技术领域
本发明涉及照明***的领域,且特别地,仪表盘照明***,例如汽车的控制面板,其中,通常寻求各种照明形状和尺寸,特别地用于控制按钮或指示灯。
更具体地,本发明涉及一种照明装置,包括光源和光引导件,还涉及一种指示灯和机动车辆的仪表板,其特别地设计用于包括这样的照明装置的机动车辆。
背景技术
存在于机动车辆的乘客舱中的照明装置的数量随着车辆的复杂度增加而增大。这些照明装置的一些通过光源经由光引导件照明专门区域而对用户可见。
在这样的装置中,光在要被照明的整个区域上分布具有困难。实际上,当要被照明的区域沿一个方向的尺寸大于所使用光源的尺寸时,获得均匀的照明更加困难。特别地,在要被照明的区域为线的形状的情况下,难以获得均匀的照明。
为了获得该均匀的照明,通常必须使光源数目加倍。但是,使用大量光源具有实施问题,特别是在空间需求和电力供应方面。
此外,除了过多的热而威胁与其他相邻设备的协作,大量光源可产生所消耗功率的增加。
由此,存在提供一种照明装置的需要,其允许要被照明的区域的均匀照明,该区域的其中一个尺寸大于光源的尺寸。
发明内容
本发明由此提供一种照明装置,包括光源和光引导件,光引导件包括:
-入光学界面,被构造为允许由照射入光学界面的光源发出的光的进入,
-出光学界面,被构造为允许光离开光引导件。
光引导件还包括至少两个通孔,其布置在入光学界面和出光学界面之间。
有利地,相对于现有技术,根据本发明的照明装置的通孔允许来自光源的光线(light rays)沿主方向在出光学界面的较宽区域上分布。
根据本发明的装置由此允许获得在出光学界面上的光线的均匀分布,以及作为结果的,更均匀照明,同时限制被使用的光源的数量。
根据本发明的装置可还包括一个或多个以下特征,单独采用或根据所有技术可行的组合考虑:
-通孔是V形的;和/或
-V形的通孔的尖端在入光学界面的方向取向;和/或
-与出光学界面相比,通孔更靠近入光学界面;和/或
-通孔大致上处在沿光引导件的长度距入光学界面相同的距离处;和/或
-装置包括至少三个通孔,其中至少两个大致上处在沿光引导件的长度距入光学界面相同的距离处;和/或
-光引导件具有大致上矩形的平行六面体形状;和/或
-光引导件的厚度大于或等于0.6mm且小于或等于4mm;和/或
-通孔在所述光引导件的厚度上穿过所述光引导件;和/或
-入光学界面包括至少一个光分散元件;和/或
-出光学界面包括至少一个光分散元件;和/或
-光分散元件具有至少一个半柱形透镜的形式;和/或
-光源包括至少一个发光二极管,其面对入光学界面布置。
本发明还涉及一种指示灯,特别地用于机动车辆的仪表板,其包括根据本发明的照明单元。
本发明此外涉及一种机动车辆,其具有人机界面,该人机界面包括根据本发明的照明装置。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明涉及一种照明装置10,其包括光源12和光引导件14。
有利地,光引导件14是单体的(monobloc)和/或由单一材料形成。由此,光通过所述光引导件14内的总内部反射而自然传播,在可对光的传播不利的所述引导件的部分之间没有分隔或阻挡物。
如图1所示,光引导件14可具有大致上矩形的平行六面体形状。典型地,光引导件14的厚度为0.6mm至4mm之间范围,例如大约为0.8mm,光引导件的宽度为3mm至20mm之间的范围,对于10mm至60mm的长度来说。
光引导件14包括入光学界面20和出光学界面22。
入光学界面20被构造为允许光源12发出的光进入光引导件14。有利地,为了限制光线的损失,光源12布置为面对入光学界面20。
为了减小空间需求和电消耗,光源12有利地包括至少一个发光二极管,其布置为面对入光学界面。发光二极管可被OLED、AMOLED或FOLED类型的等同光源替换。
根据图2所示的实施例,入光学界面20可包括光分散元件21。这些光分散元件可具有半柱形(semi-cylindrical)透镜。
有利地,光分散元件21允许来自光源12、经由入光学界面20进入光引导件14的光线的散射。
