技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于天生股骨头的表面置换假体,该表面置换假体带有外部的球形的表面和内部的容纳腔,该容纳腔带有内部的周面和在内部的周面上从容纳腔伸出的导向销。
背景技术
表面置换假体也被称为修复表面头、髋罩(Hüftkappe)或者罩假体。
在天生股骨头或髋关节头(Caputfemoris)的磨损的情况中,根据现有技术已知的是,将由金属或陶瓷组成的表面置换假体放置到股骨头上并且利用骨头粘合剂固定。表面置换假体仅仅置换股骨头的关节软骨并且在在关节软骨下的股骨在形状或结构上基本没有损伤时被使用。
该表面置换假体的外表面构造成球形的并且要么直接地置入到天生骨盆中要么置入到人造的髋臼中,该髋臼又被固定在天生骨盆中。
迄今为止的陶瓷的表面置换假体很大程度上依靠已知的金属设计并且基本上被粘合。内部容纳腔的内部周面设有粘合剂凹处和导向销。
在修复表面的情况中,形成关节的表面被置换。髋臼被利用金属壳置换,其直接地长入在盆骨的骨中并且具有作为关节面的经抛光的金属表面。与传统的方式相反,在大腿处的髋头和股骨颈不会被去除,而是如此修整,即可被带有导向销的金属罩利用少量的骨头粘合剂放置。
该导向销根据现有技术具有旋转对称的几何形状。该销目前仅被用于导向。旋转稳定性仅通过粘合来实现。微移动的风险和由此产生的粘合剂周面的毁坏利用现今的方式是不能被排除的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,根据权利要求1的前序部分的表面置换假体如此地被改进,即使得微移动的风险和由此产生的粘合剂周面的毁坏得以排除。
根据本发明,该目的通过根据权利要求1的特征的表面置换假体来实现。
通过使导向销至少在其长度的部分区域中在横截面中构造成不圆的,使得该植入的表面置换假体不可再旋转,由此确保旋转稳定性并且由此排除微运动的风险和由此产生的粘合剂周面的毁坏。
导向销优选地在其整个长度上在横截面中构造成不圆的。由此可补偿更高的扭力并且保证修复表面头的旋转稳定性。
在优选的实施形式中导向销在横截面中构造成椭圆的或者有棱角的,优选矩形的。表面置换假体的材料优选地是金属或者陶瓷。陶瓷由于其硬度和缺乏的摩擦是无以伦比的并且越来越多的被使用以及为市场所需要。
具体实施方式
接下来根据附图进一步阐述本发明。
在图1a和1b中分别示出了带有放置有表面置换假体1的人的天生股骨头2。表面置换假体1在图1a中由金属组成而在图1b中由陶瓷组成。在图1a中可看见导向销4,其从在表面置换假体1中的容纳腔3伸出。表面置换假体1也被成为修复表面头。根据本发明,导向销4至少在其长度的部分区域中在横截面中构造成不圆的。虽然导向销4的横截面的椭圆的或者矩形的设计是优选的,然而旋转稳定性可通过任一不圆的设计来确保。

图2a示出了根据本发明的表面置换假体1,该表面置换假体带有外部的球形的表面和内部的容纳腔3,该容纳腔带有内部的周面和在内部的周面上从容纳腔3伸出的导向销4。导向销4的横截面被构造成不圆的。表面置换假体1利用其球形的表面被置入到金属壳5的球帽中。
图2c示出了带有图2b的患者的股骨头2的股骨,其中表面置换假体1被放置到股骨头2上。表面置换假体1由陶瓷材料组成。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于天生股骨头(2)的表面置换假体(1),所述表面置换假体带有外部的球形的表面和内部的容纳腔(3),所述容纳腔带有内部的周面和从所述容纳腔(3)伸出的在所述内部的周面上的导向销(4),其特征在于,所述导向销(4)至少在其长度的部分区域中在横截面中构造成不圆的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的表面置换假体(1),其特征在于,所述导向销(4)在其整个长度上在所述横截面中构造成不圆的。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的表面置换假体(1),其特征在于,所述导向销(4)在横截面中构造成椭圆的或有棱角的,优选地为矩形的。
4.根据权利要求1到3中任一项所述的表面置换假体(1),其特征在于,所述表面置换假体(1)的材料是金属或陶瓷。
