技术领域
本发明一种应急照明灯,具体地说是涉及一种悬挂式透明指示灯。
背景技术
在一些公共场所里,比如商场、机场、酒店、高档娱乐场所、大型办公楼和医院等等场所的消防通道中安装有用于指示照明灯,这种照明指示灯能够起到特定功能性的照明指示作用,从而能够顺利地帮助人们找到相应的特定功能场所位置,是体现公共场所人性化设计的一种重要设施。在现有常见的照明指示灯中,通常为全天候工作,且显示亮度恒定,不仅增加了电量的消耗,同时也使得指示灯的工作寿命缩短,与大力倡导绿色低碳的时代背景格格不入。除此之外,现有照明指示灯多为单面照明显示,未能起到很好的指示作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种悬挂式透明指示灯,该指示灯的整体结构设计巧妙,采用悬挂式的安装方式,安装使用方便,并能实现双面照明显示且节能减排效果好,具有良好的照明指示效果。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为,一种悬挂式透明指示灯,包括塑钢框架、LED模组、双面导光板组件、镍镉充电电池、透明阻燃玻璃钢镜面、控制电路板和红外人体感应器,所述塑钢框架的顶部设有吊链或吊杆,塑钢框架的中部设有透明阻燃玻璃钢镜面固定卡槽,所述透明阻燃玻璃钢镜面固定安装在固定卡槽中,所述LED模组、镍镉充电电池和控制电路板均设置在塑钢框架的内腔中,所述红外人体感应器设置在塑钢框架的一端或两端底部,所述透明阻燃玻璃钢镜面的中部开设有矩形内腔,所述双面导光板组件平行嵌入设置在透明阻燃玻璃钢镜面的矩形内腔中,所述LED模组设置在双面导光板组件的入光侧,所述LED模组、红外人体感应器和镍镉充电电池均与控制电路板电连接,所述透明阻燃玻璃钢镜面的表面蚀刻有指示字体和图案。
作为本发明的一种改进, 所述LED模组包括多个绿光LED灯珠和铝基覆铜板,所有绿光LED灯珠分为两组交叉分布在铝基覆铜板上,每组绿光LED灯珠之间串联连接,所述铝基覆铜板上设有两路恒流恒压驱动电路,分别与每组绿光LED灯珠电连接。
作为本发明的一种改进, 所述绿光LED灯珠的数量为偶数,其数量范围为8-20个,两组绿光LED灯珠的数量相同。
作为本发明的一种改进, 所述绿光LED灯珠采用功率为0.5W的SMD2835绿光灯珠。
作为本发明的一种改进, 所述双面导光板组件包括设置在中间的光学级有机玻璃导光板、分别贴合设置在导光板上下表面的扩散板以及分别贴合设置在扩散板上表面的DBEF增光板,所述导光板的入光侧端面上开设有LED模组卡槽,所述导光板的非入光侧上粘贴有用于遮光以提高光线利用率的黑白遮光胶,所述导光板上采用激光蚀刻有导光网点,可提高导光板的高亮扩散性能。
作为本发明的一种改进, 所述塑钢框架上设有至少两个散热通风网孔。
相对于现有技术,本发明所提出的悬挂式透明指示灯的整体结构设计巧妙,拆卸组装维修更换方便,外形新颖美观,成本较低,指示照明及消防应急照明效果好,节能效果好且使用寿命长;由于侧入光式的LED模组、双面导光板组件和透明阻燃玻璃钢镜面的组合使用,实现了线光源到双面光源的转换,在达到功率消耗低的有益效果的基础上,有效提高了光线的利用率,并且也简单实现了透明指示灯的双面指示照明功能。另外,由于指示灯中设有的红外人体感应器能够实时监测人体红外光谱的变化,当在监测到变化时控制电路板会自动接通LED模组而点亮透明阻燃玻璃钢镜面,人不离开感应范围时会持续接通,而人离开后,会延时一段时间自动关闭LED模组,实现了人到灯亮、人走延时灯熄的功能,避免了无效电能的损耗,有效实现了节能减排的目的。另外,控制电路板具有消防应急模式,当控制电路板工作在消防应急模式时,会将红外人体感应器暂时关闭,从而保持透明指示灯处于常亮状态,以起到消防应急照明指示的作用,并在消防应急模式撤除后,再次重新开启红外人体感应器,以实现感应照明的效果。

为了加深对本发明的理解和认识,下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述和介绍。
