Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The invention provides a non-motor vehicle management method, a device and a system, which combine a video detection technology and an RFID detection technology to realize the identification of violation non-motor vehicles. As can be understood by those skilled in the art, because the RFID detection technology is used in the present invention, in practical application, an RFID tag is bound to a non-motor vehicle, and the RFID tag carries unique identification information.
Embodiments of the present invention are specifically described below by way of examples.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a non-motor vehicle management method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As can be seen from the figure, the method comprises:
and step S11, receiving the environment video data of the current detection point and the RFID detection result data, wherein the RFID detection result data comprises the identification information of the non-motor vehicles existing in the current detection range.
The identification information here may include identification information of the non-motor vehicle and owner identification information. The vehicle identity information comprises one or more of external profile characteristics, color, size, model, attribution and brand of the non-motor vehicle; the owner identity information comprises the identity card number, the gender, the age, the place of the household registration and the like of the owner. Thus, the RFID label can have unique identification, and the uniqueness of the RFID label bound by each non-motor vehicle is ensured. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the type of identification information presented herein is exemplary only and not intended to be limiting.
The RFID tags herein may be either active or passive. In one embodiment, the RFID tag is active. Due to the existence of the self power supply, the active RFID tag has a longer reading distance and larger memory capacity and can be used for storing some additional information. In one embodiment, the RFID tag is passive. Passive RFID tags do not have a power source and operate on electromagnetic energy transmitted by an RFID reader. Because no power supply is needed, the passive RFID tag is low in price and small in size.
The RFID tag may be written with corresponding identification information by a management department when a non-motor vehicle owner logs in at a non-motor vehicle management department after purchasing a non-motor vehicle, and the tag is bound to the non-motor vehicle. In order to ensure the safety of the identification information carried by the RFID tag, the identification information can be encrypted and then stored.
And step S12, identifying the non-motor vehicle violating the regulations according to the environment video data and the RFID detection result data.
According to the non-motor vehicle management method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the video detection technology and the RFID detection technology are combined, and the two detection results are mutually supplemented and verified, so that the accurate identification of the non-motor vehicle against the regulations is realized.
In one embodiment, the method of non-motor vehicle management, as shown in fig. 1, further comprises:
and step S13, performing big data analysis on the environment video data and the RFID detection result data. Therefore, a non-motor management database can be established to provide a data base for the management contents of the identification, investigation and treatment of the violation behaviors, and meanwhile, data support can be provided for the improvement of a non-motor management system in the future.
The process of combining the video detection technology and the RFID detection technology in step S12 to realize accurate identification of the violating non-motor vehicle is described in detail below by an embodiment.
FIG. 2 is a flow chart illustrating an implementation of the method of managing non-motor vehicles of FIG. 1 in one embodiment. As can be seen from the figure, step S12 specifically includes:
and step S121, carrying out intelligent video analysis on the environment video data, and judging whether the illegal driving behaviors of the non-motor vehicles exist in the current detection range.
The content of the intelligent video analysis can comprise one or more of detection of moving objects, detection of typical outlines such as height, width, aspect ratio and area of the moving objects, and detection of moving directions, moving areas and moving speeds. The illegal driving behaviors comprise one or more of red light running, overspeed running, lane entering running and reverse running.
And step S122, judging whether the identification information of the non-motor vehicle exists in the RFID detection result data.
Step S123, if the judgment results of the step S121 and the step S122 are both yes, executing the step S124; otherwise, step S126 is executed.
And step S124, finding out and displaying the identification information corresponding to the non-motor vehicle violating the regulations. In view of the fact that the violation non-motor vehicle is the right one cannot be accurately identified by simply adopting video detection, the method and the device solve the problem through the identification information carried by the RFID label bound on the violation non-motor vehicle.
In one embodiment, the step S123 of finding the identification information corresponding to the violation non-motor vehicle specifically includes: comparing the position and/or the running direction and/or the running speed of the identification information in the RFID detection result data with the position and/or the running direction and/or the running speed of the non-motor vehicle violating the regulations in the intelligent video analysis result; and if the identification information in the RFID detection result data is equal to the identification information corresponding to the non-motor vehicle against the traffic regulations.
In one embodiment, the identification information of the non-motor vehicle in the RFID detection result is compared with the identification information of the non-motor vehicle violating the regulations in the intelligent video analysis result; and if the identification information is consistent with the identification information of the non-motor vehicle, the identification information corresponding to the identification information of the non-motor vehicle in the RFID detection result is the identification information corresponding to the non-motor vehicle against the traffic regulations.
