本发明属于包装机械设备技术领域,涉及一种蜂窝型旋流尿素混合装置,包括筒体,筒体出气端内壁设置第一隔板,筒体进气端内壁设置第二隔板,第三隔板两端分别与第一隔板、第二隔板密封连接,所述第一隔板、第二隔板及第三隔板将筒体内腔分为第一腔体、第二腔体,旋流管贯穿第三隔板设置,旋流管上下两端分别与筒体内壁相连接,旋流管对应于第一腔体一侧端部设置喷射底座。该混合装置结构简单,设计紧凑,能够增加氨气和尾气混合路径。

技术领域
本发明属于包装机械设备技术领域,涉及一种蜂窝型旋流尿素混合装置。
背景技术
随着柴油机排放法规的日益严格,尾气后处理技术是必须采用的技术措施。而SCR能够满足国IV、V及国Ⅵ排放标准,SCR的基本原理是通过尿素喷射***(俗称尿素泵)将32.5%浓度的尿素水溶液雾化后喷入排气管中与发动机尾气混合,尿素水溶液经过热解和水解反应生成氨气(NH3),在催化剂的作用下氨气将柴油机尾气中有害的氮氧化合物(NOx)转化为无害的氮气(N2)和水,发动机尾气处理技术SCR路线的首要任务是使尾气与氨雾有效混合并发生化学反应,同时在进入催化剂前保证足够温度。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,提供一种蜂窝型旋流尿素混合装置,该混合装置结构简单,设计紧凑,能够增加氨气和尾气混合路径。
按照本发明的技术方案:一种蜂窝型旋流尿素混合装置,其特征在于:包括筒体,筒体出气端内壁设置第一隔板,筒体进气端内壁设置第二隔板,第三隔板两端分别与第一隔板、第二隔板密封连接,所述第一隔板、第二隔板及第三隔板将筒体内腔分为第一腔体、第二腔体,旋流管贯穿第三隔板设置,旋流管上下两端分别与筒体内壁相连接,旋流管对应于第一腔体一侧端部设置喷射底座。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述喷射底座上设置尿素喷嘴。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述筒体上对应于出气端设置第四隔板,第四隔板的圆周表面与筒体内壁固定连接,第四隔板上均布若干个气孔。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述旋流管置于第一腔体中的管体表面均布有叶片状孔隙,旋流管置于第二腔体中的管体表面设有蜂窝孔。
本发明的技术效果在于:本发明结构简单,设计紧凑,使用方便,旋流管与隔板的设置将腔体内气体的回路分割成旋涡状能够增加氨雾的混合,使混合气体流经腔体内的每个角落,且尿素喷嘴喷射出的氨气与经过旋流管后段孔隙向四周发散均匀,使尾气与氨气混合更充分,有利于尾气的处理。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步的说明。
图1~4中,包括第一隔板1、喷射底座2、筒体3、第二隔板4、第三隔板5、旋流管6、第四隔板7、第一腔体8、第二腔体9等。
如图1~4所示,本发明是一种蜂窝型旋流尿素混合装置,包括筒体3,筒体3出气端内壁设置第一隔板1,筒体3进气端内壁设置第二隔板4,第三隔板5两端分别与第一隔板1、第二隔板4密封连接,所述第一隔板1、第二隔板4及第三隔板5将筒体3内腔分为第一腔体8、第二腔体9,旋流管6贯穿第三隔板5设置,旋流管6上下两端分别与筒体3内壁相连接,旋流管6对应于第一腔体8一侧端部设置喷射底座2。
喷射底座2上设置尿素喷嘴,尿素可直接喷入旋流管6。
筒体3上对应于出气端设置第四隔板7,第四隔板7的圆周表面与筒体3内壁固定连接,第四隔板7上均布若干个气孔。第四隔板7将底部的气流变成均匀分布的气流流出该装置,有利于后续的催化剂发挥效率。
旋流管6置于第一腔体8中的管体表面均布有叶片状孔隙,旋流管6置于第二腔体9中的管体表面设有蜂窝孔。
本发明的工作过程如下:将腔体的进气端与汽车发动机的尾气相连(可使用法兰连接、变径管连接、直接焊接或直接延伸腔体),也可以与其他尾气处理装置串联(可使用法兰连接、变径管连接、直接焊接或直接延伸腔体)。汽车发动机的尾气由进气端进入第一腔体8内,再进入旋流管6前端,经过旋流管6前端叶片形成漩涡状气流,尿素由尿素喷嘴平行旋流管6的轴线方向喷入,旋涡状气流将尿素打散,同时在高温下尿素挥发出氨气,氨气与汽车尾气充分混合,经过旋流管6后段蜂窝孔向第二腔体9四周发散。在第二腔体9内发散的混合气流经过第四隔板7变成均布于腔体截面的平行气流流出。流出后的混合气体进入SCR催化剂进行催化。在腔体外壁可以选择位置布置温度和压力传感器,这两型传感器可以更加精准的控制尾气的催化处理。整个尿素混合装置适用于各种筒式,箱式的SCR类型尾气后处理产品,该发明整体结构尺寸小,也可根据排气流量选择适当的放大和缩小,是一种经济、高效、适用性强的尿素混合装置。

1.一种蜂窝型旋流尿素混合装置,其特征在于:包括筒体(3),筒体(3)出气端内壁设置第一隔板(1),筒体(3)进气端内壁设置第二隔板(4),第三隔板(5)两端分别与第一隔板(1)、第二隔板(4)密封连接,所述第一隔板(1)、第二隔板(4)及第三隔板(5)将筒体(3)内腔分为第一腔体(8)、第二腔体(9),旋流管(6)贯穿第三隔板(5)设置,旋流管(6)上下两端分别与筒体(3)内壁相连接,旋流管(6)对应于第一腔体(8)一侧端部设置喷射底座(2)。
2.如权利要求1所述的蜂窝型旋流尿素混合装置,其特征在于:所述喷射底座(2)上设置尿素喷嘴。
3.如权利要求1所述的蜂窝型旋流尿素混合装置,其特征在于:所述筒体(3)上对应于出气端设置第四隔板(7),第四隔板(7)的圆周表面与筒体(3)内壁固定连接,第四隔板(7)上均布若干个气孔。
4.如权利要求1所述的蜂窝型旋流尿素混合装置,其特征在于:所述旋流管(6)置于第一腔体(8)中的管体表面均布有叶片状孔隙,旋流管(6)置于第二腔体(9)中的管体表面设有蜂窝孔。
