本发明涉及一种桁架连接结构，包括连接座、锁舌和插片，所述连接座一端一体连接固定座，另一端上开设连接插片的插接槽，所述桁架固定座卡接在桁架两端，并与桁架焊接固定，所述插接槽内还开设插脚卡接槽，配合的所述插片两侧下端一体连接插脚，所述插接槽内靠近固定座的一侧上连接弹簧，弹簧另一端连接锁舌，所述锁舌和连接座两侧均开设通孔，所述通孔内可插接开口弹性销，所述锁舌靠近插脚卡接槽的一侧一体连接锁紧块，所述桁架连接结构，连接桁架牢靠稳定、且安装连接方便不需要使用工具。

技术领域
本发明涉及连接结构，尤其涉及一种桁架连接结构。
背景技术
桁架由于其可拆卸，便于运输的特点被广泛运用于舞台搭建设备支撑等领域，但目前的桁架连接结构连接表麻烦，需要使用特定的工具，安装拆卸时间长。
发明内容
本申请人针对以上缺点，进行了研究改进，提供一种桁架连接结构。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下：
一种桁架连接结构，包括连接座、锁舌和插片，所述连接座一端一体连接固定座，另一端上开设连接插片的插接槽，所述桁架固定座卡接在桁架两端，并与桁架焊接固定，所述插接槽内还开设插脚卡接槽，配合的所述插片两侧下端一体连接插脚，所述插接槽内靠近固定座的一侧上连接弹簧，弹簧另一端连接锁舌，所述锁舌和连接座两侧均开设通孔，所述通孔内可插接开口弹性销，所述锁舌靠近插脚卡接槽的一侧一体连接锁紧块。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进：
所述锁舌上的通孔直径大于连接座两侧的通孔直径，所述锁舌可绕开口弹性销转动。
所述插脚卡接槽的内侧壁具有一定的斜度，配合的所述插脚的外侧壁也具有一定斜度。
所述插片上端开设连接孔。
本发明的有益效果如下：所述桁架连接结构，只需将连接座固定到桁架两端上，再将插片***连接槽内，可通过弹簧连接的锁舌讲插板卡住，并通过定位柱将锁舌定位住，防止插板脱出，即可完成桁架连接，连接方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图，说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1至图3所示，本实施例的桁架连接结构，包括连接座1、锁舌2和插片3，连接座1一端一体连接固定座4，另一端上开设连接插片3的插接槽5，固定座4卡接在桁架6两端，并与桁架6焊接固定，插接槽5内还开设一侧壁具有一定斜度的插脚卡接槽51，配合的插片3两侧下端一体连接一侧壁具有对应斜度的插脚31，插接槽5内靠近固定座4的一侧上连接弹簧7，弹簧7另一端连接锁舌2，锁舌2和连接座1两侧均开设通孔8，通孔8内可插接开口弹性销9，所述锁舌2上的通孔8直径大于连接座1两侧的通孔8直径，锁舌2可绕开口弹性销9转动，锁舌2靠近插脚卡接槽51的一侧一体连接锁紧块21。
所述插片3上端开设连接孔32，插片3在不使用时可通过铁丝穿过连接孔32将插片3穿起来，方便携带插片3。
所述桁架连接结构使用时，所述连接座1通过固定座4卡接到桁架6两端上，并通过环形焊接将固定座4固定到桁架6上，所述锁舌2通过弹簧7连接在插接槽5内，并通过开口弹性销9穿过锁舌2和连接座1上的通孔8，将锁舌2可转动的定位在插接槽5内，再将两个桁架6靠到一起，使两个连接座1连接，将插片3插到两个连接座1的插接槽5内，且插片3的两个插脚31分别插在两个连接座1的插脚卡接槽51内，且两个连接座1内的锁舌2通过弹簧7卡接住插片3，且锁舌2的两个锁紧块21卡在插片3两端上方，将插片3固定到两个连接座1的插接槽5内，实现两个连接座1的固定连接，即实现桁架6之间的连接，桁架6拆解时，只需按住两个锁舌2上端，使锁舌2绕开口弹性销9向外转动，使锁舌2的两个锁紧块21脱离插片3两侧上端，将插片3拔出，即可完成桁架6拆卸，安装拆卸方便。

1.一种桁架连接结构，其特征在于：包括连接座(1)、锁舌(2)和插片(3)，所述连接座(1)一端一体连接固定座(4)，另一端上开设连接插片(3)的插接槽(5)，所述固定座(4)卡接在桁架(6)两端，并与桁架(6)焊接固定，所述插接槽(5)内还开设插脚卡接槽(51)，配合的所述插片(3)两侧下端一体连接插脚(31)，所述插接槽(5)内靠近固定座(4)的一侧上连接弹簧(7)，弹簧(7)另一端连接锁舌(2)，所述锁舌(2)和连接座(1)两侧均开设通孔(8)，所述通孔(8)内可插接开口弹性销(9)，所述锁舌(2)靠近插脚卡接槽(51)的一侧一体连接锁紧块(21)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的桁架连接结构，其特征在于：所述锁舌(2)上的通孔(8)直径大于连接座(1)两侧的通孔(8)直径，所述锁舌(2)可绕开口弹性销(9)转动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的桁架连接结构，其特征在于：所述插脚卡接槽(51)的内侧壁具有一定的斜度，配合的所述插脚(31)的外侧壁也具有一定斜度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的桁架连接结构，其特征在于：所述插片(3)上端开设连接孔(32)。