出光学界面22被构造为允许光离开光引导件14。
根据图2所示的实施例,出光学界面22可包括光分散元件23。这些光分散元件23可具有半柱形透镜。分散元件23用于使经由出光学界面22离开光引导件14的光分散,由此使光在照明装置的出口处更加均匀地分布。
根据本发明,光引导件14包括至少两个通孔31、30,其布置在入光学界面20和出光学界面22之间。优选地,通孔在光引导件的厚度上穿过所述光引导件。光引导件的厚度对应于所述光引导件的第三尺寸,另外两个尺寸是长度和宽度。
有利地,在根据本发明的照明装置的光引导件内的通孔的存在允许在出光学界面22处获得均匀的照明。
如图1所示,通孔的至少一个可具有V的形状。有利地,用于通孔的该形状提供光在光引导件内的适当分散,由此增强在出光学界面上的照明的均匀性。
优选地,V形的通孔在入光学界面的方向取向,以便进一步增强所述通孔的分散效果。
根据另一实施例(没有示出),通孔可具有不同于V形状的形状,例如圆柱形或半柱形,条件是,优选地,孔被构造从而不形成与入光学界面平行的光学界面。
为了确保在出光学界面上的照明的高度均匀性,特别是通过在光引导件内混合光线,通孔被布置为比出光学界面更靠近入光学界面。优选地,沿从入光学界面开始的长度,通孔布置在光引导件的第一四分之一部分内。
如图1所示,通孔可沿光引导件的长度大致上布置在距入光学界面相同的距离处。
优选地,通孔彼此不毗邻。由此,在光引导件的宽度上在通孔之间设有空间,允许来自光源的光线的一部分在光引导件内直接传播直至出光学界面,即,没有反射。
如图2所示,光引导件可包括多组通孔,其沿光引导件的长度布置在距入光学界面不同距离处。光引导件的“长度”被理解为是指,光引导件的尺寸中的最大尺寸。
有利地,多组通孔的存在允许进一步增强光线在光引导件内的混合以及由此出光学界面的照明均匀度。
优选地,各组中的通孔彼此没有毗邻,且类似地,各组通孔不毗邻。
如图1所示,从光源12离开的通过箭头展示的光线经由入光学界面进入到光引导件14中。光线的入射束通过布置在所述入光学界面20上的分散元件21分散。
在已经进入到光引导件14中之后,光线的一部分从入光学界面20直接通过所述光引导件14直到出光学界面22,即,没有反射。这些光线在通孔30、31之间通过,且通过沿着专用于光源12的发射锥(cone of emission)到达出光学界面22。这些光线在光引导件14内传播,仿佛所述光引导件没有包括任何通孔。
在已经进入到光引导件14中之后,光线的一部分被通过通孔侧面形成的光学界面反射。从通孔构造的观点看,这些光线通过总的内部反射沿通过光引导件侧面形成的光学界面的方向偏离。
通过光引导件侧面形成的光学界面反射的光线将随后或者沿出光学界面的方向反射或在通过光引导件侧面形成的另一光学界面上反射,或者通过其中一个通孔沿出光学界面22的方向反射。
在出光学界面22处从光引导件离开的所有光线通过分散元件23分散。
由此,在根据本发明的照明装置的光引导件中的通孔允许获得在光引导件内传播的光线的束的扩散以及因此在出光学界面上的均匀照明。
根据本发明的照明装置可有利地用于指示灯中,其被设计为特别地用于机动车辆的人机界面,例如在背光照明条类型的装置中,且更通常地,照明装置的要被照明的区域比所使用光源的尺寸大得多。

Claims (16)

1.一种照明装置(10),包括光源(12)和光引导件(14),所述光引导件包括:
-入光学界面(20),被构造为允许通过所述光源发出的光的进入,所述光源照射入光学界面,
-出光学界面(22),被构造为允许光离开所述光引导件,
其特征在于,所述光引导件还包括布置在所述入光学界面和所述出光学界面之间的至少两个通孔(30、31)。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述通孔(30、31)是V形的。
3.如前述权利要求1和2中的任一项所述的装置,其中,V形的通孔(30)的尖端在所述入光学界面的方向取向。
4.如前述权利要求中的任一项所述的装置,其中,与所述出光学界面相比,所述通孔更靠近所述入光学界面。