According to the non-motor vehicle management method of the embodiment, firstly, the violation behaviors of the non-motor vehicle are detected through the step S121, then the RFID identification information is detected through the step S122, then the identification information carried by the RFID label bound on the violation non-motor vehicle is found from the detected RFID identification information, and finally the RFID identification information bound on the violation non-motor vehicle is output and displayed. Thereby realizing the accurate identification of the non-motor vehicle violating the regulations.
In one embodiment, further comprising:
and step S125, alarming and/or intercepting and storing a frame of image at the current moment and/or marking out the non-motor vehicle violating the regulations. After the non-motor vehicle violating the regulations is accurately found, the system automatically executes the step S125, so that the management personnel can find the non-motor vehicle violations in time, and the non-motor vehicle violations can be processed quickly.
Step S126, when the determination result of step S121 is yes and the determination result of step S122 is no, executing step S125; otherwise, step S127 is performed. This means that the offending non-motor vehicle is not bound with the RFID label according to the regulations, and at this time, the system will give an alarm and/or intercept and store a frame of image of the current time and/or mark the offending non-motor vehicle to inform the law enforcement personnel and keep evidence.
Step S127, when the determination result of step S121 is no and the determination result of step S122 is yes, executing step S128; otherwise, return to step S11.
Step S128, judging whether the position of the identification information is in a non-motor vehicle forbidden area; and/or judging whether the running direction of the identification information is the non-motor vehicle forbidden direction; and/or judging whether the running speed of the identification information exceeds the speed limit value of the non-motor vehicle; if any of the judgment results is yes, go to step S125; otherwise, return to step S11. Considering that a non-motor vehicle driver may implement the violation behavior by means of a barrier similar to a large motor vehicle, in this case, the video analysis cannot detect the violation behavior of the non-motor vehicle, and a system leak is caused. In order to solve this problem, in step S128, the position and/or the operation direction and/or the operation speed of the identification information are further determined, which is used as a basis for determining whether the non-motor vehicle enters the lane for driving, runs backwards, and runs on a red light or runs at an overspeed within the current detection range. If any judgment result of the identification information shows that the non-motor vehicle driving violation behaviors exist, the system can give an alarm even if the video detection does not detect the corresponding driving violation behaviors, and the loophole is made up.
Fig. 3 is a block diagram of a non-motor vehicle management device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As can be seen from the figure, the apparatus comprises:
the receiving module 11 is used for receiving the environmental video data and the RFID detection result data of the current monitoring point; the RFID detection result data comprises identification information on the non-motor vehicle existing in the current detection range;
and the monitoring module 12 is used for identifying the non-motor vehicle violating the regulations according to the environment video data and the RFID detection result data.
In one embodiment, the non-motor vehicle management apparatus as shown in fig. 3, further comprises:
and the big data analysis module 13 is used for carrying out big data analysis on the environment video data and the RFID detection result data.
In one embodiment, the monitoring module 12 specifically includes:
the intelligent video analysis module 121 is configured to perform intelligent video analysis on the environment video data, and determine whether a non-motor vehicle violation driving behavior exists in the current detection range;
the RFID information management module 122 is configured to determine whether identification information of the non-motor vehicle exists in the RFID detection result data;
and the display module 123 is used for finding and displaying the identification information corresponding to the non-motor vehicle violating the regulations when the judgment results of the intelligent video analysis module and the RFID information management module are both yes. The specific implementation process for finding the violation non-motor vehicle can be as follows: comparing the running speed of the identification information in the RFID detection result data with the running speed of the non-motor vehicle violating the regulations in the intelligent video analysis result; and if the identification information in the RFID detection result data is equal to the identification information corresponding to the non-motor vehicle against the traffic regulations. Secondly, comparing the identification information of the non-motor vehicle in the RFID detection result with the identification information of the non-motor vehicle violating the regulations in the intelligent video analysis result; and if the identification information is consistent with the identification information of the non-motor vehicle, the identification information corresponding to the identification information of the non-motor vehicle in the RFID detection result is the identification information corresponding to the non-motor vehicle against the traffic regulations. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the specific implementation of finding a violation non-motor vehicle presented herein is merely exemplary and not limiting.
