与所述喷口接合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的封闭盖,其中所述限流构件和所述管状基座形成为一体式单元。
3.根据权利要求2所述的封闭盖,其中所述限流构件以多个易断桥连接到所述管状基座。
4.根据权利要求1所述的封闭盖,其中所述限流构件的所述环形壁终止于可与所述容器的所述喷口接合的向内突出的***边缘。
5.根据权利要求1所述的封闭盖,其中所述管状基座可与所述容器的所述喷口螺纹接合。
6.一种封闭盖与容器的喷口的联合,所述喷口限定流动通道,所述封闭盖包括:
具有上端和下端的刚性管状基座,所述管状基座可定位在所述喷口周围并可与所述喷口密封接合;
柔性盖,所述柔性盖在所述管状基座的所述上端上延伸,并可在未压低位置和压低位置之间移动;以及
限流构件,所述限流构件具有形成孔的环形壁,并且可定位在所述喷口上并可与所述喷口接合,所述限流构件以可分离的方式安装到所述管状基座,使得当所述管状基座与所述喷口配件的所述喷口接合且所述柔性盖处于所述未压低位置时,所述限流构件与所述容器的所述喷口处于相间隔、同轴的关系,并且使得当所述柔性盖移动到所述压低位置时,所述限流构件与所述管状基座分离并定位在所述喷口配件的所述喷口上且与所述喷口接合。
7.根据权利要求6所述的联合,其中所述限流构件和所述管状基座形成为一体式单元。
8.根据权利要求6所述的联合,其中所述限流构件以多个易断桥连接到所述管状基座。
