本发明涉及一种法兰式手动球阀,属于阀门技术领域。其包括右阀体、左阀体、密封圈、球体、阀杆、填料、填料压套、填料压板和手柄;所述右阀体内设有球体,球体两侧均通过密封圈卡于右阀体内壁;所述球体上方开有凹槽,凹槽内部设有阀杆,阀杆上自下而上依次设有填料、填料压套和填料压板,填料压板与右阀体通过螺栓固定连接;所述左阀体与右阀体通过螺栓连接,并通过密封圈进行密封;所述阀杆与手柄连接,手柄前端设有一凸起;所述阀杆内部中空。本发明结构简单,通过对阀杆和手柄的简单改造即可完成对阀门开闭的指示,同时,较为容易的对球阀进行一定程度的清洗,其开关轻便,体积小,密封可靠,结构简单,维修方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种法兰式手动球阀,具体涉及一种容易辨别方向和清洗的法兰式手动球阀,属于阀门技术领域。
背景技术
手动球阀是本世纪50年代问世的一种阀门,在半个世纪的时间里,球阀已发展成为一种主要的阀类。球阀主要用于截断或接通介质,也可用于流体的调节与控制,V型球阀能够进行比较精确的流量调节与控制,而三通球阀则用于分配介质和改变介质的流向。手动球阀主要是根据球阀的驱动方式是通过手轮或者手柄转动而命名的。
手动球阀是一种比较新型的球阀类别,它有着自身结构所独有的一些优越性,如开关无摩擦,密封不易磨损,启闭力矩小。这样可减小所配执行器的规格。配以多回转电动执行机构,可实现对介质的调节和严密切断。广泛适用于石油、化工、城市给排水等要求严格切断的工况。
但手动球阀有难以清洗的缺点,一旦需要对其进行清洗,则需要将整个阀门装置进行拆卸;同时,由于球阀是90度转动,使用者容易对阀门的开闭产生混淆,有时会造成不可弥补的损失。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处,提供一种容易辨别方向和清洗的法兰式手动球阀。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,法兰式手动球阀,包括右阀体、左阀体、密封圈、球体、阀杆、填料、填料压套、填料压板和手柄;所述右阀体内设有球体,球体两侧均通过密封圈卡于右阀体内壁;所述球体上方开有凹槽,凹槽内部设有阀杆,阀杆上自下而上依次设有填料、填料压套和填料压板,填料压板与右阀体通过螺栓固定连接;所述左阀体与右阀体通过螺栓连接,并通过密封圈进行密封;所述阀杆与手柄连接,手柄前端设有一凸起;所述阀杆内部中空。
所述左阀体上端设有一横向沟槽;当球阀处于打开状态时,凸起与横向沟槽方向一致。所述凸起与横向沟槽标识的颜色一致。
所述阀杆内部空腔贯通整个阀杆,阀杆下方设有垫片,并通过垫片进行密封。
本发明的有益效果:本发明结构简单,通过对阀杆和手柄的简单改造即可完成对阀门开闭的指示,同时,较为容易的对球阀进行一定程度的清洗,其开关轻便,体积小,密封可靠,结构简单,维修方便。

具体实施方式
如图1所示:法兰式手动球阀,包括右阀体1、左阀体2、密封圈3、球体4、阀杆5、填料6、填料压套7、填料压板8和手柄9;所述右阀体1内设有球体4,球体4两侧均通过密封圈3卡于右阀体1内壁;所述球体4上方开有凹槽,凹槽内部设有阀杆5,阀杆5上自下而上依次设有填料6、填料压套7和填料压板8,填料压板8与右阀体1通过螺栓固定连接;所述左阀体2与右阀体1通过螺栓连接,并通过密封圈3进行密封;所述阀杆5手柄9连接,手柄9前端设有一凸起10;所述阀杆5内部中空。
所述左阀体2上端设有一横向沟槽;当球阀处于打开状态时,凸起10与向沟槽方向一致。所述凸起10与横向沟槽标识的颜色一致。
所述阀杆5内部空腔贯通整个阀杆,阀杆5下方设有垫片11,并通过垫片11进行密封。
本发明工作时,依靠转动手柄9驱动阀杆5旋转,从而使球体4旋转来使球阀通畅或阻塞。法兰式手动球阀采用全通径结构设计,流体阻力小,且不易沉淀介质;
当球阀处打开状态时,凸起10与向沟槽方向一致,使用人员可以很轻易的判断球阀处于开启或关闭状态。当球阀中残留杂质时,不需要拆卸整个球阀,只需要打开连接填料压套7和右阀体1的螺栓,将阀杆5与球体4脱离,此时可以通过阀杆5内部的通孔采用高压水枪对球阀内部进行冲洗,而不需要拆卸整个法兰球阀。
本发明开关轻便,便于识别,体积小,密封可靠,结构简单,维修方便,适用于大规模推广。

1.法兰式手动球阀,包括右阀体(1)、左阀体(2)、密封圈(3)、球体(4)、阀杆(5)、填料(6)、填料压套(7)、填料压板(8)和手柄(9);所述右阀体(1)内设有球体(4),球体(4)两侧均通过密封圈(3)卡于右阀体(1)内壁;所述球体(4)上方开有凹槽,凹槽内部设有阀杆(5),阀杆(5)上自下而上依次设有填料(6)、填料压套(7)和填料压板(8),填料压板(8)与右阀体(1)通过螺栓固定连接;所述左阀体(2)与右阀体(1)通过螺栓连接,并通过密封圈(3)进行密封;其特征是:所述阀杆(5)与手柄(9)连接,手柄(9)前端设有一凸起(10);所述阀杆(5)内部中空。
2.如权利要求所述法兰式手动球阀,其特征是:所述左阀体(2)上端设有一横向沟槽;当球阀处于打开状态时,凸起(10)与横向沟槽方向一致。
3.如权利要求所述法兰式手动球阀,其特征是:所述凸起(10)与横向沟槽标识的颜色一致。
4.如权利要求所述法兰式手动球阀,其特征是:所述阀杆(5)内部空腔贯通整个阀杆,阀杆(5)下方设有垫片(11),并通过垫片(11)进行密封。
