Abstract

The invention discloses a method, a calling terminal, a called terminal and a cloud server for realizing call processing. The method includes: the calling terminal sends prestored calling contact information to the called terminal during calling so that the called terminal receives and displays the calling contact information and determines whether to answer the calling of the calling terminal; and the calling contact information is pre-edited information including a part or all of identity information of the calling contact. According to the method, a part or all of information of the calling contact is sent to the called terminal so that the called terminal has enough information to determine whether to answer the calling of the calling terminal, the connecting efficiency of strange incoming calls is improved, and users are prevented from answer rejection due to deletion or error of the calling contact information.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to mobile communication technologies, and in particular, to a method for implementing call processing, a calling terminal, a called terminal, and a cloud server.
Background
In the daily use process, a user often receives a plurality of strange calls, and the strange calls can be classified into promotion calls, harassing calls and normal contact calls according to user analysis. How to improve the communication efficiency of strange calls and enable a called user to communicate normal contact calls becomes a problem which needs to be solved urgently at present.
For an unfamiliar incoming call, the existing third-party software generally provides reference information to a called user by prompting for fraud, promotion, harassment, and home location of the incoming call, etc., and the user determines whether to answer the unfamiliar incoming call. For an incoming call with a strange number which cannot be identified, the existing call processing method mainly comprises the steps of sending a query request to a cloud address list server after a calling number is obtained, and returning information of industries, companies and the like to which the calling number belongs by the cloud server. In order to let the calling user get through the normal contact telephone, there is also a call processing method, which is: when a calling party initiates a call, calling contact information of a real name or other representative characters designated by the calling party is added into a data packet sent to a called party through a calling channel, and a called party mobile terminal analyzes the received data packet to obtain and display the calling contact information of the real name or other characters of the calling party so as to determine whether to answer the call of the calling party.
The method for acquiring the calling number and inquiring the industry, company and other information of the acquired calling number from the cloud address list server may have the condition that the cloud address list server does not contain the information of the calling number, or the information of the acquired calling number may not contain the information required by the user for judgment. The method for adding calling information in a data packet when a calling party initiates a call adopts a calling channel to transmit data, the calling channel can only provide data transmission of a small amount of information, and the calling party cannot provide enough information for a called party to judge. In addition, in the above manner, after the call is ended, the user needs to manually add the address book information, and the efficiency of the process of adding the address book is low.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be arbitrarily combined with each other without conflict.

The sending unit is specifically used for receiving confirmation feedback of the called terminal to the display prompt and sending the calling contact information pre-stored in the calling terminal to the called terminal through the data channel.
Fig. 4 is a structural diagram of a cloud server for implementing call processing according to the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, including a storage unit and a trigger sending unit; wherein,
the storage unit is used for pre-storing information which is pre-edited by the calling terminal and contains part or all identity information of the calling contact;
and the trigger sending unit is used for receiving the confirmation feedback of the called terminal to the display prompt and sending the calling contact information pre-stored in the calling terminal to the called terminal through the data channel.
Fig. 5 is a structural diagram of a called terminal implementing call processing according to the present invention, and as shown in fig. 5, the called terminal at least includes a receiving and displaying unit, configured to receive and display pre-stored information of a calling contact sent by a calling terminal, so as to determine whether to answer a call of the calling terminal.
The called terminal comprises a receiving prompt unit for receiving a display prompt for displaying the information of the calling contact person sent by the calling terminal and receiving and displaying the information of the calling contact person when the receiving and displaying of the information of the calling contact person are confirmed according to the display prompt.
The terminal of the invention also comprises a local storage unit which is used for storing the received information of the calling contact person into the local contact person list item.
The process of the present invention is illustrated in clear detail below by means of specific examples, which are only intended to illustrate the invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the process of the invention.
Example 1

It should be noted that, if the information of the calling contact is stored in the calling terminal, the feedback of displaying the prompt confirmation is sent to the calling terminal; and if the information of the calling contact is stored in the cloud server, displaying that the received confirmation is sent to the cloud server.
And step 603, the called terminal receives and displays the information of the calling contact from the cloud server.
And step 604, the called terminal answers or refuses the call according to the received and displayed information of the calling contact.
Step 605, after the call is finished, the called terminal stores the received information of the calling contact in the local contact list item; here, the confirmation storage is mainly confirmed by an external instruction, and the storage process is mainly through an existing contact list item sorting method, for example, information of each contact list item is extracted by using a keyword in the main contact information and stored in an item in the local contact list item.
It should be noted that, if the calling terminal and the called terminal can be connected by using the near field communication technology, the calling terminal user and the called terminal user can send the information of the calling contact person by interaction by a method of initiating a call. The data channel for transmitting the information of the calling contact person can be extended to wireless transmission technologies such as Near Field Communication (NFC) and Bluetooth according to the use environment.