如图1和2所示,一种悬挂式透明指示灯,包括塑钢框架1、LED模组3、双面导光板组件4、镍镉充电电池6、透明阻燃玻璃钢镜面2、控制电路板7和红外人体感应器5。所述塑钢框架1的顶部设有吊链8或吊杆,优选地,采用吊链8作为指示灯的悬挂部件,从而可便于调节指示灯的悬挂高度及吊挂宽度,实现指示灯的安装便捷性及吊装稳定可靠性。塑钢框架1的中部设有用于固定安装透明阻燃玻璃钢镜面2的固定卡槽9,所述透明阻燃玻璃钢镜面2固定安装在固定卡槽9中,并在所述透明阻燃玻璃钢镜面2的两端开设有螺纹孔,安装时先将透明阻燃玻璃钢镜面2卡至固定卡槽9中,然后通过紧固螺栓10穿过螺纹孔将透明阻燃玻璃钢镜面2固定连接在塑钢框架1上。所述LED模组3、镍镉充电电池6和控制电路板7均设置在塑钢框架1的内腔中相应安放槽中,所述红外人体感应器5设置在塑钢框架1的一端或两端底部,优选地,采用两个红外人体感应器5设置在塑钢框架1的两端底部,从而使得指示灯具有较宽的感应范围,提高指示灯的感应开启灵敏度,从而提高指示灯的指示照明效果。另外,通过设置红外人体感应器5的触发方式为连续触发,当监测到人体红外光谱的变化,便自动接通LED模组3,在人不离开感应范围将持续接通,而在人离开后,延时一段时间自动关闭LED模组3,从而实现人到灯亮、人离延时灯熄的安全方便且亲切方便的节能化人性化指示照明。所述透明阻燃玻璃钢镜面2的表面蚀刻有指示字体和图案,所述透明阻燃玻璃钢镜面2的中部开设有矩形内腔,所述双面导光板组件4平行嵌入设置在透明阻燃玻璃钢镜面2的矩形内腔中。为了使得具备良好的消防应急照明效果,将双面导光板组件4的面积设置为透明阻燃玻璃钢镜面2面积的3/4,从而不仅能够全面覆盖其表面的指示字体和图案,还能有效提高透明阻燃玻璃钢镜面2的发光照明面积,从而具备应急照明效果。所述LED模组3设置在双面导光板组件4的入光侧,LED模组3发出的线光源经过导光板15组件转化为面光源,以发光点亮整个双面导光板组件4,从而点亮透明阻燃玻璃钢镜面2以实现透明指示灯的功能。所述LED模组3、红外人体感应器5和镍镉充电电池6均与控制电路板7电连接,通过镍镉充电电池6为所有电气元件进行供电,控制电路板7上设有电池管理电路和开关电源控制电路,电池管理电路能够对镍镉充电电池6进行充放电管理,具备完善的过充、过放电保护功能,以延长电池的寿命及性能,开关电源控制电路能够进行智能故障自动检测并起到应急转换开关作用,具有工作安全可靠、故障自检及安全无忧等优点。另外,当开关电源控制电路进入消防应急模式时,将暂时关闭红外人体感应器5,从而保持透明指示灯处于常亮状态,以起到消防应急照明指示的作用。并在消防应急模式撤除后,重新开启红外人体感应器5,以实现感应照明的效果。
具体的,所述LED模组3包括多个绿光LED灯珠11和铝基覆铜板12,所有绿光LED灯珠11分为两组交叉分布在铝基覆铜板12上,这样整条LED模组3的光线均匀,不会产生暗斑缺陷,其中,每组绿光LED灯珠11之间串联连接,所述铝基覆铜板12上设有两路恒流恒压驱动电路,分别与每组绿光LED灯珠11电连接,恒流恒压驱动电路对每串绿光LED灯珠11进行恒压恒流驱动,使电压电流得到精确控制,可有效保证LED模组3的性能稳定性。所述绿光LED灯珠11的数量为偶数个,两组绿光LED灯珠11的数量相同,可进一步确保光线的均匀程度。优选的,所述绿光LED灯珠11的数量为8-20个,并采用功率为0.5W的SMD2835绿光灯珠,多个SMD灯珠拼接在一起可使亮度更亮,对双面导光板组件4的照射亮度更强,使透明指示灯的亮度更高,发光更均匀。
进一步的,所述双面导光板组件4包括设置在中间的光学级有机玻璃导光板15、分别贴合设置在导光板15上下表面的扩散板16以及分别贴合设置在扩散板16上表面的DBEF增光板17,所述导光板15的入光侧端面上开设有LED模组卡槽18,安装时将LED模组3卡设在LED模组卡槽18内,从而可对LED模组3起到固定作用的同时有效提高LED模组3对导光板15入光侧的照射一致性。所述导光板15的非入光侧上粘贴有用于遮光以提高光线利用率的黑白遮光胶13,黑白遮光胶13为双面粘胶,使用时将黑面朝向在导光板15的非入光侧,而将白面朝向透明阻燃玻璃钢镜面2设置,从而有效防止非入光侧漏光,可大大提高线光源的光线利用率,可实现小功率高亮度的照明效果,并能一定程度上降低LED模组3的功耗。所述导光板15上采用激光蚀刻有导光网点,导光网点能够对入射进入导光板15内的光进行宽范围导向扩散,从而可提高导光板15的高亮扩散性能。根据光反射原理,通过双面导光板组件4可对入射进入的线光源进行高效地反射并光线均匀化,从而形成高亮面光源照亮透明阻燃玻璃钢镜面2以实现点亮指示灯起到指示照明功能。
此外,在塑钢框架1上设有至少两个散热通风网孔14。所有散热通风网孔14均设置在塑钢框架1的侧面,用于对设置在塑钢框架1内腔中的各部件进行通风散热,以达到延长该消防应急指示牌使用寿命的效果,采用散热通风网孔14可防止蜘蛛、蚊虫及老鼠等进入塑钢框架1内腔而影响相关部件的使用性能。