In one embodiment, the monitoring module 12 further comprises:
and the alarming module 124 alarms and/or intercepts and stores a frame of image at the current moment and/or marks the non-motor vehicle violating the regulations. Therefore, law enforcement personnel can be reminded in time to keep track of and save evidence.
In one embodiment, the display module 123 is further configured to trigger the alarm module 124 when the determination result of the intelligent video analysis module 121 is yes and the determination result of the RFID information management module 122 is no. The detection principle under the condition is that the video detection result shows that the non-motor vehicle violating the regulations exists, but the RFID detection does not detect the identification information, so that the non-motor vehicle violating the regulations is not bound with the RFID label according to the regulations, and the alarm module is triggered to remind law enforcement personnel of tracking and processing.
In one embodiment, the display module 123 is further configured to determine whether the location of the identification information is in a non-motor vehicle forbidden area when the determination result of the intelligent video analysis module 121 is negative and the determination result of the RFID information management module 122 is positive; and/or judging whether the running direction of the identification information is the non-motor vehicle forbidden direction; and/or judging whether the running speed of the identification information exceeds the speed limit value of the non-motor vehicle; if either determination is yes, the alarm module 124 is triggered. The problem of system loophole caused by the fact that the driving violations cannot be identified through video detection under the condition that the non-motor vehicle violating the regulations is shielded is solved.
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the functional modules of the non-motor vehicle management device of the present invention may be implemented by software or hardware; may be integrated together in one local device through a data interface or may be integrated separately in different devices communicating through a wired and/or wireless network. For example, in the non-motor vehicle management system shown in fig. 4 (described in detail later), the intelligent video analysis module 131 may be integrated in the non-motor vehicle management apparatus 1 as a back-end server, or may be integrated in the camera 23 of the front-end device 2 at the monitoring point.
Fig. 4 is a block diagram of a non-motor vehicle management system according to an embodiment of the present invention. As can be seen from the figure, the non-motor vehicle management system comprises a non-motor vehicle 3 bound with an RFID tag and connected through wired network or wireless network communication, a monitoring point front-end device 2, and a non-motor vehicle management device 1 shown in fig. 3. The monitoring point front-end equipment 2 is used for collecting RFID detection result data and environment video data and uploading the data to the non-motor vehicle management device 1. The position of the non-motor vehicle management device 1 may be fixed, for example, fixed at both sides of a road, an intersection, a parking lot entrance, a cell entrance, etc., or may be mobile, for example, installed on a law enforcement vehicle, or carried by law enforcement officers.
In one embodiment, the monitoring point front-end device 2 is wirelessly connected with the non-motor vehicle management device 1, and the data coding conforms to SVAC (GB/T25724) or H.264 or H.265 standards.
In one embodiment, the monitoring point front-end device 2 includes an antenna 21, an RFID reader 22, and a camera 23, which are in turn communicatively connected. The communication between the RFID reader 22 and the camera 23 is realized through a communication interface such as RS-485 or USB. The antenna 21 is a directional antenna to ensure that the large gain coverage area of the RFID radio frequency signal substantially coincides with the surveillance area of the camera 23.
The following specifically describes the operation process of the non-motor vehicle management system according to the embodiment of the present invention, taking a retrograde non-motor vehicle as an example, including: the monitoring point front-end equipment 2 sends radio frequency signals to the outside in real time through the antenna 21, when the non-motor vehicle bound with the RFID label enters the detection range of the current monitoring point, the RFID label receives and analyzes the radio frequency signals sent by the antenna 21, and then the internally stored identification information is sent to the monitoring point front-end equipment 2. The monitoring point front-end equipment 2 receives the identification information through the antenna 21 and sends the identification information to the RFID reader 22, generates the positioning information of the RFID label through the data processing of the RFID reader, and uploads the positioning information and the received identification information of the non-motor vehicle to the camera 23. The camera 23 uniformly encodes the collected environmental video data of the current detection range, the received RFID positioning information and the identification information of the non-motor vehicle and transmits the encoded environmental video data, the received RFID positioning information and the identification information of the non-motor vehicle to the non-motor vehicle management device 1. The non-motor vehicle management device 1 identifies a retrograde motion of the non-motor vehicle in the current environment video information through an intelligent video analysis process of the environment video data, and then compares non-motor vehicle identification information (for example, external profile characteristics) corresponding to the retrograde motion from the RFID detection result data, thereby finally identifying a specific retrograde non-motor vehicle.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents and the like that are within the spirit and principle of the present invention are included in the present invention.
